This paper analyzes the relevant research on push-button quick-release latch, and presents the dynamic model of a typical push-button latch based on a planar four-bar linkage mechanism. ADAMS software was used to simulate the opening and closing performance of the typical push-button latch. The influence of push angle, push position, push speed and push acceleration on the actual opening force measurement of the product was analyzed, as well as the preload test method of the push-button latch, and the sensor method was recommended to measure the preload force, and tested by experiments. Moreover, this paper analyzes the durability test method of push-button latch, uses the sensor to detect the change of opening and closing force in the process of durability test and studies the durability test of typical products.
