Live detection and testing items are an indispensable method for diagnosing the status of substation equipment and discovering hidden dangers of substation equipment defects. At present, the input of detection data is mainly by manual, and there are problems such as large workload, low efficiency, and error-proneness. An automatic acquisition method of detection data for substation equipment is proposed in this paper. This method captures the screen images of electric power meters, then uses the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) method to automatically identify the detection data from the screen images, and input them into the testing report automatically. The experimental results show that the method has high accuracy, and can greatly improve the efficiency of automatic acquisition of detection data.

With the rapid development of urban-rural integration, distributed generation and electric vehicles, the distribution network presents the characteristics of multisource, interconnection and ubiquity, which puts forward higher requirements for security, reliability, interactivity and adaptability of power system. Based on the urgent demand of distribution transformer short-circuit test, this paper combines energy storage power supply technology and high-power inverter multiple technology. The double feedback automatic constant voltage design is used to realize the compensation of energy storage element capacity attenuation. This paper innovatively puts forward the technical scheme of large capacity storage virtual test power supply, which breaks through the limitation of power supply capacity for the transformer sudden short-circuit test. The power supply system has the characteristics of miniaturization, integration, mobility and accurate output control, which makes it possible to carry out some related tests of distribution network equipment on site. The application of the intelligent power supply effectively ensures the safety and reliability of distribution network system. It also has a wide application prospect in reactor switching test, capacitor withstand voltage test, transformer hot oil circulation and so on.

The circuit breaker is an important part of control and protection in the power system. Mechanical failure is the main fault of circuit breakers, and the loosening of fasteners is one of the typical mechanical faults. The self-loosening of bolted joints is closely related to the vibration, especially transverse vibration. There is strong vibration while the circuit breakers are opened and closed. In this paper, a finite element model is established to simulate the self-loosening process of bolted joints in 12kV vacuum circuit breakers under vibration. The relationship between the self-loosening process and different vibration conditions is discussed. The transverse vibration conditions are changed by applying different load amplitude, different initial preload and different surface friction coefficient. The result has guiding significance for the understanding of bolted joints' self-loosening and the loosening fault diagnosis of circuit breakers' fasteners.

Three-dimensional geological modeling (3DGM) is one of key issues to be solved in the three-dimensional geographic information system (3DGIS) and virtual mine technical research. Mine 3D geological modeling and visualization play a very significant role in the process of the mine exporting, designing and developing. Regarding the information of drilling hole and section charts as fundamental data, the author presents a general process of 3D geological modeling based on sections with the utilizing object-oriented programming. The essay builds the three-dimensional geological model in some mine taking the practical project for example and realizes the functions of 3D dynamic display, simulative mining and so on of this mine.
