Scientific selection of building materials supplier is of great importance in the management of construction projects. In this work, the selection problem of building material suppliers is investigated under the background of economic globalization based on the IFAHP approach. Firstly, according to the features and key factors of building materials supplier selection, this work constructs evaluation index system by taking five aspects including cost, quality, service level, supplier qualification and risk into account. Secondly, the intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations (IFPRs) of criteria or sub-criteria and IFPRs between the alternatives with respect to each sub-criterion are determined via paired comparisons. The consistency check is carried out subsequently. Considering that the interaction process between experts and decision makers is time consuming and the experts may be not willing to participate in the adjustment and correction of IFPR continuously, an algorithm is proposed to automatically correct the inconsistency while preserving the original information even without experts involved. Consequently, the time costs of experts can be greatly shortened. Based on the above analysis, the optimal scheme can be obtained via calculating the scores of each material supplier. A case study on the selection of building material suppliers is conducted by employing the proposed framework. Results show that the scores of the three suppliers is positively correlated with the weight of the cost but negatively correlated with that of quality, service level, supplier qualification and risk. Besides, the sensitivity analysis illustrates that product quality and service level affect the ranking greatly.

To realize personalized customization, we propose a social manufacturing pattern for the shoes and clothing industry. On the customer side, we collect costumer information with the help of 3D scanning and virtual fitting. On the production side, we replace human labor with intelligent production equipment. On the enterprise management side, we construct a cloud platform to realize source maximization. Through this social manufacturing pattern, we expect to accelerate the intelligent reform of the shoes and clothing industry.

However, robotic systems need to be agile for them to be useful to SMMs so they can offer more automated customization of high-mix/low-volume production. This paper focuses mainly on the metrics used in the Agile Robotics for Industrial Automation Competition (ARIAC). The goal of the competition along with its associated metrics is to promote advances in research by assessing the performance of industrial robotic systems in manufacturing settings.

Given the increasing demand for English language learning and traditional learning methods' pitfalls, this paper introduces a virtual-reality-based platform for learning English. The platform provides virtual scenes of daily life, such as hospitals, supermarkets, and schools. Users can instantly communicate with other online users in the virtual world. Besides, aiming to improve users' learning efficiency, every word uttered is translated into English and users' mother language in real-time. This proposed system has five advantages: 1) It is efficient because users can use it to learn a language at any time and space. They can chat with foreigners online whenever they want and wherever they are. 2) Communicating with online users helps practice one's oral English without the need to find a partner in reality. 3) Instant translation facilitates instant learning and acquisition of the phases and vocabularies. 4) The virtual 3D environment simulating real-life scenes creates an enjoyable atmosphere for users to practice their oral English. 5) The system is universal to learners of different languages since it supports English and many other languages.

The development of economic globalization has led to the rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce. Due to the huge data of overseas commodities, it makes consumers encounter great confusion in the process of choosing commodities. How to let consumers quickly choose the goods they are satisfied with in a large number of goods is one of the urgent problems that cross-border e-commerce needs to solve. The target customer groups targeted by cross-border e-commerce are more inclined to pay attention to the quality and safety of goods. In this paper, we firstly analyze the current recommendation algorithm, and based on the shortcomings of the current recommendation algorithm, we propose an improved recommendation algorithm that incorporates label weights, and simulate and verify the algorithm, and the experimental results show that the recommendation algorithm has better recommendation effect compared with other recommendation algorithms.

With China’s accession to the WTO, China’s logistics enterprises are facing great challenges in the context of digital economy. How to develop China’s logistics has become the focus of many people. In the context of economic globalization, the key for enterprises to establish competitive advantage has shifted from the “first profit source” of raw material saving and the “second profit source” of improving labor productivity to the “third profit source” of establishing efficient logistics system. According to my country's current main financing methods, this paper collects 6 years of data from 27 companies in the infrastructure construction industry, and uses data analysis software such as SPSS to study and analyze the current financing forms and the correlation of influencing factors. This paper mainly uses descriptive statistics and multiple regression methods to study.

