In this article, we present a patient who demonstrated overcorrection after grafting autologous fat in the upper eyelid for 3 years. The transferred fat tissue, which was harvested from behind the scar tissue, could be clearly demarcated from the orbital fat depot by the orbicularis oculi muscle and the orbital septum. Long-TermHistologicalFindingsofAutologousFatGraftingintheUpperEyelid A utologous fat transplantation has become a safe and convenient method in the treatment of facial volume deficits caused by congenital and acquired conditions, but the long-term survival rate of fat grafts is unpredictable and unsatisfactory.
