Artificial Intelligence research is presenting phenomenal progress in two directions: (i) new theories and methodologies, and (ii) applications that expand traditional domains with innovative interventions. As indicated by recent reports, this progress has created a disequilibrium, where demand for scientists with skills in Artificial Intelligence is not fulfilled, a trend that will intensify further in the years to come. A potential solution to this shortage of specialised workforce may come from encouraging more women to get educated and follow a career in one of the Artificial Intelligence areas. This special collection of invited papers is dedicated to all women researchers and practitioners in Artificial Intelligence and coincides with the March 8, 2023 International Women's Day. Quantitative methods for determining the quality of scientific publications evolved gradually from popularity methods to prestige methods. However, existing methods have some drawbacks, such as inability to account for important factors and mutual reinforcement between different entities, and limitation of using novel information techniques like artificial intelligence (AI) methods. This study proposes an intelligent time-aware mutual reinforcement ranking (TAMRR) model that accounts for mutual reinforcement, and temporal factors, such as the time of citation, to measure the prestige of scientific papers. The method also considers the distribution of the co-authors' contributions, which indicates the credit allocation of citations. Moreover, mutual reinforcement which indicates interactive impact between different entities by means of the extension of an AI algorithm, i.e., Hyperlink-Induced Topics Search (HITS) algorithm, is adopted to further explore the interactions of papers, journals and authors. Another AI algorithm, i.e., PageRank, is also enhanced to measure the prestige of papers, journals, and authors in citation networks, which are then used as the inputs to the modified HITS. Experiments on temporal factors and heterogeneous networks reveal that these factors are likely to be informative in prestige measurements. Analysis of correlations suggests that our proposed intelligent ranking method is reasonable. This study offers an intelligent method for researchers, authors, and entrepreneurs to quantify the importance of scientific papers and the conclusions are likely to be of importance for researchers in both the academic and enterprise domains. During the COVID-19 pandemic, artificial intelligence has played an essential role in healthcare analytics. Scoping reviews have been shown to be instrumental for analyzing recent trends in specific research areas. This paper aimed at applying the scoping review methodology to analyze the papers that used artificial intelligence (AI) models to forecast COVID-19 outcomes. From the initial 1,057 articles on COVID-19, 19 articles satisfied inclusion/exclusion criteria. We found that the tree-based models were the most frequently used for extracting information from COVID-19 datasets. 25% of the papers used time series to transform and analyze their data. The largest number of articles were from the United States and China. The reviewed artificial intelligence methods were able to predict cases, death, mortality, and severity. Intelligent systems on Paper currency recognition and verification are inevitable for modern banking services. These systems are used in Auto-seller machines, vending machines etc. Extracting sufficient and reliable monetary characteristics are essential for accuracy and performance of such systems. This paper proposes a new intelligent system for paper currency recognition. Pakistani paper currency has been considered, as a case study, for intelligent recognition. This paper identifies, introduces, and extracts robust features from Pakistani banknotes. After extracting these features, the paper proposes to use three layers feed-forward Backpropagation Neural Network (BPN) for intelligent classification. The proposed technique and system are simple and comparatively less time consuming which makes it suitable for real-time applications. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed technique, experiments have been conducted on 175 Pakistani banknotes. The data of scientific research is important for decision making of sci-tech journals. At present more and more journals attach great importance to their impacts. As the data expands and artificial intelligence develops, it is feasible to help select topic for journals. In the paper we propose a topic selecting framework based on the research focus, which includes analysis of both research focus and paper topics, model training and topic recommendation. Compared with deep neural network, the proposed method could be more accurate with various periods and time intervals. We also predict different models for different kinds of paper. The 2022 edition of NL4AI was co-located with the 21st International Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AIxIA 2022) and took place on November 30th in Udine, Italy. The call for papers attracted 17 submissions by 52 different authors from Italy (44), the UK (2), Algeria (4), and Germany (2). After the review process, 13 of 17 papers were accepted for publication (acceptance rate 76.47%). In terms of topics, the contributions to the workshop span from pure NLP works to broader proposals bridging NLP with other AI applications. Among the accepted articles, we selected two that we considered the most relevant and inspiring for the Italian Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence communities. This Extended Editorial has been compiled by the members of the Editorial Board to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Journal of Integrated Design and Process Science, which operates as the Transactions of the Society for Process and Design Science. The paper divides in three parts. The first part provides a detailed overview of the preliminaries, the objectives, and