China has entered 5th generation mobile net-works (5G) era. As an important part of China’s “new infrastructure”, 5G will create huge economic and social value, helping China achieve high-quality economic development. As an emerging industry in the energy field, Integrated Energy Service can significantly save energy cost and promote energy management of the 5G industry through energy variety combination, energy system integration, energy technology upgrade, and business model innovation. It is foreseeable that 5G Integrated Energy Service will become an important market, attracting enterprises to enter and compete. In-depth research on the scale and development trend of the 5G Integrated Energy Service market is of great significance for formulating economic policies, planning industrial investment, and adjusting corporate competition strategies. Based on the industrial life cycle theory, this research predicts the market scale of 5G Integrated Energy Service. With the rapid development of China's economy, social electric power loads are rising steadily, and the scale of power grid construction is gradually expanding. A series of engineering cost management risks have begun to appear, which have a huge impact on the cost of power grid engineering. In this context, this article identifies potential risk factors at different stages of the life cycle of a power grid project and explores the interrelationships between different risk factors. Finally, the system dynamics is used to establish the risk evolution model. Combined with actual engineering data, the established model is used to simulate and evaluate the risk of power grid project cost management. The above analysis is helpful to further improve the cost management of power grid engineering.

In the 13th Five-Year Plan, China’s power grid has gradually developed to a high quality, and there is still huge space for power grid construction and investment. The investment scale of power grid project is huge, which needs to occupy a large amount of funds. Therefore, it is of great significance to make a reasonable evaluation of the cost management level for improving the cost management. Based on the whole process cost management, this paper introduces the whole life cycle theory and establishes the evaluation index system of the whole life cycle cost management. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is used to establish the evaluation model. Finally, a practical engineering case is selected for example analysis, and the evaluation results are compared with the whole process cost management evaluation results. The results show that the method proposed in this paper can reasonably and effectively evaluate the cost management level of power grid project.

Based on the Life Cycle Theory, this research develops an analytical model which consists of three modules: the Macro Environment Analysis Module which clearly defines the external conditions affecting business development; the Market Survey Analysis Module which investigates the industry status, studies the development trend and determines the key parameters; the Simulation and Prediction Module which sets the market prediction scenarios, fits the Life Cycle curve and predicts the potential scale. Research result shows that, Integrated Energy Service Market Potential is within the interval of 0.5 trillion–0.6 trillion yuan RMB in 2020 and within the interval of 0.8 trillion–1.2 trillion yuan RMB in 2025, both stages are in a rapid growth; within the interval of 1.3 trillion–1.8 trillion yuan RMB in 2035, starting to enter the mature period.

The method of estimation of conformity of regional University as a driver of innovations to the principles of SMART-education concept is offered. The methodology is based on an integrated approach to assessing the potential of the University. It allows you to determine the level of readiness of the University to move to a new model of education in accordance with the selected criteria.

Power transformer is one of the key equipment in the power grid. Its quality is directly related to the continuous and stable operation of the power system. It is difficult to evaluate the power transformer quality, because of the complex technology, longtime manufacturing cycle, and high fuzzy information. The quality fuzzy synthetic evaluation method for power transformer based on life cycle theory is proposed, which can solve the above problem. The factor set is established, which contains multi-source information and quality defects information. The multi-source information can be classified to manufacturing, manufacturing, installation, commission, and operation stage. The evaluation set is established with four ranks. The membership degree set is determined based on the fuzzy statistical method. The weighting set is calculated based on the Delphi method. At last, the method proposed is verified by the example.

Recommendation System is one of the most important research topics in E-commerce, and multiple recommendation methods have been developed. However, most traditional ways didn't consider the variability and diversity of user interests. To solve this problem, this paper introduces the Customer Life Cycle theory of Customer Relation Management to analyze changes of user interests. Further, we define 2 measurement indexes, Interest Depth and Interest Span, and propose a multi-interests model of Recommendation System based on Customer Life Cycle. Experimental results show that our model is able to track changes of user multiinterests and help recommendations.

