We propose the original automated information technology for transformation of paper archives of drawing and design documentation into electronic 3D model of an object for CALS and BIM ideologies of designing and manufacturing of an object. The technology assumes the full automated cycle of processing of projective kinds from initial paper drawings to electronic frame 3D model of an object. Original models of representation and algorithms of solving the given problem are proposed.

On the other hand, the energy system infrastructures can be threaten by the cyber attacks due to the increasing of information and communication technology integration. The cyber vulnerabilities are caused by the increasing of internet connection and the application complexities. It is crucial to identify essential skills in the field of cyber security protection and defense for the students. This paper presents the outcome of a literature review and a workshop with stakeholders from industry and academia about the state of the art and trends in the education of cyber security in smart grids.

The arrival of the new media era has brought a huge impact on the traditional media, and made completely change of the scope, mode and channel of traditional media communication. To adapt to the needs of people's life in new media era, traditional media need to timely change the past management mode and concept, and explore new ideas of effective integration and development with new media, to ensure sustainable and stable development. This paper analyzes the necessity and effectiveness of the integration of traditional media and new media by taking Bandao Chenbao, a local traditional paper media in Dalian, as an example. At the same time, combined with the current development status of Bandao Chenbao, it further discusses the effective strategies of the integration development.

In today's scenario cloud computing in growing concept in the computer and information technology field for storing the data. Because on the physical storage device whatever the huge amount of data which is sensitive or confidential that cannot be stored. So the cloud computing comes into the picture for storing the data as per their requirement. But if we store the data on cloud it will be easily accessible to all and the confidentiality of that data is not maintained. So for that purpose we are going make the data on the cloud to be secure with the help of cryptography. In this Paper we talk about earlier work in this field of encryption algorithm and the key issues for encrypting the data and decoding the data in cloud environment and proposed the objectives for improving the encryption algorithm and key issues which would help to store the data in cloud environment securely and efficiently. The paper proposed the defined objectives for the secrecy of the data in the storage of cloud computing environment which is the main aspect of our paper.

With the advances in information technologies, different research areas are emerging day by day and thousands of research papers are published in these fields. Papers are not presented to users grouped according to their topics. Therefore, it is getting harder and harder for people to access research papers in their field of interest. To facilitate this search process, a paper classification system is proposed in this study to categorize papers on similar topics. A different approach from the studies presented for classification so far has been proposed. This system is a complex system created by combining Word2vec, network modeling and community discovery. With the Word2vec method, which has attracted great attention recently, paper similarities have been found, a network based on similarity rates has been created and papers have been clustered with the community discovery algorithm. As a result of the application with the proposed system, a success of 89% has been achieved. As can be seen from the results, this approach presented for an important classification problem will provide great convenience to people. It will enable fast and efficient access to papers.

The effort has been truly interdisciplinary, where, image processing techniques, and AI based model implementation have played their roles. The latest technology innovations have enabled the researchers to execute computational experiments which would had never been possible if would have tried using the conventional methods. This survey paper provides study of various methodologies for object detection. This paper provides systematic analysis of various existing object detection techniques with precise and arranged representation. We have backed up the study with the merits and demerits of existing methods and the future scope in this area.

For ease in grouping research papers is by doing clustering. Clustering is a method to classify the objects into subsets with similar attributes. Clustering method divided into two categories ie hard and soft clustering. Hard clustering is method to grouping the data items such that each item is only assigned to one cluster, K-Means is one of them. While Soft clustering is method to grouping the data items such that an item can exist in multiple clusters, Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is an example. Most research papers are documented into groups that are associated with the area of expertise of the researcher, even though there is also research whose contents relate to other fields outside the area of expertise of the researcher, so it should also be documented in the group of other fields so that its contribution in other fields can be known. Here in this paper we analyse the abstract of papers written in Indonesian as data set. Data samples were taken from 3 fields, namely information technology, health and economics. Clustering process using k-means and FCM to find out whether scientific paper's abstracts from different fields of research can be in the same group / cluster as a whole, not whole or different groups. As unstructured data, abstracts must be processed through a text mining procedure first to become vector data.

Academic advising of the postgraduate students is considered as a fundamental rule and one of the significant positive services and responsibilities for the academic staff follow up in most of the e-leading educations. The expert system is considered as one of most achievement areas in artificial intelligence and highly appreciated for application with e-learning and teaching methods. The aim of this paper, is to survey the most expert systems used in advisory model and replaced with the manual registration and advising system of face to face communication and discussion in Instructor office. The method used of determined the key factors related to student advising and expert system models though open access databases. The finding of this section reviews out nine selected expert systems in order to explore the strengths, and limitations of existing expert system approaches to advising undergraduate students.

