This paper analyzes the characteristics of Xinjiang urban power grid, sorted out the current situation and existing problems of the power grid, and puts forward the path to improve the distribution network in combination with the development goal of the power grid, including comprehensively strengthening the grid construction, improving the level of intelligent interaction, improving the level of lean operation and maintenance, carrying out the construction of power grid standardization engineering, and further improving the comprehensive service capacity of the power grid in the new format and new scenario to meet the new requirements The demand for stable economic growth in Xinjiang provides safe, reliable, green and efficient power grid support for local economic and social development.

After years of development, the rural distribution network in Xinjiang has achieved remarkable achievements, but the problem of uneven development of the distribution network is still serious. Due to the limited access to new energy, the unsound grid structure and the long distance of power supply, the problems of the difficulty in ensuring the quality of power supply, the low intelligent coverage, and the uneven development of North and South Xinjiang still need to be resolved. This paper makes an in-depth analysis and investigation of the current situation of the rural distribution network in Xinjiang, and the situation facing the rural distribution network in Xinjiang under the background of rural revitalization is studied. On this basis, the weakness of the rural power distribution network in Xinjiang are analyzed. Finally, according to the current situation of rural power distribution network planning and construction in Xinjiang, suggestions for future distribution network construction are proposed.

The low voltage ride through (LVRT) ability of PV inverter is very important to the safety and stability operation of grid. The current LVRT control strategy emphasizes reactive current support during voltage dip, and there is no active power requirement, so in the grid with high PV permeability, it is easy to cause large active power shortage during the voltage dip, then the frequency will decrease. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the output characteristics of PV inverter using LVRT control strategy dominated by national standard, and the influence to frequency stability of grid with high PV penetration. Based on IEEE standard 3-machine 9- bus network frame, the grid frequency performance is simulated with the model of PV power station, The frequency variation during voltage dip using two typical LVRT control strategies were compared. At last, it is suggested to strengthen the active power support of PV power station during the grid dip, the output of reactive power and active power is guaranteed at the same time, the active and reactive power support to grid is realized, the LVRT performance of PV power station is improved to support grid.

Multi stage optimization planning of renewable energy power base is a multi-variable and nonlinear mixed integer optimization problem. Therefore, multi-stage optimization model of renewable energy power base is built by the dynamic programming method to make the decision of each stage. The planning results of the target annual are used as the basis for the expansion of the renewable energy power generation base in each stage. The economic effect of the various measures is solved by using the recursive algorithm of dynamic programming, and the whole economic cost is solved by the optimization function. The feasibility of the method is verified by the example.

In this paper, the concepts of fuzzy traffic network, road width and maximum road are introduced. Based on the fuzzy matrix representing traffic network the connection between the maximum road width and the power operation of the fuzzy matrix is discussed. And then the arithmetic solving method and the implemental program for the maximum road are introduced. They have practical value in analyzing traffic network such as regulating the flow of traffic in cities.
