Managers of the Offices of Youth and Sports are part of decision making processes in sports and play a significant role in the development of Professional Sports in the country; as such it seems the analysis of their decision making styles would have a significant importance in the better guidance of the country’s sports toward professionalism. The main objective of this research is to study and inspect the decision making styles of the managers of the Offices of Youth and Sports in Yazd Province in relation to the development of Professional Sports in that area. Population and respondents of this research were all the managers and vice managers of the Offices of Youth and Sports in Yazd province the total number of whom was 39. The research method was descriptive and in purpose an applicable one. Instrument for data gathering was the standard survey questionnaire of Scott and Bruce containing 25 questions in order to measure the 5 decision making styles (Rational, Intuitive, Dependent, Spontaneous and Avoidant). The gathered data were analysed using descriptive statistical methods (Mean, Standard Deviation, Charts/Figures) and deductive (non-parametric) methods (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman, Spearman and Pearson). The results showed that the Avoidant style of decision making has a greater significance and importance among managers and vice managers of the Offices of Youth and Sports in Yazd province while the Rational style has the least significance among them. It was also found out that there is a significant direct relationship between decision making styles of Rational and Spontaneous; Intuitive and Dependent and the decision making styles of Spontaneous and Avoidant of the managers and vice managers of the Offices of Youth and Sports in Yazd.

The problem of training future trainers and teachers in higher education institutions is considered. Theoretically analyzed the problem of training future coaches. Systematized content of theoretical and methodological foundations of training future coaches. It was revealed that the system of knowledge creation is based on logically related topics of general characteristics of the professional activity of the future coaches and features of the content of the production functions. Also on the justification of typical tasks of future coaches, definition and development of professional competencies of future coaches during training. In addition, also the prospects for the development of sport as a future profession. The proposed classification is different from previous work defining the future of professional competence of trainers and teachers in the process of training, clarifying sections of future performance professional coaches and prospects of the development of sports.

The aim of the study was to determine the features of the functioning of European football as a segment of the service industry, bringing economic, social and political effects. The features of professional sports in Ukraine by the example of football as an object of scientific analysis were considered. It is considered the features of the functioning of football. The study used methods of system analysis, analysis methods specific sources, methods comparison, and statistical methods. It is shown that a significant influence on the development of modern sport in particular football by processes of commercialization and professionalization. Found that football is the manufacturer of a wide range of services that bring significant economic, social and political impact of the subjects and has a high football information and entertainment value for the audience.

The state and dynamics of the university of physical culture students’ motivation was determined. The complex of diagnostic methods was used to determine the level of professional-pedagogical motivation, which was directed on outlining motivation components and its development levels determination. The research involved 232 students. It was found that for the 1 st year students the first place was obtained by the professional-cognitive interest, second by achievement motive and third by professional intention. For the 4 th year students, the first place is possessed by professional cognitive interest, then followed by motives referred to professional and then – motives of achievement. The diagnostics have outlined absence of certain professional intentions. Also from first to fourth year of studies the tendency of increasing the amount of students interest of which is not connected either to physical culture, sports nor to pedagogical activity is followed.

It is grounded theoretical component of the essence of health-physical education teacher competence. Determine the relevance and unquestionable practical importance of this problem. Presents the basic concepts that define the essence of the competence of health-physical education teacher. Preserving the health of a competent teacher is seen as a component of physical culture of personality and professional competence. Determined that the health-competence is a manifestation of the teaching culture of health, the basis of social and educational maturity acquired during training and operations. Substantiated that the competence of health physical education teacher is a complex integrated education in personality structure specialist. School health expertise integrates professional and personal aspects, namely, causes the formation of the physical education teacher positions.

The main activities of the leading sports leagues were described. Sources of revenue and expenditure were identified. The economic performance of professional sports leagues of the United States of America was compared. In the course of the study of economic efficiency of the leading American sports leagues are defined payroll (expense commands on the salaries of players for each team, the total payroll in the League and the average payroll, respectively, for each of the American League. The largest estimates on wages, both in the League and in teams - in the National football League, the largest player's contract - in the Highest League baseball, the minimum wage in the National hockey League; the highest average wages, a greater percentage of athletes with a salary of more than 1 million. $ (82,85 %) in the National basketball Association were showed. This difference in the maximum income of the League and of average wages is due to several factors: the number of players in the team, the number of games in a season, and expenses on carrying out of competition and training activities.

