This article first analyzes the user characteristics and current status of the Douyin short video, then analyzes the current problems and causes of the Douyin platform, and then analyzes the psychological characteristics of the short video audience. Based on this, it proposes to maintain and user Suggestions for a mutually beneficial and win-win relationship.

In this paper, a digitally controlled Single Input Dual Output (SIDO) buck converter with Phase Sequence Interchange (PSI) scheme for reducing transient cross-regulation is proposed. The PSI scheme is especially designed to solve cross-regulation problem that is usually seen when load steps up in a voltage-mode SIDO buck converter operating in continuous conduction mode (CCM). In addition, a discharging path is employed to reduce cross-regulation during load drop. The digital control of the proposed scheme is implemented and verified by the FPGA. Experimental results show that the suppression of the cross-regulation is comparable to the other state-of-the-art.

This paper presents a novel text line segmentation method based on matched filtering and top-down grouping for handwritten documents. The proposed method consists of three distinct steps. Firstly, the foreground pixel density (FPD) of handwritten document image (HDI) is estimated, then FPD is used to decide the size of the generated filter which is the convolution of a band-shape filter and an isotropic LoG filter. Secondly, the centers of the text lines (CTLs) are extracted by performing filtering, binarizing, thinning and top-down grouping operation on HDI. Finally, the overlapping connected-components (OCCs) which travel through multiple text lines are separated, and then all OCCs are assigned to a label of CTLs by the nearest neighbor principle. The proposed method is tested on two public databases, and the experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art text line segmentation approaches in both of these databases.

This paper proposes a novel approach for offline text-independent writer identification. The proposed approach extracts two new features: Stroke Fragment Histogram (SFH) and Local Contour Pattern Histogram (LCPH). For SFH extraction, a handwriting image is firstly segmented into many stroke fragments (SFs) by using the proposed fragment segmentation method based on sliding window. Then all SFs extracted from training dataset are clustered to generate a codebook by using the Kohonen SOM 2D clustering algorithm. All SFs extracted from test datasets are adopted to compute SFHs by the proposed feature extraction method based on codebook. For LCPH extraction, the contour of an input handwriting image is firstly obtained Then a LCPH is formed to characterize the writer's individuality by tracking every contour point. For feature matching, the chi-square distance is employed to measure the similarity between SFHs and LCPHs. After feature matching, both similarities are fused for final decision by simple weighted sum. Three public handwriting datasets are used to evaluate the proposed approach and the experimental results show that the proposed approach can get the best performance compared with the state-of-the-art text-independent writer identification algorithms in all of these datasets.

Machinery industry is basic, strategic and predominant industry in our national economy. The security of machinery industry plays a very important role in ensuring stable development of the national economy. Based on it, the FDI control of the industry should be paid more attention. This paper utilizes the relative statistical data during 1999-2009, and analyses the power of FDI control in China's machinery industry from the perspective of market, stock, technology, gross assets and fixed assets. The result shows that the power of FDI has a great influence on machinery industry, on the basis of which policies and suggestions to strengthen the industrial controlling power of domestic investment are presented in this paper.