Here in this paper, we are trying to present research made on various door locking systems that have been used at homes, offices, shops, industries, etc. The research will also put some light on the pros and cons of the various door lock systems and the technology used in the respective systems. The research will include traditional door lock system, RFID based system, gesture-based systems, Bluetooth and GSM technology- based and various other technologies used in the door lock security systems. The advance in technology in each passing day can help us come across various technologies that can be used in the door lock security system. Since security is the major concern of the majority of the people at present, we feel research made on the various system relevant to the topic can help people to choose the best technology for their upcoming projects or make changes in the past projects and use effective door lock systems for their needs.

Based on the CNKI database, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the published papers of the postgraduates of the Master of Education (in the field of Vocational and technical education). It mainly analyzes the research of the Master of Education (in the field of Vocational and technical education) from the following three aspects: the total number and per capita proportion of the published papers, the quality of the papers and the distribution of the subject words. Based on Circular Economy theory, the sh aring system about circulating packaging (SSCP) of the express delivery industry is put forward with the sharing circulating packaging (SCP) as the research object, to promote the green development of Chinese express delivery industry. The structure of the SSCP of the express delivery industry and the main work that needs to be done to construct the system were briefly described. According to the different operation modes of the SCP of the express delivery industry based on lease mode, the different circulation processes are designed and the corresponding models are set up to achieve the recycling of the SCP.

With the new era in information technology, Educational Informationization not only profoundly affects the modern education paradigm, but also provides strong technological feasibility to facilitate and realize education reform. However, the ubiquitous accessibility brought about by today's internet and wireless technologies creates explosive increase in educational related data (big data) from a diversity of resources. It also becomes much more challenging to analyze and understand the underlying meaning of the big data. It is high time that the modern education systems should embed data mining into education paradigm and apply decision analysis to guide teaching strategy. It is our belief that Education Data Mining (EDM) is vital to achieve such educational innovation. This paper proposes a novel Online System for Correcting and Analyzing Exam Paper (OSCAEP) based on a combination of EDM and Network Informatization, which is aimed to provide in-depth analysis of exam papers, to construct an innovative EDM model and to study the interrelationship between educational factors. (1) First, we introduce the background, significance, and purpose of our research. We illustrate OSCAEP from three perspectives: $\pmb{a}$. Educators: For educators, they can get an insight into potential problems from the quantitative results by data mining; $\pmb{b}$. Learners: For learners, they can understand their learning progress from various angles; $\pmb{c}$. Administrators: For administrators, they can timely redesign the education strategies based on such quantitative feedbacks. (2) Second, we present the innovations of OSCAEP from theoretical part and technological part. OSCAEP also include some advanced teaching theories such as Personalized Learning, Precision Teaching and Customized Teaching. Our main technological innovation hinges upon integrating several machine learning data analysis techniques (e.g., K-means, DNN) to train scores and obtain the classification rules. (3) Third, Our presentation of OSCAEP contains two major parts: $\pmb{a}$. build a distributed multi-layer hardware architecture, which includes web server, application server cluster and management workstation, and $\pmb{b}$. provide a multi-stage pipeline software model, which expands the traditional process of data mining into six stages (Data Preparation, Data Filtration, Data Pre-processing, Data Conversion, Model Building and Data Training). From the application perspective, we develop an effective model for examination analysis and learning behavior prediction based on education big data. Examples include statistical score data of different types of questions (Blank, True/False, Choice and Coding). (4) Forth, OSCAEP also offers educators some potentially very valuable suggestions and advices. It is found that the learning performance has no direct relation with the learning time, but it has much to do with the learning habits. With the EDM analysis results, educators can better customize teaching and design efficient rules and regulations in accordance with learner's features. This leads to precision teaching and plays a vital role for a more desirable atmosphere for learning and teaching. In short, OSCAEP processes information in a digital, automatic, intelligent and networked way. As such, it provides more precise and timely information than the traditional approach.

This communication aims to identify factors fostering Information Technology (IT) acceptance by nurses in Morocco. It suggests a model based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology [1] extended by a new construct called “Trust”. The study was conducted in public and private healthcare organizations located in Agadir city, south of Morocco. It concerned 250 nurses, representing almost 63% of the target population (400 nurses). Results showed that the suggested model explained 42.6% of total variance in the intention to accept IT by nurses. They also revealed that Trust, Performance expectancy and Facilitating conditions influenced significantly the Moroccan nurses' intention to accept to use IT. Moreover, the research work develops here a useful knowledge that could help healthcare managers and decision makers who plan to implement IT in efficient manner within their organizations.

