The article reports on research which was conducted to investigate the effects supervised aerobic exercise had on the motivational outcomes and longer-term behavior of lymphoma patients. Researchers evaluated 60 patients. They found that supervised exercise has motivational effects in lymphoma patients and improves longer-term exercise behavior. They concluded that strategies to further enhance the motivational value of supervised exercise in lymphoma patients are warranted and should be developed.
