A four-winding inductive filtering transformer (FW-IFT) that is of a special filtering winding is designed according to the equivalent zero impedance principle of multi-winding transformer. The inductive filtering method with the series connection of the passive filter and the filtering winding of a FW-IFT is proposed to deal with the problem of reactive power and harmonics in a high-voltage distribution network. The equivalent circuit model of the FW-IFT is analyzed in detail from the inductive filtering condition. Then, the voltage equations are established, and harmonic suppression factor is introduced to analyze its filtering characteristics. The simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the feasibility of implementing the inductive filtering for the FW-IFT.

In order to improve the power quality of 220kV transformer substations in power system, the harmonic currents on the 110kV and 35kV sides can flow into the superconducting loop which is composed of the inductive filter winding of four-winding inductive filter transformer and the inductive filter device, and thus the currents on 220kV side are pollute-less. The parameters of inductive filter device in the loop is the key to affect the entire filtering performance. Therefore, an immune genetic algorithm(IGA) of improved operator is applied to optimize the design of inductive filter device in this paper, which uses the total investment cost of the device, the reactive power compensation and the filtering performance as the optimized objectives. Besides the ability of global searching of the genetic algorithm(GA), the IGA involves the mechanisms of immune system such as memory cell and antibody diversity-keeping. By updating the memory cell bank and dynamically adjusting the immune function through the improved operator, the convergent speed of the IGA is accelerated and the global optimal solution is obtained. Simulation results show that the IGA is more effective than the traditional algorithm(TA) for optimizing the design of the inductive filter device.

Information extraction (IE) aims at extracting specific information from a collection of documents. A lot of previous work on IE from semi-structured documents (in XML or HTML) uses learning techniques based on strings. Some recent work converts the document to a ranked tree and uses tree automaton induction. This paper introduces an algorithm that uses unranked trees to induce an automaton. Experiments show that this gives the best results obtained so far for IE from semi-structured documents based on learning.

In this paper, research is conducted into Yoga's functions for men's health and its influence on men's bodies and minds, and through the research, it is found that Yoga may effectively activate body fat, regulate the heart rate, reduce the load on heart and vitalize men in regard to their physical health so that they may work and live a life confidentially; Yoga also may help to improve their interpersonal relationship in regard to improving men's social adaptability so that they may work healthily, deal with others properly, and eliminate bad mental factors, thus improving individuals' charm.

It is pointed by the mental hygiene office of WHO: schools are the optimum places for promoting students' mental health as they may impart some skills for solving problems to students and change students' behaviors by intervening in special problems and giving psychological consultation. The Physical Education and Health has become one part of school education, which is the main way for promoting students' health and is naturally tasked to help students to improve their endurance and anti-frustration ability. The research is based on the experiments to promote middle school students' mental health, aiming at establishing a model for promoting middle school students' mental health through the experimental research into the promotion of middle school students' mental health, providing theoretical support for training new qualified talents as required for the society and making contributions to social harmony.

Biogas is a kind of rich resource and cheap renewable biomass energy and wildly used in rural and remote mountain area in China. Based on methane gas combustion characteristic, the model of miniature gasoline generator refitted was selected. A kind of miniature gasoline generator was refitted by increasing the compression ratio, regulating the ignition advance angle, selecting and designing precipitator, desulfurization device, gas pressure stabilizer and mixer unit etc., to form a complete set of miniature biogas generator systems. This paper analyzed the biogas composition and the combustion characteristics of biogas, and described the methods of increasing the compression ratio and regulating the ignition advance angle, and the analysis and computation processes of designing gas pressure stabilizer and mixer. The miniature biogas generator designed and refitted can start normally and operate stably, and all the performance indexes accord with dynamo requirements, generating power can satisfy a household daily electricity demand.

In order to improve the effect of bamboo-based activated carbons (BAC)on chromium(VI) reduction, this paper used nitric acid to modify BAC, and investigated the absorption mechanism of Cr(VI) by modified BAC. In this experiment, Bamboo-based activated carbon was modified by nitric acid at four different concentrations. After modification, the surface properties were determined by SEM, QUANTACHROME and FTIR, then the excellent one was selected and the absorption experiment was carried out to analyze the mechanism of absorption of Cr(VI). The results are threefold. First, the microporous structures and surface chemical properties of BACs modified by surface acidic oxides change differently, while the excellent one was modified by nitric acid at 3.0mol/L concentration; second, the hydration of modified BACs and Cr(VI) depend on the values of pH in aqueous solutions; third, the reaction between the chromate species and the functional groups at the surface of BACs depends on hydrogen bonds.

In this paper, a new model for optimizing the allocation of human resources with the constraint of predefined sequence is presented, which is under the restrictions of human resources and faces the different capabilities of men on different items. The Genetic Algorithm is employed to find the optimal solution that holds the shortest total time span of maintenance and we find that it is much good at solving such kinds of complex problem. The designs of algorithm and the calculating steps are all detailed in this paper, and an example is also demonstrated to show the process of optimizing.
