The unsteadiness of the low altitude platforms leads to uneven light and shade in the azimuth of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images. The traditional method for the azimuth intensity adjusting of SAR images has two important disadvantages. The first is its discontinuity of the normalization factor, and the second is its inapplicability on regions with broken terra of very weak or very strong back scatterer. This paper is focused on cutting down the discontinuity of the normalization factor and reducing the affection of the broken terra on the normalization factor. A new method is proposed in the adjustment of the intensity variance in the azimuth of SAR images by the image data in combination with the cross roll angle of platforms. The experiments and results show its good availability and robustness of the new method.

In high-quality Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) processing, the estimation of the Doppler centroid ambiguity from the received data is an essential procedure because it is related to the signal to noise ratio, geometric distortion, and radiometric error of the final SAR image. Conventional algorithms based on Radon transform can solve the ambiguity accurately but still have a certain degree of high computational load. In this paper the feature of the SAR range cell migration (RCM) in the range-Doppler (RD) domain is analyzed. Taking into account the fact that the absolute Doppler centroid and RCM skew slope in RD domain are directly correlated to each other, a new simple method is developed which is directly operated in the RD domain rather than taking the Radon transform of the range-compression image. Compared to the traditional Radon transform algorithms, this new method can greatly reduce the computation complexity while keep the higher absolute Doppler centroid accuracy. Experiments with real space-borne SAR data are applied to validate the effectiveness of this algorithm.

Based on samples from the Enterprises of South of China, this paper investigates the relationships among organizational socialization, person-organization fit and employee performance. The result showed that: organizational socialization had positive impact on person-organization fit; organizational socialization had positive impact on employee performance; person-organization fit had positive impact on employee performance; person-organization fit acted a partly mediator between organizational socialization and employee performance. At the end of this paper, we discussed the practical significance of this study, in order to put some suggestions for improving the employee performance by organizational socialization management and person-organization fit management.

To explore the relationships among intellectual capital, organization culture; firm performance, 198 Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. The results indicated that bureaucratic culture positively influenced organization capital, innovative and supportive culture positively influenced human cap-ital, relational capital was affected by supportive culture, and three aspect of intellectual capital had different influence on performance. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.

The problem of how to determine the position of equivalent nadir point of bistatic SAR with geostationary illuminator and low earth orbit (LEO) or unmanned air vehicle (UAV) receivers is very important. Considering highorbit (or huge-range) characteristic of geostationary bistatic SAR the paper treats the earth surface as an ellipsoid surface and gives several models related to range. After studying the internal relation between the range-surface and the iso-range contours on the earth surface the paper presents a simplex-based approach to determine the position of equivalent nadir point of geostationary bistatic SAR. In simulation experiments the theoretical analyses and the simplex-based approach are tested and verified and the influence of earth curvature has been observed and analyzed.

ROBONOVA-1 robot is a kind of new type humanoid robot which can offer educators, students and robotic hobbyists a complete robot package. In order to better study and develop the function of this robot, according to the analysis of its configuration and gait, a seven bar linkage mechanism is established. The forward walking trace of the robot is planned by using the method of geometry constraints. Cubic spline interpolation function method and MATLAB software are applied to reconstruct the planned data of hip joint and ankle joint into smooth curves. Put these smooth curves into the inverse kinematic equations of forward motion for all joints, the trajectories of motion for all joints are gained, and their motion simulation is realized in ADAMS. From the simulation results, the robot can walk continuously. The correctness of the proposed method is demonstrated through the simulation results. The results lay the foundation for real-time gait control for ROBONOVA-1 robot.

This paper explores the interaction of organizational culture, intellectual capital and fire performance. Based on survey data from 167 companies in China, our result shows that both organizational culture hasn't positive firm performance, and intellectual capital has positive effects on firm performance, which demonstrates that intellectual capital significantly mediated the effect of organizational culture on firm performance.

To explore the relationships among knowledge sharing, innovative capabilities and firm performance, Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that knowledge sharing influenced innovative capabilities while innovative capabilities influenced firm performance positively, but knowledge sharing didn't have a direct influence on firm performance. As anticipated, the intervening effect of innovative capabilities between knowledge sharing and firm performance was significant. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.

According to several mathematical models related to slant range and Doppler of the bistatic SAR with arbitrary geometry configuration, the concept of equivalent velocity is presented and the equivalent velocity divided by the Doppler bandwidth B can be used for calculating the azimuth resolution. The quantitative relation between the equivalent velocity and the receiver velocity parvoarrpar is studied and the service condition of the formula parvoarrpar/Ba for calculating the azimuth resolution is obtained. For the translational invariant configuration the two equivalent service conditions are obtained by simplifying the constraint relation from the scalar and vector angle, respectively. The analysis of the constraint relation for the translational variant configuration demonstrates that the formula parvoarrpar/Ba is not appropriate for most cases except the stationary-transmitter case.

To explore the relationships among knowledge management strategy, core competence and organizational performance, 223 enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that codification strategy positively influenced core competence and organizational performance while personalization strategy positively influenced core competence. As anticipated, the intervening effect of core competence was significant between knowledge management strategy and organizational performance. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
