Abstract

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is associated with a new exemplification of a real-time embedded system used for various applications that make the traditional infrastructure-based network seem infeasible. Due to imbalanced energy consumption among nodes, WSN has challenges with better utilization of energy and system enhancement. Clustering has been a better approach in this sequence. Therefore, this paper will utilize a fuzzy logic-based clustering protocol (unequal clustering) with multi-hop transmission for load balancing, energy consumption minimization, and network lifetime prolongation. The protocol forms unequal clusters with cluster head (CH) being selected by fuzzy logic with competition radius. Node distance to the base station, concentration, and residual energy are input variables. The simulation and results section displays the outperformance of the proposed protocol, where the low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH), energy-aware multi-hop multi-path hierarchical (EAMMH), energy-aware unequal clustering fuzzy (EAUCF), and two-tier distributed fuzzy logic-based protocol (TTDFP) for efficient data aggregation in multi-hop wireless sensor networks algorithms.

Abstract

Recently, the rapid development of mobile multimedia intelligent voice systems has affected the rapid changes in user interaction. Meanwhile, the continuous optimization of recommended algorithms makes the change of interaction mode from the original user's active search to the machine actively recommending continuously. It is an inevitable trend that multimedia intelligent voice dialogue system brings more efficient content services to users through active recommendation. However, the existing multimedia intelligent voice dialogue systems are mainly based on the user's expression content to analyze the user's subject willingness and then provide the reply contents to user. This kind of interaction only drives the topic through the user, which will cause some problems like single chat topic and missing points of interest. In order to address these problems, this paper proposes an interactive topic guiding model. This model uses the surrounding similar users and user context information to guide users' topics, and taking into account the harmony of human-computer interaction, the game method is adopted to select the optimal content response strategy by considering the user's and robot's emotional friendliness and content friendliness. The experiments show that the model proposed in this paper can effectively guide topics. Moreover, it has significant improvement in content richness compared with other models in human-machine natural interaction, which can provide some research ideas for guiding the topic in the mobile multimedia intelligent voice system.

Abstract

In order to improve the communication quality of relay-based D2D communication, this paper proposed a relay selection algorithm with the consideration of the information of the social domain and the physical domain. First, the transmission performance of D2D relay communication in the half-duplex relay mode and the full-duplex relay mode is analyzed separately in the physical domain. Second, we analyzed the user’s history check-in information to obtain the characteristics of user’s mobility and the social relationship strength between users. Finally, we proposed a relay communication gain metric to measure the extent of transmission performance improvement brought by D2D relay communication and developed a relay selection algorithm for maximizing the relay communication gain. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional D2D relay communication scheme, the transmission rate and stability of the transmission link of the D2D relay communication system using the proposed algorithm are greatly improved.

Abstract

Road object detection is an important branch of automatic driving technology, The model with higher detection accuracy is more conducive to the safe driving of vehicles. In road object detection, the omission of small objects and occluded objects is an important problem. therefore, reducing the missed rate of the object is of great significance for safe driving. In the work of this paper, based on the YOLOX object detection algorithm to improve, proposes DecIoU boundary box regression loss function to improve the shape consistency of the predicted and real box, and Push Loss is introduced to further optimize the boundary box regression loss function, in order to detect more occluded objects. In addition, the dynamic anchor box mechanism is also used to improve the accuracy of the confidence label, improve the label inaccuracy of object detection model without anchor box. A large number of experiments on KITTI dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, the improved YOLOX-s achieved 88.9% mAP and 91.0% mAR on the KITTI dataset, compared to the baseline version improvements of 2.77% and 4.24%; the improved YOLOX-m achieved 89.1% mAP and 91.4% mAR, compared to the baseline version improvements of 2.30% and 4.10%., Comment: 9 pages; in Chinese