Like other types of industry, the modern pulp and paper industry (MPPI) is applying more modern information technologies and management technologies, and is integrating the different function sub-systems and production processes to realize intelligent and integrated production. This task is very complex thus useful theories, technologies and methods are needed to provide help. At the same time, fierce competition in today's global markets and the heightened expectations of customers' need in TQCS (time, quality, cost and service), CIMS (computer integrated manufacturing systems) technology can help MPPI to win market share from competitors. CIMS-oriented information integration technology is the key control technology of MPPI. This paper mainly discusses the information integration of the modern pulp and paper industry. Firstly, the characteristics and requirement of modern pulp and paper industry for information integration are introduced. Next, information integration and its key technologies are discussed, in the meantime, the paper gives the hierarchy of CIMS-oriented process integration of MPPI. Then, the integrated information framework of MPPI is put forward.

In recent years, the internet application and communication have seen a lot of development and reputation in the field of Information Technology. These internet applications and communication are continually generating the large size, different variety and with some genuine difficult multifaceted structure data called big data. As a consequence, we are now in the era of massive automatic data collection, systematically obtaining many measurements, not knowing which one will be relevant to the phenomenon of interest. For example, E-commerce transactions include activities such as online buying, selling or investing. Thus they generate the data which are high in dimensional and complex in structure. The traditional data storage techniques are not adequate to store and analyses those huge volume of data. Many researchers are doing their research in dimensionality reduction of the big data for effective and better analytics report and data visualization. Hence, the aim of the survey paper is to provide the overview of the big data analytics, issues, challenges and various technologies related with Big Data.

In this paper, we have extracted knowledge about IoT based on semantic analysis of corpus data which is constructed from IoT IEEE survey papers that were published recently. For the basic understanding of research tendency, common biblio-metric approach such as tf-idf is introduced. Since 2009, the number of publication of survey papers related to IoT has been increased dramatically and there are about 6 to 7 application areas where IoT would introduce an innovative usage of network and information technologies. Upon these basic understanding, we try to construct method to extract ‘knowledge’ from those documents. We have introduced inference rules to the semantic relationship in sentences. Each sentence and consisting words are indexed as RDF primary nodes and are stored in triple-data-store. We have added several inference rules by looking at meaningful words and sentences. In this sense, the method is not fully machine-oriented; we applied heuristic knowledge by reading sentences and discourses about the technological issues of those survey papers. The result shows deeper understanding of an issue described in large amounts of documents in a short period of time. It is possible to apply this method for different area of expertise. This analysis has been pursued in a context of foresight activity in science and technology policy.

We explore how computational ontologies can be impactful vis-a-vis the developing discipline of "data science." We posit an approach wherein management theories are represented as formal axioms, and then applied to draw inferences about data that reside in corporate databases. That is, management theories would be implemented as rules within a data analytics engine. We demonstrate a case study development of such an ontology by formally representing an accounting theory in First-Order Logic. Though quite preliminary, the idea that an information technology, namely ontologies, can potentially actualize the academic cliche, "From Theory to Practice," and be applicable to the burgeoning domain of data analytics is novel and exciting.

The conceptual paper adresses a question on how information and communication technology (ICT) is integratively managed as national strategic resources to be a key determinant to competitiveness. The sustainable competitive advantages are resulted in interrelated trends of technology, business, and industry regulated by government for meeting our national goals. When the external environment was and remain in a state of flux, the nation, as a bundle of resources, shall be more steady basis on which to define its nation and character building. The greater the rate of uncertainty in global environment, the more likely internal resources and capabilities will provide strong foundation for nation's resilence and souverignity.

This study examines how administrative staff in the back-office aim to maintain the continuity and flow of their tasks that is critical for producing appropriate administrative results in time. Based on an ethnographic study of administrative work, the results suggest that administrative staff in a back-office environment prepare for information technology-related interruptions that may affect the continuity and flow of their tasks. To overcome and tackle these possible interruptions in the workflow, administrators interact through paper-based documents as workarounds to information technology. The study identifies and elaborates three different types of paper-based documents - recipes, proofs, and sketches. The study reveals that different materials, i.e. paper-based documents and information technologies, are closely entwined with each other in back-office work. The study begins to detect important affordances of paper-based documents as administrators attempt to work around the perceived constraints of information technology to maintain the flow and continuity of tasks in administration.

The comparative study is two-folds: proceeding papers vs. “regular” journal articles, and computer science/information technology vs. economics, business & management. Though proceeding papers occupied a large share of publications in Computer science/information technology, they didn't succeed in gaining the equivalent citation impact as the “regular” journal articles in general. Comparatively, the proportion of proceedings in Economics, business & management is much smaller, however, with an almost equal citation impact of “regular” journal publications. Journals with more interests in publishing proceeding papers were presented in both fields, which might give some guides for researchers' submission and retrieval solutions.

