- Abstract
The landslide in Xingye County of Guangxi is studied as the research object. The seepage field, stress field and deformation field of unsaturated soil slope are simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software of geostudio. The stability of unsaturated soil slope and the evolution rule of slip surface are studied. The results show that the response of shallow soil mass to rainfall is intense. Pore water pressure, volume water content and rainfall intensity are positively correlated. Matrix suction and effective stress are sharply reduced. The decrease of shear strength is not conducive to slope stability. Under the influence of rainfall, the maximum shear stress of the shallow soil increases. The displacement at the top and foot of the slope changes greatly, and easily causes failure and instability. The minimum value of stability coefficient appears after rainfall, not during rainfall, showing an obvious. The result of numerical simulation is similar to that of field investigation. The study has certain reference value for landslide disaster prevention, mitigation work and stability evaluation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