the periods of operation. It also includes a summary of the current application-orientated professional fields of interests, which are: (i) convergence mechanisms of creative scientific disciplines, (ii) convergence of artificial intelligence, team and health science, (iii) convergence concerning next-generation cyber-physical systems, and (iv) convergence in design and engineering education. The second part includes invited papers, which exemplify domains within the four fields of interest, and also represent good examples of science communication. Short synopses of the contents of these representative papers are included. The third part takes the major changes in scientific research and the academic publication arena into consideration, circumscribes the mission and vision as formulated by the current Editorial Board, and elaborates on the planned strategic exploration and utilization domains of interest. This editorial paper introduces a special issue that solicited papers at the intersection of Semantic Web and Human Computation research. Research in that inter-disciplinary space dates back a decade, and has been acknowledged as a research line of its own by a seminal research manifesto published in 2015. But where do we stand in 2018? How did this research line evolve during the last decade? How do the papers in this special issue align with the main lines of work of the community? In this editorial we inspect and reflect on the evolution of research at the intersection of Semantic Web and Human Computation. We use a methodology based on Systematic Mapping Studies to collect quantitative bibliographic data which we analyze through the lens of research topics envisioned by the research manifesto to characterize the evolution of research in this area, thus providing a context for introducing the papers of this special issue. We found evidences of a thriving research field; while steadily maturing, the field offers a number of open research opportunities for work where Semantic Web best practices and techniques are applied to support and improve the state-of-the-art in Human Computation, but also for work that exploits the strength of both areas to address scientifically and societally relevant issues. In this paper, 1,538 papers retrieved with the keywords "sports artificial intelligence (AI)" on the Web of Science database since 2007 were taken as the data source, and the Cite Space V software was used to visualize and analyze them. A visual knowledge graph was used to streamline the countries, institutions and authors conducting sports AI research, discipline distribution, research hotspots and development trends in the past 15 years. Subsequently, its development direction and research progress were discussed. Sports AI was widely distributed, with the US, China and the UK leading the way. The most prolific authors and teams in research on sports AI were concentrated in American universities. Their main research direction is to develop and improve smart wearable devices based on machine learning and deep learning technologies for different groups of people. Research on sports AI involved multiple disciplines, which mainly applied and referred to research methodologies and theories on engineering, computer science and sports science. It could be seen from the frequency and centrality of keywords that in the current field of sports AI, machine learning is the main direction, artificial neural networks is the main algorithm, and practical and empirical research based on data mining is the focus. The research hotspots were divided into three major clusters: physical health promotion, sports injury prevention and control, and athletic performance enhancement. How to introduce intelligent technology into sports for a perfect integration still has an arduous and long way to go. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the assessment method based on machine learning, especially the ensemble learning method, has attracted more and more attention in the field of credit assessment. However, most of the ensemble assessment models are complex in structure and costly in time for parameter tuning, few of them break through the limitations of lightweight, universal and efficient. This paper present a new ensemble model for personal credit assessment. First, considering the conflicts and differences among multiple sources of information, a new method is proposed to correct the category prior information by using the difference measure. Then, the revised prior information is fused with the current sample information with the help of Bayesian data fusion theory. The model can integrate the advantages of multiple benchmark classifiers to reduce the interference of uncertain information. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed model, several typical ensemble classification models are selected and empirically studied using real customer credit data from a commercial bank in China, and the results show that among various assessment criteria: the proposed model not only effectively improves the multi-class classification performance, but also outperforms other advanced multi-class classification credit assessment models in terms of parameter tuning and generalizability. This paper advocates for a constructivist approach to symbiosis to restore human-centredness in the governance of Symbiotic Artificial Intelligence (SAI). Challenging rigid, deterministic foundational methods warns against the risk of divorcing ethics from mere adherence to moral principles. Instead, it calls for a shift towards a distributed, contextual, relational, and dialectical structure to embody human-centredness. Through an analysis of the SAI landscape and its interplay between social and technological factors, the paper argues for a reconceptualisation of theoretical foundation and human responsibility within the socio-technical perspective. Chapter 2 delves into foundational issues of SAI, questioning the application of biological categories and proposing