This paper proposes an abnormal human behavior detection system for monitoring psychiatric patient. A normal behavior can be characterized by the spatial and temporal features of human activities. The difficulty of abnormal behavior detection is that human behavior is unpredictable and complicated. It varies in both motion and appearance. The human behavior video stream is interspersed with transition of abnormal and normal events. Here, we propose an unsupervised learning using the N-cut algorithm along with the SVM to label the video segments and then apply the Condition random field (CRF) with an adaptive threshold to distinguish the normal and abnormal events.

Being instrumental in electric energy data collection for energy data collection and supervisory systems, the reliability of an electric energy collector not only affects the reliability of the system, but also directly influences users' satisfaction. With the objective of addressing the problem of reliability assessment of an electric energy data collector, the failure mechanism of the data collector was first identified, followed by a cyclical acceleration method, which includes a sub test known as step stress test. Based on the exponential distribution of the fault time of the electrical energy collector, the Gamma distribution was assumed as the prior distribution and a multilevel Bayesian no-failure data statistical analysis method was used to calculate the average life span of the collector using the experimental data. Further, we adopted the Arrhenius equation under temperature stress and the activation energy value of electronic products to calculate the reliable life expectancy of the electrical energy collector under the normal operating temperatures. Additionally, this method is suitable for other electric energy data collectors as the main structure and working principle are similar.

On the analysis of QoS control mechanism of IMS architecture in 3GPP, this paper proposed a DiffServ-based QoS control mechanism of the IMS network, using MPLS bearing technologies, from the core network and the bearer network to achieve the end to end QoS control of IMS network.

To realize the aim of rapid design, data management, and process management of process route for those small and medium-sized contractors which produce for group enterprises cheaply, a kind of information system architecture based on process route driven is proposed in this paper. On the basis of workflow technology, the information management system which includes the visual process route modeling tool, BOM (Bill Of Material)management of jig & fixture on the production line(process route), the production management of process route, the function of part quality, workload checking and calculating is developed. Finally, the running flow and key implemented technology of the whole system are introduced.

Automatic evaluation of machine translation plays an important role in improving the performance of machine translation systems. In this paper, we firstly introduce three traditional methods of automatic evaluation, including BLEU, NIST and WER. All these methods are based on surface layer information of translations like vocabularies, so we do some studies on the evaluation method using the information of sentence structure. Because the Hierarchical Network of Concepts (HNC) theory thinks that sentence category and format transformations are two most important links in machine translation, we do some researches about sentence category and format transformations, and get the sentence structure information which is composed of sentence category information and format information of every sentence in the bilingual (Chinese and English) translation corpora. Then, considering the traditional methods above, we propose the method of automatic evaluation based on the information of sentence structure and have proved it effective by experiment.

Railway coach system has been developed from simple and single to integrated and intelligent electric devices. Now, as PLC system has failed to meet the requirement of rapid development of coach system because of its resource constraints, in order to overcome limitation of the current system, improve the integral performance and central control, realize uniform control and information platform, the system architecture of railway coach electric safety monitoring system is put forward in the paper, and relevant hardware and software system is designed. The system has been applied to the Chinese 25T train, and also can operate in other public transport such as metro subway, light rail, and MARC train.

As using IT systems that can efficiently plan trains, manage operations and provide passengers with information, the art of state of onboard digital multimedia system is introduced. The structure and main functions of onboard digital multimedia System for subway are described. The Media Controller, audio communications, video display, content management, CCTV Surveillance and communications interface are designed in this paper. The video decoder steps and Software hierarch of Media Player are introduced. The proven complete onboard digital multimedia solutions have been successfully implemented in some city subway.The onboard digital multimedia solutions can also operate in a variety of public mass transit transportation modes.
