By comparing the effect of online and offline class of students of all ages in Linfen City and their satisfaction with online class, this paper finds that the learning engagement of students in the learning process has a great impact on the learning effect. Generally, learning engagement is divided into behavioral engagement, cognitive engagement and emotional engagement. This paper designs a questionnaire from these three aspects to analyze the learning behavior of students in Linfen City, and discusses the relationship between learning engagement and learning effect through association analysis and clustering method. The analysis results show that the more behavioral engagement, the more positive impact on learning effect. Although emotional engagement has a positive impact on learning effect, it is not completely positive correlation with learning effect. Finally, through association analysis and density analysis, this paper discusses the main factors affecting behavior engagement. Teachers and parents can give students targeted attention according to the founded main factors, so as to help students improve their online learning engagement.

Screening data for phylogenetic analysis from large datasets is a known computational problem of data-intensive application. In this paper, we implement an approach to screen sequence data for The Platform for Phylogenetic Analysis of Land Plants (PALPP), using the MapReduce paradigm to parallelize the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) and to manage its execution, using machine virtualization to encapsulate its execution environment and commonly using data sets into flexibly deployable virtual machines. Two methods of BLAST using Hadoop are implemented and the evaluation of the approach is also presented.

OSTBC(orthogonal space-time block codes) is a new channel coding technology accompanying with the extensive application of wireless communication. It combines coding, modulation, transmit and receive diversity, and validly increases the anti-noise performance in fading channels. Based on typical channel model of the OSTBC in MIMO (multiple-in, multiple- out) wireless communication channels, a general expression of instant output SNR (signal-to-noise ratio ) and anti-noise performance for OSTBC over Rayleigh fading channel is deduced, and the simulation and the comparison and analysis of the BER(bit-error rate) results are implemented on several OSTBC systems, based on different modulations using Simulink.