patterns of SAI based on definitions of intelligent life. Chapter 3 explores the potential of a constructivist approach, emphasising flexibility and context awareness, and presents a framework for understanding and evaluating SAI systems, components of an evolving methodology. Bamboo furniture is made of green and environmentally friendly bamboo, there is a unique hand temperature and weaving beauty in addition to bamboo texture and characteristics. In the past, making bamboo furniture relied on the traditional experience of craftsmen, which had less change in appearance and lack of communication with customers, and could not meet the fashion and aesthetic needs of modern people. Therefore, this paper connects deep convolution neural network (DCNN) and deep convolution generative adversarial network (DCGAN) to generate bamboo furniture design that meets customers' emotional needs. First, based on collecting 17856 bamboo furniture in the market, DCNN builds product image recognition models and enhances image recognition performance, thereby optimizing computational efficiency and obtaining high-quality output. The optimal recognition rate of emotional data set throughout the chair product is 98.7%, of which the modern chair has a recognition rate of 99.2%, and the recognition rate of fashion bamboo chairs is 98.2%. Second, DCGAN learns a good intermediate feature from a large quantity of non-marked images and automatically generates product styling that arouses the emotional resonance of customers. Finally, the fashion designers use this creative picture as the source of inspiration, cooperate with individual characteristics and trends of the times, then design green sustainable bamboo chairs. These design plans have increased the variety of product modalities, which greatly enhances customers' emotional satisfaction and increases product sales. The collaborative design method proposed in this paper provides new ideas for generating the emotional design of bamboo furniture, which can also expand to other industrial product designs. The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) devices has generated an increasing demand for reliability in their utilization. Nevertheless, the significant concern persists regarding the absence of suitable assessment and testing techniques to evaluate the performance of these intelligent systems in real-world conditions. In response to these issues, this paper conducts research on the reliability testing and assessment of AI visual perception systems under vibration stress. The paper introduces the working mechanism of the visual perception system and the various testing methods for AI devices. Based on this, a reliability assessment method for intelligent devices is proposed, which uses the Fréchet distance as the measurement function and environmental adaptability as the reliability metric. Additionally, a vibration test platform for the visual perception system is established, which offers a cost-effective and reliable solution to the high cost issue of field testing for AI devices. Finally, the reliability level of the visual perception system under various vibration conditions is tested through vibration testing. Decisions based on artificial intelligence can reproduce biases or prejudices present in biased historical data and poorly formulated systems, presenting serious social consequences for underrepresented groups of individuals. This paper presents a systematic literature review of technical, feasible, and practicable solutions to improve fairness in artificial intelligence classified according to different perspectives: fairness metrics, moment of intervention (pre-processing, processing, or post-processing), research area, datasets, and algorithms used in the research. The main contribution of this paper is to establish common ground regarding the techniques to be used to improve fairness in artificial intelligence, defined as the absence of bias or discrimination in the decisions made by artificial intelligence systems. Today, Internet of Things (IoT) has provided intelligent interactions between sensors, smart devices, actuators, and cloud-based applications to ease human life. Currently, IoT-based connectivity management systems use computer-assisted learning methods to increase learning level and better understanding of the curriculums for students in universities, schools and research centers. On the other hand, virtual connectivity management systems are applied to facilitate teaching and learning methods under taken of pandemic effects. Because, data mining methods have important effect to enhancement and navigate IoT-based connectivity management systems, this paper presents a technical analysis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) approaches for connectivity management systems in IoT environments. This paper provides a comprehensive perspective on vehicular communication systems, Internet of Vehicles (IoV) methods and Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) environments that have evaluated using machine learning, fuzzy logic and intelligent algorithms. As one of the main methods of information fusion, artificial intelligence class fusion algorithm not only inherits the powerful skills of artificial intelligence, but also inherits many advantages of information fusion. Similarly, as an important sub-field of artificial intelligence class fusion algorithm, deep learning class fusion algorithm also inherits advantages of deep learning and information fusion. Hence, deep learning fusion algorithm has become one of the research hotspots of many scholars. To solve the problem that the existing neural networks are input into multiple channels as a whole and cannot fully learn information of multichannel images, Shan et al. proposed multichannel concat-fusional convolutional neural networks. To mine more multichannel images' information and further explore the performance of different fusion types, the paper proposes new fusional neural networks