Finally, the paper proposes the maintenance national security strategy based on the foregoing affect.

The linkages between the metropolitan economy and modern logistics are one of the heated topics being discussed by academic circles. The modern logistics industry is a comprehensive system covering every aspect and step in logistics activities, from production, purchase, storage, transport, to delivery. This paper focused on both empirical research and quantitative discussions on the relationship between the metropolitan economy and modern logistics. This paper selected five top-tier cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, gathered their economic and logistic data from 2014 to 2018, and used linear regression model and other econometric methods. The results validate that there is a strong linear relationship between logistic development and economic growth, and modern logistics has unique advantages in bringing new increase points and promoting China's economy.

This Innovate Practice Full Paper presents the past process of the full-time Master of Engineering (M. Eng.) education in China, which is designed to meet the requirements of the China’s innovation of science and technologies. Under the current trend of the economic globalization and the internationalization of higher education, China’s higher engineering education (HEE) must carry out certain reforms to adapt to the new changes and development of the country. In China’s HEE, M. Eng. program can be divided into two categories: in-service M. Eng. program and full-time M. Eng. program. The graduate students of the former program come from the employees of enterprises and study in their spare time, while the graduate students of the latter program mainly come from the fresh graduates of universities and they spend their full time for study. Normally they both spend 2 to 3 years to finish their master programs. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of full-time M. Eng. education, and analyzes the corresponding difficulties from the following four aspects: insufficient clarity in the training goal, incompleted Dual Tutor System, unsatisfactory enterprise practice, and insufficient interaction between university and enterprise. Therefore, full-time M. Eng. education still faces some immature situation and has higher demand for the innovation. This paper takes the big data full-time Master of Engineering (BDFM) training as a case, and introduces a new training and practice mode in a Chinese university, including project management, establishment of Practice Education Base (PEB), course construction, design of mechanism of PEB, as well as the establishment of Dual Tutor Matching Mechanism (DTMM). Considering the internationalization of HEE under China’s national conditions, we show how to speed up the educational reform of M. Eng., how to implement educational innovation, how to promote the engineering education to better adapt to the needs of economic and social development, and how to play the exemplary role of this new training mode. We hope our study could contribute to the sustainable development of HEE over the world.

At the end of the paper, the characteristics and shortcomings of data traceability of this scheme are evaluated.

With the development of economic globalization, the supply chain of enterprises presents a trend of expanding operation and faces various unpredictable risks, leading to supply chain disruption crisis. This study takes the supply chain of a company as an example. Through field investigation and interview and focus group interview method, FMEA analysis and VIKOR method are applied to construct the house of quality on big data approach. The research results show that the enterprise can further improve and develop the resilience of supply chain and achieve the effect of sustainable operation through the ranking of resilient indexes.

Therefore, an efficient multi-agent scheduling for mass customization systems is required.This paper introduces a bio-inspired scheduling based on the well known Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) in order to guarantee a well performance among devices. Looking to provide data to performance analysis and potential of the proposal, a case study of a simulated manufacturing plant using the proposed scheduling strategy is studied.

In Logistics self-supporting background, based on the resource-based theory and synergy theory, this paper builds up the model of logistical synergistic capability and its mediating effect on the relationship between market orientation and business performance through in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey. The empirical results show that self-supporting logistics companies mainly consist of big or state-owned or private. Logistical synergistic capability is consisted of three dimensions including information synergy, managerial and operational synergy, objective and relational internal synergy. Customer orientation significantly and positively influence logistical synergistic capability, Logistical synergistic capability has significantly and positively influence on logistical service performance. Logistical service performance significantly and positively affects market performance. To conclude, logistical synergistic capability and logistical service performance are the important mediators of customer orientation affects market performance relationship. This indicates in order to improve performance through customer-oriented strategy a company needs to make an effort on logistical synergistic capability.

