Germany is experiencing a current migration crisis which is reflected by the fact that between two and three thousand migrants come there every day. Their inclusion in society is impossible without responsible education and sensitization to German cultural and social conditions. This paper will deal with current techniques and approaches Germans elect when educating and integrating these citizens. Selected issues on integration policies of migrants into the German labor market will be presented.