called multichannel cross-fusion convolutional neural networks (McCfCNNs) with fusion types of "R+G+B/R+G+B/R+G+B" and "R+G/G+B/B+R" based on the tremendous strengths of information fusion. Experiments show that McCfCNNs obtain 0.07-6.09% relative performance improvement in comparison with their corresponding non-fusion convolutional neural networks (CNNs) on diverse datasets (such as CIFAR100, SVHN, CALTECH256, and IMAGENET) under a certain computational complexity. Hence, McCfCNNs with fusion types of "R+G+B/R+G+B/R+G+B" and "R+G/G+B/B+R" can learn more fully multichannel images' information, which provide a method and idea for processing multichannel information fusion, for example, remote sensing satellite images. The purpose of facial expression recognition is to capture facial expression features from static pictures or videos and to provide the most intuitive information about human emotion changes for artificial intelligence devices to use effectively for human-computer interaction. Among the factors, the excessive loss of locally valid information and the irreversible degradation trend of the information at different expression semantic scales with increasing network depth are the main challenges faced currently. To address such problems, an enhanced pyramidal network model combining with triple attention mechanisms is designed in this paper. Firstly, three attention mechanism modules, i.e. CBAM, SK, and SE, are embedded into the backbone network model in stages, and the key features are sensed by using spatial or channel information mining, which effectively reduces the effective information loss caused by the network depth. Then, the pyramid network is used as an extension of the backbone network to obtain the semantic information of expression features across scales. The recognition accuracy reaches 96.25% and 73.61% in the CK+ and Fer2013 expression change datasets, respectively. Furthermore, by comparing with other current advanced methods, it is shown that the proposed network architecture combining with the triple attention mechanism and multi-scale cross-information fusion can simultaneously maintain and improve the information mining ability and recognition accuracy of the facial expression recognition model. Soccer is the number one sport in the world, and generally speaking the level of development of soccer indicates the level of development of sports in that country. This study combines artificial intelligence technology and deep learning methods with school soccer to solve school soccer development problems from a technical perspective, which has certain practical significance, fills the research gap in this field, and promotes the development of this field. Therefore, how to use artificial intelligence and deep learning to develop soccer teaching in schools is of great significance. The process of partitioning into different objects of an image is segmentation. In different major fields like face tracking, Satellite, Object Identification, Remote Sensing and majorly in medical field segmentation process is very important to find the different objects in the image. To investigate the functions and processes of human boy in radiology magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will be used. MRI technique is using in many hospitals for the diagnosis purpose widely in finding the stage of a particular disease. In this paper, we proposed a new method for detecting the tumor with enhanced performance over traditional techniques such as K-Means Clustering, fuzzy c means (FCM). Different research methods have been proposed by researchers to detect the tumor in brain. To classify normal and abnormal form of brain, a system for screening is discussed in this paper which is developed with a framework of artificial intelligence with deep learning probabilistic neural networks by focusing on hybrid clustering for segmentation on brain image and crystal contrast enhancement. Over the last decade, the explosion of "Big Data" and its fusion with AI has led many to believe that the development and integration of AI systems in healthcare will usher in a transformative revolution that democratises access to high quality healthcare and collectively improve patient outcomes. However, the nature of market forces in the evolving data economy, has started to show evidence that the opposite is more likely to be true. This paper argues that there is a poorly understood "Inverse Data Law" that will exacerbate the widening health divide between affluent and marginalised communities because: (1) data used to train AI systems favour individuals that are already engaged with healthcare, who have the lowest burden of disease, but the highest purchasing power; and (2) data used to drive market decisions around investment in AI health technology favours tools that increase the commodification of healthcare through over-testing, over-diagnosis, and the acute and episodic management of disease, over tools that support the patient to prevent disease. This dangerous combination is more likely to cripple efforts towards preventative medicine, as data collection and utilisation tends to be inversely proportional to the needs of the patients served -- the inverse data law. This paper studies the feasibility of intelligent power design mode, and proves that the intelligent power design mode has significant advantages over the traditional mode by using the method of comparative study. Comparative studies are more distinctive in the breadth and depth of content. With the further acceleration of the urbanization process and the popularization of electronic equipment, people's demand for electricity is gradually increasing. The overall operation of the transmission line is actually highly related to the design mode of the line. The quality of electrical design will be closely related to people's electricity consumption. The stability of the electrical design is directly linked to the sustainability, and it will also be linked to the reputation of