In this paper, we propose a new hat-fed which effectively improves the aperture efficiency of the ring-focus antenna. The hat-fed is designed by combining a sub-reflector and a corrugated feed tube with the dielectric. We add five ring-shaped metal sheets with decreasing radius around the circular waveguide. So, the distribution of electric field close to the waveguide is changed, thereby we can reduce the blockage of the sub-reflector against the waves, and improve the aperture utilization of the antenna. We simulate the feed with a designed parabolic reflector with a low focus-to-diameter rate of 0.3 and a 10mm ring focal radius. The simulation results show that the efficiency of the antenna can reach 78%, and the reflection coefficient is below −18dB at the Ka band.

In this letter, a novel coupler for TE21 mode of circular waveguide is introduced. The novel coupler is used to track satellite signal which works at downlink frequency band of satellite communication. The frequency relative bandwidth of the novel coupler can reach about 10%. The structure of the novel coupler is different, which reflects in the shape and distribution of coupling holes. The novel coupler is used to couple TE21 mode, which operate with the main mode to track target. Compared to traditional coupler, this novel coupler takes into account both communication performance and structure performance.

A low-profile dual-polarized crossed dipole antenna on a square annular AMC surface is proposed in this paper. We design a square annular AMC surface arranging as $8\times 8$ , and the antenna is placed in the center of the AMC reflector. The square annular AMC adds a new resonance point to the antenna to broaden the bandwidth that the antenna has an impedance bandwidth of 21.6% from 2.77 to 3.44 GHz for at port1, and the impedance bandwidth of 20.3% from 2.83 to 3.47 GHz at port2. The height of antenna decreased to $0.1\ \lambda_{0}$ and realize stable radiation pattern.

An improved ultra-wideband (UWB) microstrip filter with good out-of-band performance is designed and demonstrated. The filter is designed with two multiple-mode resonators (MMR), which are coupled together via a parallel-coupled line. A novel rectangular slit compact microstrip resonant cell (CMRC) is applied to improve the filter performance, which is formed by etching in the central section of the MMR. Combining the CMRC lowpass filter and slow wave characteristic, the improved filter has better out-of-band attenuation characteristic and sharpened rejection skirts outside the UWB passband, and its size is reduced. Good agreement between experimental and simulated results is achieved.

In general path planning problem, the road network is presumed to be determined, and real-time optimization method is used to establish optimal path. The result of this approach is not practical. In the rapidly developing China, the road network in fact is changing rapidly, while the road networks of the electronic maps are often not real-time updated; even if the path of their own real-time planning is feasible, the driver will take more time significantly than expected be because of lack of experience on the new road. Considering the uncertainty of the passed nodes, it is feasible to generate stable periodic path to balance the cost and time spent in the path. In this paper, path planning model with uncertainly passed nodes is proposed and a stochastic evolutionary algorithm is designed. Simulation studies show that the model is valid with promising solving performance. The achievement is expected to be integrated in the distribution or transportation decision support system for route planning.

The campus beverage bars take university teachers and students as its main customers which are stable, so the market environment has small changes. The location problem of Campus Beverage Bars is special in some way, for the activities of university teachers and students on the campus are focusing on the teaching and learning, they obey some special rules. In order to solve the location problem of campus beverage bars, P-Median model is built and a data collection method base on the network flow analysis by statistics and forecasting is proposed. The theoretical calculation result which is consistent with the investigation findings showed that the proposed method is effective.

Glycyrrhetinic acid (GA, 3β-hydroxyl-11-oxo-olean-12-ene-29-oic acid, 1) isolated from Glycyrrhiza glabra was found to have several pharmacological activities. A series of novel GA derivatives were designed and synthesized as antitumor agents. Their structures were confirmed using MS and 1H-NMR.

To investigate anti-tumor structure-activity relation- ship of derivatives of ursolic acid and obtain more effective anti-tumor compounds, 12 ursolic acid derivatives (10 novel compounds) with modified structures at the C-3 and C-28 position were synthesized. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by ESI-MS, IR and 1H-NMR spectral date.

The sensor signals would affected by the surroundings in the syrup concentration measuring, so its performances are unstable and low accuracy. It is necessary to calibrate the non-linearity for the sensors. Pointing out that the BP ANN is the best method in sensor no-linearity calibrating under comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the methods that applied in calibrating. As for the non-linearity on sensor, the BP artificial neural network model was built to compensate it. The sensor data were processed by BP ANN function in the MATLAB ANN toolbox, it has solved the problem that sensor affected by temperature. The BP ANN simulation show that the sensor output stability reached 0.25% after the temperature compensation; this enhances the sensor's precision and anti-jamming ability.

Container supply chain (CSC) is a typical form of supply chain with the rapid development of container transportation and large-scale trades. Under the backgrounds of financial crisis and green supply chain, cost and time efficiency are not the singular objective of supply chain. How the industries can save the energy is a critical problem for the governments and enterprises. The container supply chain correlates with many companies in the chain. The design optimization of it contributes to the energy reduction. The CSC is simplified as a multi-epoch supply chain network. A model is built to choose the optimal chain between the suppliers and the consumer with minimal energy consumption. The simulation study shows the efficiency. The approach produces a significant result for global management of CSC for government and the industries.

In paper [1], the definition of fuzzy set similarity measure and it’s application to fuzzy inference are given. So we introduce similarity measure of fuzzy set-valued, which is called fuzzy similarity measure. Fuzzy similarity measure is a generalized similarity measure, the axiomatic description is given, and some examples of fuzzy similarity measure are proposed, meanwhile its application to pattern recognition is shown.

Trading port efficiency is an important determinant of the competitiveness of the goods and a key factor to improve the investment climate of the countries. Managing the efficiency and coordinating distributed entities in a supply chain is a challenging task. This paper provide proposed s decision support framework for port efficiency discovery based on intelligent data integration, and provided some intelligent approaches to measure and analysis the trading port efficiency from supply chain aspect. The solution can take adequate use of the massive operational data accumulated in the distributed information system scattered in different sectors, and give useful information to support decision-making. A Case study has been developed to give an illustration of employing the proposed decision support framework in one of the trading port in China. The results obtained indicate that the prototype system is capable of get some useful insights into port efficiency.

Through massive experiments we found that for the binary text image embedding algorithm which hiding information by flipping central pixels of the image block, the statistics of run length between cover image and the image after been embedded is different obviously, but which between stego image and the image after test embedding is similar. Based on this law, a novel technique for the steganalysis of binary text image is presented in this paper. In which a test message is embedded in the text image firstly, then the run length statistic difference between text image and the image after embedded is calculated. When the difference exceeds the threshold value, the image is a cover image, otherwise it?s a stego image. Through the classification experiment, the threshold of several typical characters had identified and the experimental results showed that the detection rate can reach 99.9% by using of the proposed method and the related threshold.

The forecast of short-term traffic flow in timely and accurate is one of important contents of intelligent transportation system research. Based on the related knowledge of wavelet analysis and fuzzy neural networks, this paper proposes the fuzzy wavelet neural networks control method. It takes wavelet function as fuzzy membership function, uses neural networks to realize fuzzy reasoning, and finishes the estimate of next cyclical traffic flow. Simultaneously the hierarchical genetic algorithm is used to optimize the network structure and the parameter. After the field data test, this method is high precise, stable and compatible.
