The security threat of power monitoring system is increasing, it is valuable to carry out effective risk assessment, which helps to find the security threats of the system in time, then carry out security management and avoid disasters. This paper presents a risk assessment method of power monitoring system based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and CVSS. Firstly, Considering the structure and security requirements of power monitoring system, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model is established, and CVSS is used to quantify the evaluation indicators. Then, the fuzzy consistent judgment matrix is constructed by using the results of index quantification by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and the power monitoring system is comprehensively evaluated from the bottom to the top. Finally, the risk evaluation value and safety level of the system are obtained. The example shows that the method can effectively overcome the difficulty of AHP in checking the consistency of judgment matrix, and can effectively quantify the system risk, and provide reference and basis for risk management decision-making of power monitoring system.

In order to solve the problems of long development time, poor expansibility and small application scope in the digital design of secondary system of intelligent substation at present, this paper puts forward the 3D assembly techniques based on the expanded model by analyzing the integration of secondary model files of intelligent substation. In the design process of this method, the relationship between primary equipment and secondary equipment, the mapping between logical circuit and real circuit are fully considered. By using standard family library techniques, file analysis techniques and automatic mapping techniques, the coupling between physical model and logical relationship is realized. Taking the actual 220kV intelligent substation as the pilot, the three-dimensional model in secondary system simulation analysis, online monitoring and the application of fault diagnosis shows that the techniques can effectively improve the efficiency of three-dimensional design and maintenance of secondary system.

The Internet revolution has had a significant impact on the global economy and society. Human beings are moving from the industrial age to information civilization. As one of the representatives of the new economic form in information civilization, the flow economy will become a new economic development model. Both the exhibition economy and the airport economy have the attributes of flow economy, and both of them are developing rapidly in China. They both are in a state of integration and development. The integration of exhibition economy and airport economy is based on the functional synergy of industrial chain integration, and the spatial integration of urban exhibition clusters and airport economic zones. Based on the theory of industrial chain integration, industrial integration and economic symbiosis, this paper puts forward the concept of the integration of exhibition economy and airport economy. We try to construct functional synergy model and spatial integration model, and propose the mechanism of industry chain sharing, co-governance and symbiosis and comprehensive cost-oriented mechanism. Finally, suggestions were made on the location selection of the airport exhibition industry, the exhibition industry and the airport industry linkage, and the regional competition and cooperation of the airport exhibition industry.

Solid helium bubbles were directly observed in the helium ion implanted tungsten (W), by different transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques at room temperature. The diameters of these solid helium bubbles range from 1 nm to 8 nm in diameter with the mean bubble size about 3 nm. The selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and fast Fourier transform (FFT) images revealed that solid helium bubbles possess body-centered cubic (bcc) structure with a lattice constant of 0.447 nm. High-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy (HAADF-STEM) images further confirmed the existence of helium bubble in tungsten. The present findings provide an atomic level view of the microstructure evolution of helium in the materials, and revealed the existence of solid helium bubbles in materials.

The functional integral formulation of the Hubbard model (1986) proposed by Kotliar and Ruckenstein (which, at the mean-field level, reproduces the results of the Gutzwiller approach) is used to calculate the one-loop correction to the free energy. The T3 in T correction to the specific heat in the Fermi liquid regime is obtained for the half-filled case and is related to the Landau amplitudes A0a, A0s that appear at the mean-field level. After parametrising the interaction strength with pressure so as to reproduce the observed effective mass of liquid 3He in the manner of Vollhardt (1984), the calculated variation of the T3 in T term with pressure is found to be in excellent agreement with the experimental results of Greywall (1983).