the power design company and the safety of public life. The use of a variety of new technologies in the electrical design process to guide the design scheme and identify design problems as soon as possible is the latest trend in the electrical design of current transmission lines. In the context of the rapid development of data science, the functions of comprehensive sorting and providing suggestions provided by big data technology have become the mainstream choice for solving problems in various industries. At present, big data technology has begun to be associated with the power industry, and big data technology has been applied to transmission lines. Electrical design can also solve various dilemmas that exist in current design. Artificial intelligence technology enables computers to have the ability to think like ordinary people through algorithms and training data. Applying artificial intelligence technology to electrical design of transmission lines can make scheme design more intelligent. In order to analyze the current status of electrical design of transmission lines, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on professionals and practitioners of electrical design of transmission lines. Through a detailed analysis of the questionnaire data, it is found that the electrical design of current transmission lines mainly includes unreasonable line path arrangement, line support towers unreasonable models and insufficient consideration in safety protection design, and combined with big data and artificial intelligence technology, the intelligent arrangement of line paths, tower-shaped intelligent matching and intelligent safety protection strategies are designed. The respondents of the questionnaire conducted a second survey and found that the efficiency, cost, intelligence, sustainability and safety of the electrical design of transmission lines were improved after combining big data and artificial intelligence technology. The intelligent circuit design scheme constructed by big data and artificial intelligence technology can improve the quality of circuit transportation, solve the problems of unreasonable route layout, unreasonable line support tower type and insufficient consideration of safety protection design. Smart city has come a long way since the development of emerging technology like Information and communications technology (ICT), Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning (ML), Block chain and Artificial Intelligence. The Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) is an important application in a rapidly growing smart city. Prediction of the automotive accident severity plays a very crucial role in the smart transportation system. The main motive behind this research is to determine the specific features which could affect vehicle accident severity. In this paper, some of the classification models, specifically Logistic Regression, Artificial Neural network, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbors, and Random Forest have been implemented for predicting the accident severity. All the models have been verified, and the experimental results prove that these classification models have attained considerable accuracy. This paper explores the critical role of Interoperability (IOP) in the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for clinical applications. As AI gains prominence in medical analytics, its application in clinical practice faces challenges due to the lack of standardization in the medical sector. IOP, the ability of systems to exchange information seamlessly, emerges as a fundamental solution. Our paper discusses the indispensable nature of IOP throughout the Data Life Cycle, demonstrating how interoperable data can facilitate AI applications. Robust estimation of concept similarity is crucial for applications of AI in the commercial, biomedical, and publishing domains, among others. While the related task of word similarity has been extensively studied, resulting in a wide range of methods, estimating concept similarity between nodes in Wikidata has not been considered so far. In light of the adoption of Wikidata for increasingly complex tasks that rely on similarity, and its unique size, breadth, and crowdsourcing nature, we propose that conceptual similarity should be revisited for the case of Wikidata. In this paper, we study a wide range of representative similarity methods for Wikidata, organized into three categories, and leverage background information for knowledge injection via retrofitting. We measure the impact of retrofitting with different weighted subsets from Wikidata and ProBase. Experiments on three benchmarks show that the best performance is achieved by pairing language models with rich information, whereas the impact of injecting knowledge is most positive on methods that originally do not consider comprehensive information. The performance of retrofitting is conditioned on the selection of high-quality similarity knowledge. A key limitation of this study, similar to prior work lies in the limited size and scope of the similarity benchmarks. Non-speech emotion recognition involves identifying emotions conveyed through non-verbal vocalizations such as laughter, crying, and other sound signals, which play a crucial role in emotional expression and transmission. This paper employs a nine-category discrete emotion model encompassing happy, sad, angry, peaceful, fearful, loving, hateful, brave, and neutral. A proprietary non-speech dataset comprising 2337 instances was utilized, with 384-dimensional feature vectors extracted. The traditional Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) algorithm achieved a recognition rate of 87.7% on the non-speech dataset. In contrast, the proposed Whale Optimization Algorithm - Backpropagation Neural Network (WOA-BPNN) algorithm, applied to a self-made non-speech dataset, demonstrated a remarkable accuracy of 98.6%. Notably, even without facial emotional cues, non-speech sounds effectively convey dynamic information, and the proposed algorithm excels in their recognition. The study underscores the importance of non-speech emotional signals in communication, especially with the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence technology. