Previous research reports that the parasitic capacitance of filter inductors can result in larger capacitive currents and cause increased losses in transistors. However, previous research only discussed inductors with floating cores and frames, where the high-power and medium to high-voltage inductors are practically required to have grounded frames and cores according to the standards. To fill the gap, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the extra switching losses caused by the parasitic capacitance of inductors with grounded cores and frames. Using the 10 kV SiC MOSFETs with an accurate digital model of the double-pulse-test (DPT) setup in L TSpice, the results imply that grounding the core and frame of inductors will cause increased transient drain current and switching losses, which are further verified in an experimental DPT results. In addition, possible solutions are proposed to reduce the extra switching losses.

In this paper, we focus on the generation of broadband underwater vortex waves carrying multiple OAMs. Based on a wideband underwater antenna, a water-immersed horn antenna array is designed and tested. The experimental results, which are in agreement with the simulation ones, validate that the proposed antenna array can readily generate high-quality vortex waves. To further validate the performance of the proposed underwater antenna array, experimental verifications of 2-D underwater imaging for the targets of two corner reflectors have been carried out, and the result shows that the targets can be distinguished efficiently. Meanwhile, two generation methods and one detection method of the multiplexed OAMs are also presented, from which the multiplexed OAMs can be generated and detected efficiently. And the performances of two generation methods have also been compared and discussed, from which we can know that the first generation method with a smaller structure costs lower and is more efficient.

Aiming at the problems of poor robustness, low search efficiency, and easy falling into local optima in solving the weapon target assignment (WTA) problem, an improved firework algorithm, IGFWA, is proposed. Based on the firework algorithm, a dimension-based explosion operator is designed, which balances the search quality and search efficiency of the explosion operator. The cross-mutation operator is introduced to replace the Gaussian mutation operator, which enhances the information exchange between fireworks individuals. The selection strategy based on the Hamming distance is proposed, which ensures the diversity of fireworks populations and accelerates the algorithm's convergence ability. The experiment results show IGFWA has better robustness and stronger global optimization capability compared with genetic algorithm and firework algorithm, especially when in large-scale WTA problems.

To design a generated radar functional model for Computer Generated Forces is an effective way to solve the problem that multi-radar loaded on different platforms in war-game simulation. With the concept of modularization and hierarchy, generated radar model is built up, based on the radar principal, and given full consideration to the effect of internal and external factors. Radar entities with different functions can be generated in the operation simulation, through configuring the parameters, which are decided by the core of the model, the radar equation. By this way, both the complexity and fidelity are taken account of. The simulation flow chart and method are shown in this paper as well, which makes the generated radar model valuable in war-game simulation.

A steady the black Zinc-Manganese electrolytic phosphate bath for carbon steel was obtained with an orthogonal trial. Electrochemical Impedance Spec-troscopy and Tafel Polarization curves were used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of phosphate coatings. scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques were applied for crystal morphology of the electrolytic phosphate films, while the XRD method was used for the electrolytic phosphate films analysis. The results have shown that electrochemical techniques can accurately characterize the high corrosion resistance of phosphate coatings. the results show that after electrolytic phosphate, the crystal morphology dense strip flake-shaped structure of the electrolytic phosphate films.25µm phosphate coatings could be formed in this solution and the coatings could withstand over 260 s corrosion in CuSO 4 test. electrolytic phosphate coatings is constituted mainly by Zn 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , Fe(H 2 PO 3 ) 3 , Mn(HPO 4 ) 3H 2 O, Mn 3 (PO 4 ) 2 .

Real-time monitoring technology about wire windy swing is one of key technologies in smart grid, which is well-known as an advanced power architecture. The technology is proposed in this paper by incorporating Micro Doppler Algorithm, which is a hotspot in signal processing. According to others, this monitoring technology has the special characteristics such as all-day, all-weather, compact, and reliable. The relationship between the wire windy swing parameters and micro-Doppler is derived after the model of wire windy swing formed. The simulated results is shown to illustrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.

A FED driving circuit system with adjustable parameters, resources optimizing, voltage output with 420 V, giving support to 640×3×480 resolution is presented. With the background of maneuvering target tracking, based on analyzing Variable Structure Multiple Model (VSMM) algorithms, the main of research is Model Set Adaptation(MSA). A model group switching algorithm(MGS) and a likely model set(LMS) based on detecting the change of residuals are designed. At the given initial conditions with the movement characteristics of maneuvering target, the paper carries out Monte Carlo simulation experiments about strong maneuverable target using two algorithms. The simulation results show that the LMS algorithm has better tracking accuracy and stability than MGS algorithm. Meanwhile, the LMS algorithm costs less calculation time and is convenient for application.

The processing of XML documents has been regarded as the performance bottleneck in most systems and applications. A number of techniques have been developed to improve the performance of XML processing, ranging from the schema-specific model to the streaming-based model to the hardware acceleration. These methods only address parsing and scheduling the XML document in memory [1]. Although there are a few of works have discussed the efficiency of the data read-write between XML and Relational Database, they constructed the DOM and reading relational database synchronously and neglected the differences of pace between DOM (a general format of XML document in memory) building and relational database reading[2], which will reduce the performance of the entire system. In this paper, we present a processing model for storing and building XML document in data transfer between XML and relational database. In this model, a XML document is parsed and its elements are stored in a single table of database instead, it is not necessary to read the nodes according to their hierarchical structure, thus leveraging the workload of DOM building to memory by the algorithm called Tree-Branch inter growth. To show the feasibility and effectiveness of our approaches, we present our C# implementation of XML processing in this paper. Our empirical study shows our algorithm can improve the XML document processing performance significantly.

A common objective in simulation is enhanced understanding of a system; an opened model which can be storage, retrieval, sharing, and invocation in a distributed environment and among Web-based component applications is essential for this objective. As the development of Internet and WWW, the actions in the WWW are not only the human-machine interaction, but also Semantic Web-based machine -machine interaction, so a well-formed model needs opened and extensible interfaces, In the future, there will be large amount of models in the Web-based simulation, it is very simple that one problem mapped to a few solutions. This paper discusses a standard specification and an extensible interfaces of a model of simulation events and their triggers in Web-based discrete event simulation called TEA-XML (Triggers and Events Association XML); In conclusion, the compare of diagnose results of our model with other static models have been given, it is argued that the TEA-XML will be a part of foundation of the analysis of discrete-event simulation models in the Web environment.

A neural signal electronics bridge integrated circuit(IC) with adjustable gain for biomedical applications has been designed and realized in CSMC's 0.5µm CMOS technology. A recording circuit with adjustable gain, a buffer stage, and a stimulating circuit constitute the neural signal electronics bridge circuit. The neural signal electronics bridge IC occupies a die area of 0.85mm×0.8mm. The circuit can operate under double power supply ± 2.5V with a power consumption of 2.5mW. The simulation results show that the gain can be variable from 40dB to 100dB, the 3dB bandwidth is 54 kHz, and the output resistance is as low as 6.8Ω, equivalent input noise is 32.3 nV/sqrt(Hz) from 100Hz to10 KHz1.

In the video and audio chatting system, the transmission control of media stream is one of the most important issues. This paper introduces system solutions and design of key technologies, including the DirectShow framework of real-time audio and video exchanging, combined with MPEG-4 audio and video coding technology. We streamline the RTP protocol to achieve a good audio and video data analysis and packaging strategy, and we also use RTCP protocol to provide relevant information which can be used to adjust the sending rate of network so that the system will meet the user to the quality of communication.
