Online tourism evaluations are a valuable origin of data for traveler organizations, defining as they could be excellently recognized critically prompting traveler opinion-designing using opinion mining. As technology advanced, online review forums of any organization become an attractive source of communication with them, where people can share their views in the form of comments. The main determination of this research article is to recognize normal topics and connect them to contrasts in web-based travel reviews. Online millions of reviews, got from two significant web-based travel organizations (Uber, and Careem) in Pakistan, and a semantic affiliation examination was utilized to extract thematic words and construct a semantic affiliation organization. In the Python programming language, we use natural language processing (NLP), which includes data cleansing and tokenization. The results of network visualization are able to evidently recognize main topics and thematic words with social network associations. The proposed logical system extends our grip on the strategic complications and gives new points of view on the best way to dig popular assessments to assist vacationers, inns, and travel industry organizations.

People can use credit cards for online transactions as it provides an efficient and easy-to-use facility. With the increase in usage of credit cards, the capacity of credit card misuse has also enhanced. Credit card frauds cause significant financial losses for both credit card holders and financial companies. In this research study, the main aim is to detect such frauds, including the accessibility of public data, high-class imbalance data, the changes in fraud nature, and high rates of false alarm. The relevant literature presents many machines learning based approaches for credit card detection, such as Extreme Learning Method, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression and XG Boost. However, due to low accuracy, there is still a need to apply state of the art deep learning algorithms to reduce fraud losses. The main focus has been to apply the recent development of deep learning algorithms for this purpose. Comparative analysis of both machine learning and deep learning algorithms was performed to find efficient outcomes. The detailed empirical analysis is carried out using the European card benchmark dataset for fraud detection. A machine learning algorithm was first applied to the dataset, which improved the accuracy of detection of the frauds to some extent. Later, three architectures based on a convolutional neural network are applied to improve fraud detection performance. Further addition of layers further increased the accuracy of detection. A comprehensive empirical analysis has been carried out by applying variations in the number of hidden layers, epochs and applying the latest models. The evaluation of research work shows the improved results achieved, such as accuracy, f1-score, precision and AUC Curves having optimized values of 99.9%,85.71%,93%, and 98%, respectively. The proposed model outperforms the state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms for credit card detection problems. In addition, we have performed experiments by balancing the data and applying deep learning algorithms to minimize the false negative rate. The proposed approaches can be implemented effectively for the real-world detection of credit card fraud.

The edge of the smart grid has a massive number of power and resource-constrained interconnected devices. Mainly, smart meters report power consumption data from consumer homes, industrial buildings, and other connected infrastructures. Multiple approaches were proposed in the literature to preserve the privacy of consumers by altering the data via additive noise, masking, or other data obfuscation techniques. A significant body of work in the literature employs differential privacy methods with constraining predefined parameters to achieve the optimal trade-off between privacy and utility of the data. However, billing accuracy can be degraded by using such additive noise techniques. We propose a differentially-private model that perturbs data by adding noise obtained from a virtual chargeable battery, while maintaining billing accuracy. Our model utilizes fog-computing data aggregation with lightweight cryptographic primitives to ensure the authenticity and confidentiality of data generated by low-end devices. We describe our differentially-private model with flexible constraints and a dynamic window algorithm to maintain the privacy-budget loss in infinitely generated time-series data. Our experimental results show a possible decrease in data perturbation error by 51.7% and 61.2% for smart meters and fog-computing data aggregators perturbed data, respectively, compared to the commonly used Gaussian mechanism.

In this paper, a hybrid metaheuristic of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and the Interior Point Algorithm (IPA) is used to analyze and find better solutions to the nonlinear magneto-hydrodynamic Jeffery Hamel (MHD-JHF) problem modeling the arterial blood flow in humans. The nonlinear magnetohydrodynamic Jeffery-Hamel partial differential equations are converted into a model based on third-order ordinary differential equations. Later, a hybrid of Particle Swarm Optimization and Interior Point Algorithm (PSO-IPA) is used to optimize the fitness function and find the best design weights for artificial neural networks. To demonstrate the efficiency of our proposed method, MHD–JHF models with different Reynolds numbers and angles of the channel are considered to determine the four different proposed DENNMs. The proposed numerical results agree well with the reference solution for finite intervals and emphasize the importance of understanding the human arterial blood flow rate. To demonstrate the proposed technique’s worth, the presented results are compared to the reference numerical solutions of MHD–JHF. Statistical analysis is given using various performance indices to demonstrate the proposed approach’s precision, efficiency, and reliability of the proposed approach. In the future, the method could be extended to handle similar problems with applications in both engineering and science.
