Vehicular Ad hoc Network(VANET), an infusive area for the development of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), is going to be a significant communication pattern in our moving life. Data dissemination is an important part of VANETs. The demand of disseminate commercial advertisements in moving cars emerges. To satisfy the demand of shopping in car, we proposed a new data dissemination scheme in this paper. Our scheme aims at disseminating the shopping information cached in RSUs. We adopt the Information Centric Network (ICN) in forward mechanism and take both pull-based and push-based in to account. At the same time, our communication model combines V2V and V2I. In this way, our scheme improves the performance of traditional data dissemination and makes in-car shopping a reality. In addition, in order to avoid broadcast storm and the waste of resources, Distance Based Forwarding (DBF) is employed in broadcasting when vehicle desire a content unit. A computing method of XOR is also adopted in RSUs to avoid information redundancy. Simulation results show that the proposed protocol outperforms existing protocols in terms of the request success ratio, request-response delay, message overhead and collision rate.

With the increase of the imaging resolution, the resulting enormous amount of sampling raw data aggravates transmission and storage load for multi-channel synthetic aperture radar (SAR) system. Considering the fact that the correlation among the dual-channel SAR images is high, we propose a Bayesian compressive sensing (BCS) based SAR imaging algorithm for ground moving targets indication (GMTI) system, which uses Laplace priors on the basis coefficients in a hierarchical manner. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can successfully detect the moving target and meanwhile suppress the static clutter scattering centers, with 50% sampling data of those required by the range-Doppler(RD) algorithm.

MSP430-based portable recorder could use in various occasion outside laboratory. Researchers no more need PC and other not portable instrument for measure and record the data about solar radiation, PV output and domestic hot water. Use DS12887 as real time clock, DS18B20 as the environment thermometer, has LED display and key for field use, 8-channel 4~20mA common standard signals sampling. All the sampling data were saved in SD card as CSV format. The device powered by rechargeable battery and could charge with solar cell, could long term record in the field.

Triple-junction solar cell achieved the highest efficiency. But the systems require concentration and accurate tracking to maintain the focus of the light on the solar cells as the sun move throughout the day. The tracking system was build with two-axis driven by motor with angle sensor feedback. The two angles were determined by solar positions which calculate from solar geometric algorithm. The driving system was closed-loop with PID control to reduce errors of the angle output. During the simulation and test, the tracker has been validated by the test data sets. The control system could meet the demand of the Fresnel concentration. With this tracking system could obviously improve the efficiency of the triple-junction solar cell.

This paper proposed a randomized hybrid system approach for planning the paths and measurements of a network of robotic sensors deployed for searching and classifying objects in a partially-observed environment containing multiple obstacles and multiple targets. The sensor planning problem considered in this paper consists of coordinating and planning the motions of each robot, equipped with two on-board sensing capabilities. One sensing capability is assumed to have low classification accuracy and a large field of view (FOV), and the other is assumed to have high classification accuracy and a smaller FOV. A sampling function for rapidly-exploring trees is presented that takes into account both sensor measurements of obstacle locations and robot configuration and velocity to generate new milestones for the tree online. The tree expansion also takes into account the expected information value of the targets, represented by conditional mutual information, in order to favor expansions toward targets with higher measurement benefit. The proposed method is implemented and demonstrated on a network of robotic sensors simulated using the 3D physics-based robotics software packages Player/Stage/Gazebo.

In this paper, a novel artificial potential function is proposed for planning the path of a robotic sensor in a partially observed environment containing multiple obstacles and multiple targets. The sensor planning problem considered in this paper consists of planning the motion of a robot with an on-board sensor that is deployed in order to support a sensing objective, such as, target detection and classification, by gathering sensor measurements over time. An adaptive potential function approach is presented such that the sensor path accounts for prior information on the target geometry and information profit, by traveling a minimum distance.

The micropumps with the novel saw-tooth microchannels and the traditional diffuser microchannels have been fabricated. The PDMS-glass-silicon-PDMS structure of the micropumps look like a sandwitch. The pump body based on the silicon wafer has been produced through the advanced microfabrcation technique. The sealing between the silicon and the glass wafer by anodic bonding technology has been carried out, the irreversible sealing between the PDMS and glass, the silicon and PDMS by UV irradiation have been adopted. Finally, the maxmium pressure head (MPH) and the maximum flow rate (MFR) of the two micropumps have been tested with different driving voltages and frequencies under sine, square and ramp signals. The results show that the MPH and MFR value increased along with the driving voltage under some frequency, and the effects of the sine wave driving are prior to other waves. The performance of the micropump with the novel saw-tooth microchanels has been enhanced greatly compared to the traditional diffuser micropump. Through experimental results measured the maximum value of MFR and MPH at two specific frequencies by driving micropump with 100V p-p are 63.6µl/min at 200 Hz and 1328.8 Pa at 200Hz for the saw-tooth micropump under the sine signal driving, and 45.1µl/min at 60 Hz and 681Pa at 60 Hz for the traditional diffuser micropump under the square signal driving.

The robot can navigate counterweights, clamps and some kinds of towers autonomously. The locomotion principle of counterweight-navigation is presented. Because of the deformation of the wire, the posture of the robot during navigation will be affected greatly. So a posture control strategy is proposed. Virtual prototyping technique is used to validate the strategy. It proves that the proper movement of the electric-box can adjust the robot centroid distribution efficiently. Driven torque and the power consumption of the whole system both decrease a lot. And the robot works more safely. Experimental results demonstrate that the robot can be applied to execute the navigation and inspection tasks. Also, the posture control strategy is proved again.
