The article offers information on a class action lawsuit by Australian travel agents against six airlines. The agents claimed rights to commission on fuel surcharge on international travel that the airlines imposed since 2004, and argued that the airlines were guilty of misleading conduct in their ticket terms and conditions. The decision at the first instance favored the airline in the lead case, but the agents were successful on their appeal. The Appeal Court however, ruled that the question of the amount of the claim be handed back to the trial judge.
