A novel compact multi-band fractal antenna with RCS reduced is presented for Wi MAX, WLAN and ITV applications. The self-similarity property is designed to the square radiation patch and the fractal geometry is achieved by consecutive iterations. The 4th iteration of the proposed antenna, with a compact size of $\mathbf{24mm\times 30mm\times 0.508mm}$ , covers the 3.5GHz WiMAX band, 5.2/5.8GHz WLAN bands and ITV 8.025-8.4GHz band. Uniform radiation characteristics and an average gain of 3.1dBi are obtained. Furthermore, the RCS reduction of the proposed antenna are also presented and discussed.