The analysis of the level of professional competence formation of future physical culture teachers in the biological disciplines study was provided. The study involved 79 students. It is applied methods of teaching observation and experiment. The computer program of monitoring of professional competence of future teachers of physical education was described in the study of the biological sciences. Analyzed the results of 448 students questionnaire of the first and second year, studying at specialty "teacher of physical culture." Found that the results of the formative stages of the experiments show significant positive changes in the levels of formation of professional competence of students of the experimental group. Found that the increase in the number of students with high and medium level of formation of professional competence and reduced the number of students with low level of formation of professional competence.

Purpose of work - to expose important physical qualities of teacher, personal properties and psychophysiological qualities professionally. Also to expose requirement to motive preparedness of teachers. 674 teachers of middle schools of city of Kiev and Kiev area took part in an experiment. It is set that professional activity requires a display typical professionally the important personal qualities: communicability, of principle, tolerance, kindness, sympathy, empathy, eloquence. It is exposed that to professionally important physical qualities of teacher it is possible to take general and local (hands, feet, back, neck) static endurance, force of basic muscular groups and power endurance of hands, exactness and speed of motive reaction. It is well-proven that it is necessary to take to the most essential psychophysiological qualities: perception, memory, imagination, restraint, ability quickly to make a decision, ability to work in a nervous situation, ability expressly to execute the tasks in the conditions of emotional tension, good reaction. It is marked that an important role in mastering of profession and achievement of tops of professionalism is played by the use of values of physical education in providing of the proper health, physical and spiritual development, motive preparedness level.

Purpose of work - experimentally to prove influence of recreative culture on forming of healthy way of life of future engineers-teachers in the process of professional preparation. In research took part 93 students of a 1 course in age 18-20 years. Concepts are exposed recreation, recreative culture, structural components of recreative culture. The pedagogical terms of forming recreative culture of future engineers-teachers are scientifically grounded. Connection is set between the healthy way of life and recreative culture. Scientifically grounded and the pedagogical terms of forming of recreative culture of future engineers-teachers are experimentally tested. Depending on the display of aggregate of certain indexes forming of healthy way of life of future engineers-teachers levels are exposed: high, sufficient and low.

The stages of experimental work are certain on professional development of educators and instructors of physical culture of preschool educational establishments in the field of to educationally-health-improvement to activity. The method of this work is resulted. 266 specialists of preschool educational establishments were plugged in research. From them 139 belonged to the experimental group, 127 - to control. The level of their professional development was determined on such components: motivational, activity, cognitive, personality. A forming experiment foresaw application of model of organization of methodical work with specialists in preschool educational establishment. Organizational and methodical terms are selected for professional development of specialists: development of maintenance, determination of forms (methods) and features of professional development. It was instrumental in the considerable increase of level of professional development of respondents of experimental group.

The analysis of methods of estimation is presented to professionally-pedagogical motivations and general and concrete possibilities of their realization are certain in pedagogical diagnostics. The groups of methods of collection of diagnostic information are selected about motivation. It is demonstrated that the evaluation of pedagogical activity motivation can be enacted only with the help of economical and objective, direct and indirect diagnostic methods, which demonstrate considerable constructive validness. When choosing the practical diagnostic method, it is suggested that it is based on individual, systemic and conceptual principles. The individual-activity approach is based on research of the personality in the study-cognitive process activity. The system principle assumes the research of professional-pedagogical motivation components are according to a unified system. Directions of training of trainers, teachers, sport organizers on forming of administrative competence are considered. The problem of creation of informative educational environment is considered on the basis of the controlled from distance departmental teaching. One of progressive forms of preparation of future teachers of physical culture is rotined. It is marked that traditional and innovative methods of teaching must be in permanent intercommunication and constantly to complement or partly replace each other if necessary. The necessity of perfection of the controlled from distance departmental teaching, creations of the new controlled from distance courses and electronic interactive textbooks, is set. The methods of the use of modern information, of communication technologies and presentation of educational information are recommended.

An analysis is conducted normatively-legal documents, regulating activity of sporting agents in Ukraine. The analysis of activity is conducted 60 soccer clubs of Ukraine. The mechanism of acquisition of license of agent of footballers is rotined. The right and duties sides, incoming in contractual relations are presented. Different approaches of the normative adjusting of activity of agents are rotined different countries. The right and duties agents are exposed, clubs, sportsmen, the mechanism of their co-operation is presented. It is set that to date there are 60 professional soccer clubs in Ukraine. More than 12 000 footballers work in clubs. It is marked that for the most effective co-operating with clubs footballers must co-operate with agents. Directions of perfection activity of agents and sportsmen are recommended.