For training the implemental financial consultants in ERP project, based on the life-cycle theory, taken training the ERP Financial Implementation Consultant as an example, this paper creatively offered i®3×5 training principle'. In practice, it was proved this method could distinctly increase the integrative ability of financial consultants. By 3×5 training principle, the implemental financial consultants could obtain 15 kinds of skills in the main phases of their own occupation. Therefore, the problem of training the implemental financial consultants has been easily solved. The 3×5 training principle is a method came from the practice and proved to be a effectual training for ERP financial consultants. It is summed up by the author in the long term of working.

Subsidy for purchasing agricultural machinery in many developed countries showed the periodic characteristic. In order to learn their experiences, trace the laws for the financial support of China, provide theoretical support in policy making in developing countries. The characters of subsidy for purchasing agricultural machinery in China have been analyzed in this paper. There are three stages of the central financial subsidy since 2004 when the policy came into effect, including the initial stage, growth stage and maturity stage. The speed of increasing is slow, high and stable respectively in the three stages and the growth curve is approximately "S-shape". After analyzing the typical characters of the investment scale, implement region, subsidized machinery types and subsidized groups, the subsidy for purchasing agricultural machinery is forecasted by Life Cycle Theory and Logistic Growth Model. The result shows that central financial subsidies are expected to total about 97 billion RMB from 2011 to 2015. And it will reach 19.8 billion RMB in 2015.

In this situation, we should pay more attention to reducing energy consumption in resident buildings. Based on total life cycle theory, this paper has further explicated the calculation of energy consumption in each stage of resident buildings and set up an assessment model. The assessment accuracy will be raised under a series of assessment index defined in the model. It lays the foundation for resident buildings energy conservation, at the same time, promotes the sustainable development.

Building an innovative city is the localization and materialization of building an innovation-oriented country and is a complex systematic social project which should have scientific theoretical basis and guidance. With the life cycle theory and the research results of existing innovative cities, we position the development of the innovative city as four stages qualitatively, which is germination, growth, stability and differentiation. The index system for development stage positioning is constructed combining the experience of domestic innovative cities. Index data are determined by normalizing comparative standard values. Based on the improved method of principal component analysis, the development stage position model for innovative city is constructed. The paper carries out the empirical research with data from 16 cities and the study has realistic guiding significance for the construction of an innovative city.

Based on Life-cycle Theory, there are five stages in a life cycle for food safety emergency: Sprout, Growth, Breakout, Appeasement and Restoration. This paper is devoted to discuss methods for classifying each stage and evaluating the risk in each stage. To put the methods into practice, we analyze the evolutional process of Sanlu milk powder incident. In this case, the losses and the degree of risks in each stage are estimated so as to evaluate the losses and risks for the whole food safety crisis.

In a study to assess the importance of logistics industry to regional economy, the research probes the special character of logistics industry in different stage. Based on a sample of twenty years (1978-2008) in Henan province, the paper uses a logis model in conjunction with life-cycle theory. The marginal coefficient, elastic coefficient and turning point are evaluated. The results indicate that the logistics industry will step into saturation stage in year 2015. The logistics industry plays a more and more significant role in economic growth, and become the economic backbone of the region. The results also suggest that the elastic coefficient of logistics is 0.98 in 1978, which reaches 1.92 in 2005, and will be 0.78 in 2011. According to lifecycle theory, when the logistics index exceeds the equilibrium (2127.5), the logistics industry could have a zooming effect on economy; contrastively, if the logistics index less than this level, the industry will hinder the whole economy.

This article studied the theories of industry colony life cycle's correlation, analyzed the industrial colony's life cycle which had been divided into four stages: seed time, growth period, mature period and winter. This article introduced the theory of industrial colony sustainable development, elaborated sustainable development's risk of the industrial colony for each stage, and analyzed each stage’s sustainable development condition, obtained the sustainable development's factor of the industrial colony for each stage.