Therefore, it is of great importance to promote foreign language teaching quality. In this paper, we discuss how to fully utilize the English for Specific Purposes (ESP) theory to enhance professional foreign language teaching quality. ESP refers to a type of teaching concept or approach as the counterpart of English for General Purposes (EGP), which contains a vast range of aspects. Particularly, we propose two English course design methods based on the ESP theory, that is, 1) language centered curriculum design, and 2) learning centered curriculum design. Finally, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can significantly improve teaching quality.

With the development of Economic Globalization, traditional single-cloud providers can not meet the needs of the explosive, global, diverse cloud services. JointCloud aims at empowering the cooperation among multiple Cloud Service Providers (CSP) to provide cross-cloud services. Our work in this paper is mainly focused on the accounting technology for JointCloud computing and we propose the JCLedger — a blockchain based distributed ledger. A new participant CCP (Cryptocurrency Provider) is introduced into the JointCloud collaboration environment to provide the cryptocurrency transferred. We have a detailed description of JCLedger model. We further analyze the four most important mechanisms for JCLedger and provide basic perspectives for in-depth analysis. Finally, we discuss the innovations of JCLedger and our future work in this field.

Then, we build an English teaching mobile app with AR technology that teaches words and tests progress in early childhood at different ages, which can achieve excellent application effectiveness.

This management of construction enterprises with high demands put forward. We must deeply think and analyze of the current situation of Chinese construction ERP implementation. Learn from the successful experiences, identify problems from the failure and find the method from many aspects of business, project management. For the applications of ERP provide some reasonable recommendations.

Financial openness is one part of economic globalization, which has been a defining trend in the world. In this study, the aim of our research is to investigate the impact of financial openness on the performance of Chinese commercial banks. The data of the first 5 big Chinese commercial banks have been analyzed for the period of 1997–2013. Two approaches have been taken: one is PCA, which helps to build the Financial Openness Index; the other is PLS to estimate the impact of financial openness on Chinese banks performance. Result shows that a slightly positive relationship between financial openness and commercial bank performance. Furthermore, increasing the lever of bank deposits and controlling the scale of commercial banks can also play an important role in increasing commercial bank performance.

Economic globalization has intensified the transactions among companies' cross-regional affiliated parties. More and more enterprises manipulate profit to obtain the tax benefits through transfer pricing. At the same time. intangible assets are becoming the main driving factors for enterprises' value creation. It has become a trend that lots of companies are transferring profit or implementing other strategic arrangements through the transfer of intangible assets. This article selects the Chinese A-share Usted companies as samples to study the factors affecting transfer pricing behavior in a enterprise and finds that there is significant correlation between transfer pricing and many factors like ROA, corporate governance structure, internal control, reorganization, the scale of intangible assets, the total scale of the enterprise, asset-liability ratio.

As the economic globalization and the fast development of the service, for most software enterprises in China, how to improve the software value chain participation and participation levels are vertical and critical to the success of software outsourcing. This article does research using empirical research method. Hypothesizes on the relationship between the ability of marketing, the project management, personnel structure and the competence promotion are formed on the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis. Hypothesizes are tested by statistical methods of ANOVA, Regression Analysis and so on. The article concludes that during Pioneering Period, the ability of marketing and the project management has a significant positive effect on competence promotion. The personnel structure is less contributive. However, a reasonable allocation of human resources will reduce the obstacles induced by language and cultural background, and improve the efficiency of cooperation for undertaking outsourcing business.

In the background of economic globalization, the market competition becomes increasingly fierce. More and more high-tech enterprises begin to update organization and management model and use the type of team work. Due to the different backgrounds of team members, team conflicts have become a major problem puzzling the enterprises. Based on this, the study regards high-tech enterprises as research object and builds the theoretical model of Team Conflict and Team Performance relationship, using the SPSS17.0 software of correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis statistical analysis to validate the model assumptions. The results find the negative effects of relationship conflict on team performance and that task conflict had different degrees of effects on team performance and that team trust play an intermediary role in the relationship between conflict and team performance.