Event Processing technologies are likely to play an increasingly important role in future IT systems due to the increasing demand for on-line analytical systems as well as big data processing applications. Event Processing is particularly suitable for those applications due to its active processing approach combined with scalability. Today's approaches for achieving scalability are however focused on rather static event stream partitioning mechanisms to allow parallelization. Such approaches are well suited as long as a feasible partitioning for all processing tasks can be found. However when such a scaling mechanism is faced with processing tasks with dynamically changing focus areas, no effective pre-determined partitioning can be found which massively hampers with the required scalability. This paper presents the first steps towards a focused processing framework to overcome these limitations.

The Internet and the World Wide Web provide a way to store and share information, especially in academic fields. Community-based research paper sharing systems, such as CiteULike, have become popular among researchers. This paper proposes a framework for a tag-based research paper recommender system. The proposed approach exploits the use of sets of tags for recommending research papers to each user. The preliminary evaluation shows that user self-defined tags could be used as a profile for each individual user. This recommender system demonstrated an encouraging preliminary result with the overall accuracy percentage up to 91.66%.

Disaster recovery planning (DRP) is an IT process that considers the mitigation of risk in the IT department and put in place the procedure to recover the IT systems in the event of outages. This paper reviews the researches conducted on the topic of DRP and business continuity management (BCM). It explains the factors inherent in DRP and BCM processes and how these factors could be incorporated into an updated framework and presents an illustrative framework for an effective and successful DRP and BCM implementation.

Recently, IT in a medical field advances rapidly in Japan. An electronic medical record system attracts in particular attention. However, they are extremely expensive, so induction has a financial risk. And convenience is not so good. Therefore we made a convenient medical information system with FileMaker Pro. We can handle duties from making of a hospitalization clinical record to summary making efficiently. A clinical record applies it with paper, but necessary information is computerized and saves it. We can manage complicated various documents collectively. We can share information such as infectious disease information and operation information or accident information inside the hospital. This paper introduces a portion of this system.

Access to these services, however, comes at a price: human attention is bound and directed toward a technical artifact in a human machine interaction setting at the expense of time and attention for other humans. This paper explores a new class of computer services that support human-human interaction and communication implicitly and transparently. Computers in the human interaction loop (CHIL), require consideration of all communication modalities, multimodal integration and more robust performance. We review the technologies and several CHIL services providing human-human support. Among them, we specifically highlight advanced computer services for cross-lingual communication.

In this paper, we argue that for big IT systems protection alone is an insufficient and a difficult-to-handle operational security model. We briefly discuss and compare alternative models and sketch a framework for a security policy based on survivability. We present our architecture for IT service security enforcement based on the survivability principle. Based on our prototype experience, we advocate profound changes in how IT services are delivered.

As information technology progress, we are able to obtain much information about the advanced research of others. As a result, researchers and research managers need to track the current research trends amid the information flood. In order to support these efforts to gather knowledge of current research, we propose a research trend mining method. The method utilizes an author-topic model for establishing the relationships between authors, topics, and papers by probabilities, and interactively visualizes the relationships using self-organizing maps. We implemented a research area mapping system and validated it with a case study. In addition, we conducted experiments to show the performance of our system. The experimental results indicate that this system can induce the appropriate relationships for finding research trends.

In the paper the problem of accelerating the process of book search is being addressed. The suggested approach consists in developing a thesaurus-like system of interconnected terms used to describe the contents of the book. It is believed to enhance the chances of successful search by means of modern information technologies, alternative search terms and disambiguation of terms of the same subject area.

In the field of education, most of the colleges are implementing wireless campus enabling students to monitor their course content and working on collaborative projects. Current Precision CNC Lathes and Mills SmartCut II Series are not only a cutting device but a fully computerized and interconnected apparatus controlled remotely via mobile handheld device with wireless link. SmartCut was designed for growing companies evolving from manual lathe operations to CNC and more sophisticated users who would like a simple, easy to use machine. The Fagor 8055TC control is equipped with multiple ports for connection to off-line programming systems for more advanced users. The combination of these control features and hand wheels enable you to use a single machine for one-off or prototype production; in a semi-automatic mode for small production lots; and in its fully automatic mode for medium length production runs [2]. The information technology (IT) industry has recently been estimated to have the same carbon footprint (that is, energy consumption) as the airline industry. Airlines have invested heavily for decades in more efficient engines, lighter airplanes and optimized scheduling to save energy consumption. Meanwhile, the energy usage per compute server rack has grown from about 2 kW/rack in 2000 to an estimated 30 kW/rack in 2010, to the point where the cooling and power issues are now a major factor in system design. In the last several years, the IT industry has begun to develop new strategies for "greening" traditional data centers, yet the physical reality of modern university campus Cyberlnfrastructure (CI) is a complex network of ad hoc and sub-optimal energy environments housed in departmental facilities. But because the value of computational and data-intensive approaches to research is increasingly embraced, this number of departmental facilities is swelling fast and creating campus-wide crises of space, power, and cooling.
