In this computer era we are totally going with the automation of everything, in the same way the medical industry is also automated with the help of image processing and data analytics. The best way to control the death cause by cancer is early detection. The medical image or a CT scan image is pre-processed. The contrast of the image is increased with the CLAHE Equalization technique. Then it is segmented with the help of random walk segmentation method. In segmentation the three process will happen the ROI of image is segmented and then then the border correction is done. As third part the continuous pixel change is segmented. The classification is the major portion where the cancerous and non-cancerous is identified with the pre trained model. All the methods used above deals with the traditional way of image processing and data analytics. In Future this accuracy will be boosted with the modern XGboost algorithm where less data is used to get high accuracy.

In this modern world, we are depending on devices for doing our work in day-to-day life, which is interconnected through networks of networks. In this paper, we mainly focused on the safety measures for both driver and vehicle by using three types of sensors: Heartbeat sensor, Traffic light sensor and Level sensor. Heartbeat sensor is used to monitor heartbeat rate of the driver constantly and prevents from the accidents by controlling through IOT. IOT conveys the emergency message to the Owner, Ambulance and the Police. Traffic light sensor is used to follow the traffic rules and regulations by the driver. If the Red light is in the ON state, then the vehicle automatically stops before it reaches the white line. Fuel level sensor is used to measure vehicle's fuel level and calculate whether the available fuel is enough to reach the destination or not, if it is not enough then map will suggest the driver to reach the nearby petrol bunks.

Visual Cryptography Scheme (VCS) is an image safeguarding scheme which encrypts the secret text based image into multiple binary images called shares, which are then transmitted to participants. These shares are then stacked over by the participants to decrypt the secret image, however with reduced quality. In Extended Visual Cryptography Scheme (EVCS), these binary shares are encoded with cover images to generate meaningful shares. In order to enhance the decoded EVCS secret image quality, Two in One Image Secret Sharing Scheme (TiOISSS) was implemented, which offers perfect retrieval of the secret image. In this proposed scheme, the TiOISSS implemented for the color secret image with meaningful color shares with perfect reconstruction is proposed. This scheme uses Adaptive Halftoning technique to improve the EVCS image quality. Further, a color authenticated image and a text message are encoded in meaningful color shares to suppress any fake shares from the intruders, thus improving the security of the proposed scheme. Experimental results depict that the improvement in quality and security of the scheme.

The 5G (Fifth Generation) is up-and-coming Mobile technology. The users growing demand for a better broadband service technology in mobiles. The 4G (LTE) have major drawbacks of scalability and latency so 5G technology arrived. The 5G provided the real time services and device to device communications (D2D). In this paper we propose a vehicular networks features using 5G technology like real time video reporting service. It's instantly captures and reports the videos samples of traffic accidents and also sends the report to nearby ambulances and Government officials using the 5G mm wave signals. This video information helpful for the further investigations and recovery during the time of accident. GPS used to trace the vehicles location. In this paper demonstrate the feasibility and fulfillment of 5G technology in smart transporting systems.

Population is growing day by day so the atmosphere is compelled to be clean and hygiene. In most of the regions, the flooded trash bins are generating unsanitary surroundings. It's very important to line out the day to day wastes in nursing economical and straightforward manner. Lack of trash bins wastage supervision can outcome in disruption of the environmental balance and in turn lands up in the degradation of the health and hygiene society. The foremost drawbacks that have arisen deals with the detection, observation, and management of wastes. The present methodology of observing the waste system might be a sophisticated and arduous method that wants countless individual effort, rice and thus will not be well-suited with the enlargement in the technologies. Existing System has edges besides, has disadvantages. We tend to propose an Intelligent Trash Management in smart Cities using IoT. Once the rubbish reaches the extent of the trash bins, then that indication is given to Smartphone's through Android application by Arduino UNO. The controller will give an indication to the trash collecting truck. That garbage bin is completely crammed and needs imperative attention. This might facilitate to manage the rubbish assortment with efficiency.

The energy flow between source and the load of micro grid must be balanced to have a constant dc grid voltage. Due to intermittency in the natural sources and the variations in load, energy balance operation demands storage. The commonly preferred choice of energy storage in micro grid is valve regulated lead acid batteries. When batteries are used as energy storage, due to its low power density, the charge and discharge rate is low. It causes severe stress on the battery under quick load fluctuations and results in increase in the number of charge/discharge cycles. Hence, the lifetime of the battery reduces. The super capacitors have high power density and it can react speedily to quick load fluctuations. However, super capacitors alone cannot be used as energy storage as it cannot supply load for a longer time. Hence, this paper proposes a combined energy storage using batteries and super capacitors with high energy and power density. The photovoltaic (PV) based micro grid with combined energy storage is designed and the control strategy is validated for different atmospheric and load conditions.

Compliance with harmonic limits at the point of common coupling (PCC) due to non linear loads is becoming a notable concern for all customers. IEEE 519–1992 Standard has specified certain limits for the harmonic currents and voltages. According to this, the users should limit harmonic current and the supplier should limit harmonic voltages. The harmonic currents and voltages injected at the Point of Common Coupling (PCC) by the end users and utility are to be within the limits, specified by IEEE Standards. Phase Angle Diversity method is a simplified approach to predict harmonic limit compliance. It incorporates the potentially significant effects of diversity factor and Attenuation factor of different loads. It also gives the effect of power variations on system harmonic current. Results are provided in graphical format and account for variations in number of loads and load powers.
