In order to realize automatic pruning technology of tomato, an intelligent pruning device of tomato lateral branch was designed. A pulley is arranged in the track at the top of the greenhouse tomato planting shed, and a bracket is arranged through a mechanical connection, and a positioning module and a lidar module, a positioning module, a lidar module, a secondary close-range camera and a binocular camera are arranged in the middle section of the crossbar. Through binocular camera to identify and locate the axil part of the leaf, the mechanical arm II fixed the main stem of tomato plant, and judged whether the lateral branch grew in the axil of the leaf through the terminal visual unit, so as to prune or smear the inhibitor to complete the pruning of the tomato lateral branch. This paper effectively solves the efficiency of tomato daily management low and low precision technical problems, which provide a solution for the artificial picking of substitute tomatoes.

Agriculture is the important application field of the agricultural Internet of Things. With the development of information technology and computer network technology, IoT (Internet of Things) has entered various fields such as agricultural production, management, management, service and so on. On the basis of systematic discussion of the application of Internet of Things in the developed countries such as USA, Japan and Holland, the paper looks forwards to the key application fields in the future such as agricultural resources and environment monitoring, precision operation in the field, intelligent monitoring of facility gardening, fine management of livestock and poultry, prevention and control of diseases and pests, intelligent irrigation, agricultural product quality trace ability, etc.

The laser performance of Pyrromethene 597 (PM597) and Rhodamine 610 mixture is studied. A wide tuning range from 580 to 655 nm is achieved. The laser linewidth obtained is less than 0.1 nm. The highest conversion efficiency of 42.5% is obtained at 600 nm. Using a beta-BaB2O4 (BBO) crystal to frequency double the dye laser into ultraviolet (UV), a tuning range from 296 to 324 nm is obtained. The peak conversion efficiency from the dye laser to the UV laser is 9.7% and the highest UV laser output energy is 9.51 mJ at 301.25 nm. To the best of our knowledge, the tuning range and the conversion efficiency are the best under the same condition so far. All our results indicate that high laser performance can be achieved using a laser dyes' mixture.