The main approaches to the professional motivation formation in the system of education in the physical culture шт. high educational institutions have been determined in the article. Content of programs, textbooks and training manuals of professionally orientated disciplines aiming to determine their topic orientation on the sport pedagogue profession have been analyzed. It has been shown that didactical provision of the "Theory and Methods of the Chosen Type of Sports" and psychological-pedagogical disciplines, generally, does reflect a setting towards forming of theoretical competence in students. The main conditions of the students motivation development have been noted, such as renewing of the content and technology of the educational activity in the high educational institutions with including such components like didactical provision (of content, methods of realization, means of cooperation in the system "lecturer-student"), which is based on the integration of pedagogical and sport components of context approach based training; professionally oriented tasks, which are actualizing students life experience in connection with the specialty; taking part in the pedagogical activity; psychological-pedagogical interaction in motivation development.

The features of medical public welfare of students are in-process studied with disability. 2672 students took part in an inspection. The necessity of application is marked for individual rehabilitation programs. Resulted recommendation on application of psychological, pedagogical, physical, professional, labour, athletic, sporting, social, domestic rehabilitation. Directions professional adaptation of students are rotined to the future profession. The program of physical rehabilitation which has 3 stages is recommended: adaptation (1 course), correction-health-improvement (2-3 course), professionally-applied (4-6 course). It is set that computer-integrated and inclusive an educational environment is the optimum form of providing of young people with disability by terms for a self-expression, self-perfection, independent creation, and realization of equal rights and possibilities, forming of sense of the personal meaningfulness and full value.

It is shown the structural components of the functional competence of professional teachers of physical education: motivational, cognitive and action-practical. We used the following methods of scientific knowledge, as the analysis of psychological, educational and methodological literature, synthesis, comparison, generalization, specification, classification, ordering Criteria and levels of occupational functional competence of future teachers of physical education. It is determined that the high level of professional formation of the functional competence of future teachers of physical culture is characterized by the motivation to perform professional functions of a teacher of physical culture, fundamental knowledge required to perform professional functions of a teacher of physical culture, a high level of general physical fitness, pronounced specific motor abilities and skills.

Opinion of students is shown in relation to the evaluation of the state of own health and anxiety about him. Attitude of future educators of child's educational establishments toward a health is certain. 116 students of I-IV of courses took part in research. The negative tendency of worsening of the state of health of students is set. There is growth of index of careful attitude toward the health from 20 % to 43,5 %, the index of indifferent relation diminishes from 15 % to 4,3 %. Considerable percent of students (60,8 %) untroubled about a health until there will not be problems. It is marked about the necessity of revision of passive position of departments of physical education in relation to the professionally applied physical preparation of students. It is shown that after the second year students have a fall-off of estimation of the health.

Actuality and necessity of postdiploma education for the professional competence of specialists on a physical culture is grounded. Directions of organization of continuous education of physical culture teachers are certain: informative education; perfection of motive abilities and skills; creative development. For development of creative activity of physical culture teachers is recommended to leadthrough scientific practical seminars in form of disputes, dialogs, exchange by work experience, presentations of the opened lessons. Noted importance of creation of the differential programs which would take into account national traditions and had a correction, restoration, health influence. It is set that a leading place in the professional competence of teachers of physical culture is level of their motive abilities and skills.

It is marked that reformation of higher education is an objective necessity. It is marked that the educational system of Ukraine answers the new requirements of informative society not fully. It is certain that optimization of professional education of future teacher of physical culture must be characterized the choice of the most favourable variant of terms and teaching facilities. It is set that transitions within the limits of one informative space have an influence on professional development of future teacher during his studies. The followings terms of optimization of professional education of teacher are selected: system use of active and interactive methods; bringing in to the advanced study; the increase of role is informative of communication technologies in an educational process. The concordance of maintenance of curriculum of education of teachers of physical culture with the programs of education of the European countries and standardization is recommended them within the limits of Ukraine.

