Due to the low level of college students' professional quality and low employment rate, in recent years, enhancing the extracurricular learning ability of college students has become an urgent problem to be solved in college education. Based on learning resources and its influencing factors, this article studies the selection of extracurricular learning channels for college students through Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Grey association analysis, aiming to improve the extracurricular learning efficiency of college students and provide references for making policy.

With the increase of inter-core communication requirements for large-scale processors, optical interconnection on-chip is an important means of multi-core processor communication. At present, high-blocking, large delay, and high insertion loss is the bottleneck of large-scale processor inter-core communication. This paper proposes a non-blocking, low-loss, scalable passive optical interconnection network-on-chip structure (NPFONoC). In this structure, the 2*2 optical switch unit network-on-chip is designed by wavelength division multiplexing technology and passive optical interconnect micro-ring resonator self-resonance characteristics, it is easily expanded into 16*16, 32*32, 64*64 optical networks structure and achieve non-blocking communication simultaneously. The number of waveguides and micro-ring resonators in the optical interconnection on-chip structure are important parameters affecting the insertion loss of the network structure. In the 16*16 optical interconnection network structure, NPFONoC has great advantage in the number of micro-rings compared with the λ-route, GWOR, Crossbar and new topology structure, with reduction rate of 90.9%, 90.9%, 75%, and 20% respectively. By detecting the performance parameters of the 8*8 optical interconnection network structure on the OMNET++ platform, the results show that the average insertion loss of NPFONoC is smaller than λ-route, GWOR, Crossbar and Mesh structures by 11.6%, 3%, 16.7%, 4.8%.

This paper presents a Buffered Edge Reconfigurable Cell Array (BERCA) architecture and its applications. A distinctive feature of this architecture is its dual mode of operations. A reconfigurable cell in this array can operate in either blocking mode or non-blocking mode. This renders it amenable to efficient dataflow computation. A small buffer is attached to each link of a BERCA to enable synchronized computation in the style of a systolic array. An approach is devised to map a signal flow graph onto a BERCA array. Unlike previous systolic array mapping methods, this approach is able to map irregular graphs and regular graphs (as specified by simple recurrence equations). It opens up a wide range of applications for our BERCA.

Article proposed a modification method on consistency of judgment matrix based on genetic ant algorithm, which considered the inconsistency of judgment matrix causing by its disturbance, we found a nonlinear programming problem to make it have the least modification mount under the premise of consistency. The existence of global optimal solution was proved, finally we designed a corresponding genetic ant algorithm to solve the model and compared the method with existing approach, even applied it to the decision-making. Numerical proved that the nonlinear programming model is effective; to solve the model is reasonable and feasible in genetic ant algorithm.

Based on ECM algorithm to estimate parameters under the censored data, the article has given an algorithm of logarithmic normal distribution under the random censored data. We know that ARCH model can be approximated as normally distributed. Parameter estimation using logarithm likelihood estimate Algorithm in ARCH model we have got its iterative formula. Finally, there has given examples using MATLAB to further explain the application of ECM algorithm in financial time series.

This paper aimed to research the characteristics of Chinese national culture and find their influences on implementation of HILAS (Human Integration into the Lifecycle of Aviation Systems) systems in China. A culture survey was conducted among several typical Chinese civil aviation enterprises by using Geert Hofstede's culture survey method which was called Values Survey Module, and the survey result was analyzed by using his five-dimension culture theory. Then 5 visible characteristics of higher Power Distance, Collectivism, Femininity, Low Uncertainty Avoidance and Long Term Orientation were obtained and their influences on implementation of HILAS systems were analyzed meanwhile. Finally it concluded that Chinese culture characteristics could make a positive effect and also an adverse effect on system implementation process.
