Based on SOUPA ontology, Description Logic reasoner is adopted in fault diagnosis for railway rolling stock. Condition analyzer which performs on-board fault detection and classification for Our system is engineered to run on embedded devices that meet stringent railway regulations for on-board deployment, and thus it witnesses the feasibility of ontology-based approaches for the implementation of intelligent information systems even in contexts where memory and processing resources come at a premium.

Stability of linear impulsive control system is investigated in this paper, and then a method with impulsive control to assign the eigenvalues of a time-invariant linear system is discussed, we also give some conclusions about robustness. At last, the chaotic communication system has been taken as an example for its simulation verification. The simulation result shows the chaos synchronization can be realized fast, as well as the signal hidden obviously.

In this paper, a mathematical model is built, we study the dynamic behavior of Hopfield neural network. The existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and the global asymptotic stability of dynamic neural network models are investigated. We do not assume that the signal propagation functions satisfy the Lipschitz condition and do not require them to be bounded, differentiable or strictly increase. These conditions are presented in terms of system parameters and have important leading significance in designs and applications of the GAS for Hopfield neural networks.