With the continuous development of the economic globalization and liberalization, the financial crisis is obviously prone to erupting and becoming highly linked and destructive. It's of great significance to predict the spread arriving time window and block the crisis across countries by exploring the features and mechanism of financial crisis and financial contagion. Fuzzy dynamic similarity index algorithm is a nonlinear method of computation. It is possible to compare the dynamics of pre-crisis period with the reference period and based on which crisis arriving time window is predicted. We propose the empirical results based on 2007–2009 global financial crisis and provide significant insights into the dynamics of the interacting financial markets. The outcomes of the research will help in gaining a sound understanding of the dynamics of the financial markets.

With the accelerated process of economic globalization, inter-regional linkages are becoming closer, exchanges become more frequent, spill over effects of public services are increasing day by day. In this paper, the author analyzes the level of public services in the provinces spatial correlation by using the theory of spatial economics. The results indicate that the level of the supply of public service has a strong spatial correlation.

Geographic information systems (GIS) technology can greatly facilitate the development and use of statistical models for the assessment of regional integration. As one of the main megalopolis areas to lead China's participation in economic globalization, the National Capital Region of China (NCRC) is in the slow process of regional integration. From the NCRC located in the northeastern coast of China, relevant factors were collected and processed by applying GIS technology, such as traffic, topography and administrative division. An evaluation model of regional integration was established to discuss the obstacles of regional integration in the NCRC. The results show that the main obstacles of the NCRC include the lack of an overall regional planning, serious administrative institutional barriers, slowing development of hinterland, low transport accessibility and lack of industry cooperation, etc. At last, the paper proposes the development path of regional integration in the NCRC.

With the development of economic globalization in the new century, information technology and the rapid development of high and new technology, innovation ability has increasingly become the core competence of enterprises. Enterprise innovation ability includes technology innovation ability, management innovation ability and system innovation ability, etc. Enterprise innovation ability construction is influenced by the innovation management capability, market factors, innovation consciousness and ability to learn, innovation incentive mechanism, national policy, capabilities of research and development and many other factors, we should strengthen entrepreneurs' ability training, strengthen the mechanism of talent, perfect the innovation incentive mechanism, promote the organic combination of "production, study and research", improve the financial service system, play government lead role to facilitate the construction of enterprise innovation ability, etc.

Economic globalization makes international division and international competition an act entirely going beyond national boundaries and requires resource allocation and redivision in the global context. Here the competition is not that of countries, but that of multinational corporations from different countries and to be more specific, that of core competence of those corporations. The value chain analysis is a basic tool to help companies define their competitive edges and strategies so as to enhance their core competence. Only by identifying its own weaknesses and optimizing its value chain in cooperation with other companies can a company achieve its core competence. This paper will focus on how to enhance the core competence of corporations at strategic links in the value chain.

With the accelerated pace of economic globalization, the domestic commercial banks tend to strengthen their international Operating capacity by cross-border M&A. China Construction Bank has carried out a total of two cross-border M&A activities since it was listed in Hong Kong in 2005. It has acquired Bank of America (Asia) in 2006 and AIG Finance (Hong Kong) in 2009. This paper uses the factor analysis to build a composite score model of the M&A performance to study the post-merger changes in operating performance of China Construction Bank. The study shows that the performance of China Construction Bank has improved after the mergers.

With the development of economic globalization, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) has been clustering in China. The study on how FDI's spillover improving innovation capability in local firms by network embeddedness has become a hot topic in the academic and business circles. Integrating network embeddedness, knowledge acquisition, absorptive capacity with innovation performance, this paper is to explain how network embeddedness affects innovation performance by knowledge acquisition for local firms. By building a conceptual model and empirical analysis, it shows that network embeddedness can improve innovation performance by knowledge spillover during FDI clustering, and absorptive capacity plays the intermediary role between them. Furthermore, it provides some theoretical guidelines and suggestions for local firms to improve their innovation capability.