At the theoretical level analysis of the state of the problem of training of future specialists with Olympic and professional sports in higher education. It is used a set of research methods: analysis, synthesis, synthesis of the literary sources. The results obtained allowed the model to analyze the training of future specialists with Olympic and professional sports for the content of training. The purpose of the article is research of interdependence of bodily condition and results of having time of students. Supervisions were conducted above 229 students. Physical preparedness of students on indexes: level of quickness (run 100 m), level of endurance (run 1000 m), level of power possibilities (undercutting on a cross-beam), level speed-power preparations (standing broad jump in length) was estimated. The results of dynamics of physical and mental development of students are presented. Close cross-correlation dependence is set between the indexes of mental capacity and bodily condition of students.

Description of the modern crisis state of health and physical preparedness of graduating students of higher institutes is resulted. Most graduating students can not high-quality work on a production. Not efficiency of the existent system of physical education is rotined in the institutes of higher. The terms of intensification of educational process are considered. Efficiency and forming actuality is investigational for the students of motivation to the select kind of sport (field hockey). The stages of introduction of innovative approaches, new credit-module technologies in the river-bed of the Bologna system are presented.

Motivation of teachers for professional-pedagogical activity and levels of forming of their pedagogical skills were determined based on the results of self evaluation and evaluation that was performed by the students. Evaluation of teachers' pedagogical skills and self evaluation were compared to dominating motivation for professional activity of teachers. 42 teachers and 78 students took part in this experiment. To determine proffessional-pedagogical activity motivation the tool of K. Zamfir in modification by A. Rean was used. To determine self evaluation of pedagogical skills "Scale of self evaluation of pedagogical activity" and tool of B. Zelentsov "Students about a teacher" were used. It was shown that it is characteristic for teachers to over estimate their pedagogical skills in comparison to the evaluation made by students: high level of forming of pedagogical skills comprise 40,48 % of respondents, while according to the students evaluation this figure is almost twice lower and comprises - 21,43%; average level evaluation, shows only 14,28 %, when students evaluate that 35,71% of teachers have average level of pedagogical skills forming. It was declared that teachers with the most determined internal motives are more objective in their self evaluation. It was proven that teachers whose pedagogical skills are on high level and who are evaluated by the students on the same level the are lead by domination of internal motivation.

It is well-proven that one of the most perspective going near description of professional development on the basis of modern methods there is a system hike. The probed pedagogical object is recommended to examine as an aggregate of associate elements. It is set that is presently required system awareness of professional development of future teacher of physical culture in the conditions of informatively-educational spaces. Possibilities of benchmark estimate of place of teacher in Ukrainian society and exposure of degree of his readiness and modernization of the system of education are rotined. It is shown problem relationship training specialist personality, different types of physical culture and sport in educational systems work in higher education. 80 students 19 - 20 years of age who will be teachers of physical education took part in experiment. It is reveled four groups of students on the nature of professional - pedagogical orientation. An important condition for the formation of future teachers is the correct organization is not only educational and training session, but also a clear system of educational work. It is established that the purpose of education as a social phenomenon is to provide personal interaction between the generations, to facilitate the development of the individual subject of the specific historical process that involves a painless entry and adaptation of young generations to live under certain conditions.

There were examined organizational and conductional peculiarities of physical education training for foreign students in higher medical institution. 92 foreign students took part in the questionnaire procedure. It is suggested that the discipline should be revised not only as a mean for health conditions strengthening and motor activity increasing, but also as effective mean of social and professional adaptation for foreign students. The objective and subjective difficulties and complications were determined during the process of organization and conduction of trainings for students from foreign countries. It is suggested to take into account their motivation, wish and level of physical and functional qualification.

A research purpose consisted of study of level and character of the personal interest of students of senior courses in application for them of the special individual educational trainings programs professionally-applied physical self-preparation. 69 students took part in an experiment. It is set that students have a high level of the personal interest in application of the educational trainings programs for development of physical merit, which have a decision value for successful professional activity in the future. A desire to be well-off to implementation of difficult production tasks and to the effective actions in emergency situations served as main incentive reason here.

Opinions of scientists concerning a value and orientation professionally-applied physical preparation of students of pedagogical specialities are examined. In the process of research 8 literary sources were analysed. Basic tasks which must be decided in the process of professionally-applied physical preparation of students of pedagogical specialities are resulted. It is set that professionally-applied physical preparation allows future pedagogical shots more effectively to master a future profession.

In the article the scientific problem of studies process optimization by informative providing is examined. There is also one of the tasks of providing of its decision - structuring of independent information receipt by students.
