Clover parent Strawbridge and Clothier has hired Peter J Solomon Co to to help it figure out what the company should do about its financial losses. Strawbridge expects to report a third quarterly loss for the qtr ending Oct 28, 1995, but refuses to report sales and profits for Clover. Choices include a merger or the sale of Clover.
