Heat pipe heat exchanger is a kind of efficient heat recovery. There is a great development on system research of electronic equipment, because of its high heat transfer efficiency, small temperature drop, simple structure, easy to control and no energy dissipation characteristics. In this paper, SINDA/FLUINT which is a professional thermal analysis software researched performance of the heat pipe heat exchanger, established test-bed to test the heat exchanger performance of heat pipe, compared with the simulation results and measured data, depth analysis the use of heat pipe on cooling problem of electronics industry to provide a theoretical basis for large-scale application of heat pipe technology.

In order to ensure the safety of road transportation of dangerous chemicals, study model for safety system of road transportation of dangerous chemicals is established from the perspective of accident prevention, safety guarantee, safety assessment and accident rescue, a comprehensive and effective safety system of road transportation of dangerous chemicals is built up, which is composed of four parts, safety assurance system, safety check system, safety assessment system and emergency rescue system, each part is self-links. This laid a theoretical foundation for safety guarantee, accident prevention and accident rescue for road transportation of dangerous chemicals, but also provides a theoretical basis for safety management for road transportation of dangerous chemicals.

Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is considered as an ideal power source for electric vehicles, which has many advantages, such as high power density, simple structure, fast start, no corrosion etc and has a wide range of applicable and a great potential. But the key technical problems, which restrict fuel cell to achieve product are difficult cooling, high cost and bulky. So they have been a hot spot to be studied and solved the problems. This topic for those problems, based on working requirements and optimal temperature difference transfer heat, designed a kind of new and efficient thermal management system by phase change heat transfer principle of heat pipe. The system provides a theoretical basis in order to the key technologies, such as difficult engine cooling, high cost, bulky etc. It also provides a theoretical guidance for reliability, security and system optimization of a new fuel cell thermal management system.
