This paper introduces a GaAs MMIC Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch up to C-band using pHEMT device. This switch operates from DC to 6GHz. Insertion loss obtained is less than 1dB., input and output returnloss are better than 15dB at 6GHz. Isolation of the switch obtained is better than 35dB. 0.25um process is used for designing SPDT switch. Reflective switch topology is adopted for this design. Die dimension is 1.36mm x 1.4mm x 0.1mm. Typical Switching speed is 20nS.
