鉴于急性胸痛高致死率、高致残率的现状及医学教育发展的迫切需要，海军军医大学长海医院以院内 胸痛中心实际救治病例为以问题为中心学习（PBL）教学案例来源，整合“院前120 急救、社区-三甲医院转诊及院内多 学科诊疗”三方面优质资源和丰富的病例，构建、优化八年制学生急性胸痛整合型PBL 课程。新的课程设置有利于培养 学生对于胸痛症状较强的临床思维能力，对其他症状学课程的整合优化有一定借鉴意义，对构建全新临床教学体系和 教育培养模式也有深远意义。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
