Abstract

The article presents the study conducted regarding the different responses of resistance-trained and untrained men on strenuous eccentric exercise of the elbow flexors. The study aims to compare the changes happened on the respondents after undergoing a maximal voluntary eccentric exercise of the elbow flexors. The result suggests that resistance-trained men are less sensitive to muscle damage.