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the digital transformation of student-oriented education becomes particularly important. How to promote real-time interaction between teachers and students in the classroom is an urgent issue which is needed to pay attention to. Based on the facial expression features of students in a classroom, this paper analyzes the changes in angles between facial expression feature points using Dlib. Additionally, this paper proposes a novel algorithm for extracting variable scale template edge trend features. The algorithm adaptively processes the template based on the edge trend features of expression feature points, and use the proposed template slope normalization algorithm to achieve multi-scale template edge trend extraction. Then, DNN are used to recognize different listening expressions. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has faster recognition speed and better robustness when applied to classroom expression recognition. This paper discusses the use of an improved random forest regression algorithm (RFRA) to predict the total score of powerlifters. The paper collected the age, weight, and total score of multiple powerlifters, and then used an improved RFRA to build a predictive model. The parameters of this model are optimized by a differential squirrel search algorithm. The experimental results show that our proposed method can effectively predict the total score of powerlifters with an error of less than 10%, which can provide a reference for experts and athletes before training or competition. Manufacturers perpetually adapt their systems to meet unforeseen events, new objectives, competition, and improved understanding of processes. In that human-directed work, models mediate an enduring relationship between production resources and engineers. Accommodating new understanding in the models controlling production can lead to more effective manufacturing. That work has previously been the province of quality programs such as Six Sigma, but is now fertile ground to study human-computer interaction about that enduring relationship mediated by models. Can AI augment human capability in the arcane work of formulating and refining models? This question is relevant to complex system engineering generally, not just manufacturing. In answering this question, this paper adapts Klein's flexecution for use in adaptable manufacturing systems. Theory flexecution, the methodical refinement of models, points to human-computer interactions that emphasize the roles of models, explanation, and machine agents that recognize the engineer's goals. Machine learning methods have been adopted in the literature as contenders to conventional methods to solve the energy time series forecasting (TSF) problems. Recently, deep learning methods have been emerged in the artificial intelligence field attaining astonishing performance in a wide range of applications. Yet, the evidence about their performance in to solve the energy TSF problems, in terms of accuracy and computational requirements, is scanty. Most of the review articles that handle the energy TSF problem are systematic reviews, however, a qualitative and quantitative study for the energy TSF problem is not yet available in the literature. The purpose of this paper is twofold, first it provides a comprehensive analytical assessment for conventional, machine learning, and deep learning methods that can be utilized to solve various energy TSF problems. Second, the paper carries out an empirical assessment for many selected methods through three real-world datasets. These datasets related to electrical energy consumption problem, natural gas problem, and electric power consumption of an individual household problem. The first two problems are univariate TSF and the third problem is a multivariate TSF. Compared to both conventional and machine learning contenders, the deep learning methods attain a significant improvement in terms of accuracy and forecasting horizons examined. In the meantime, their computational requirements are notably greater than other contenders. Eventually, the paper identifies a number of challenges, potential research directions, and recommendations to the research community may serve as a basis for further research in the energy forecasting domain. In order to improve the effect of the teaching method evaluation model, based on the grid model, this paper constructs an artificial intelligence model based on the grid model. Moreover, this paper proposes a hexahedral grid structure simplification method based on weighted sorting, which comprehensively sorts the elimination order of candidate base complexes in the grid with three sets of sorting items of width, deformation and price improvement. At the same time, for the elimination order of basic complex strings, this paper also proposes a corresponding priority sorting algorithm. In addition, this paper proposes a smoothing regularization method based on the local parameterization method of the improved SLIM algorithm, which uses the regularized unit as the reference unit in the local mapping in the SLIM algorithm. The research of this paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is to analyze the current situation of technology research in this field and put forward the idea of this paper by analyzing the shortcomings of the existing technology. The second part is the related basic theory research; this part deeply studies the core theory of tennis training and intelligent training robot, which provides a theoretical basis for the realization of the optimization scheme. The third part is the design and implementation of a real-time human motion evaluation optimization algorithm for tennis training robots.
