Cervical cancer is the main neoplasm among women, but it is not the only pathology that affects the female population. The "Previne Brasil" program was created by the Ministry of Health to outline preventive strategies and measures for specific Primary Health Care populations. Under the program, the collection of cytopathological tests is currently part of indicator 4 of "Previne Brasil", which uses strategic actions in women's health care. The aim was therefore to identify the impact of indicator 4 on women's health care, by comparing the perceptions of health professionals and service users. This is a descriptive study of a quantitative nature, using self-administered questionnaires and carried out in all the Basic Health Units in the municipality of Imaculada-PB, with doctors, nurses and women aged 25-64 who have their cytopathology collected at the UBS. From the data collected, it was possible to identify that the implementation of the indicator is of great importance for improving women's health care, analyzing the perception of users and professionals about the care provided and exposing weaknesses in the performance of the exam and in the indicator, which does not reflect well the target group it is intended for, as well as suggesting measures to expand women's health care. The objective of the present study was to report the experience of low adherence to therapeutic among hypertensive patients in a primary health care unit in the city of Patos, Paraíba, as well as the adoption of intervention strategies; Methods: As a methodological tool, the Arco of Maguerez was used that provides observation and troubles hooting of existing problems in the middle to the application in reality of hypotheses of solutions. Results: An experience report study was carried out in a primary health care unit, where strategies focused on improvements in therapeutic adherence were discussed. In the meetings, strategies were defined together with the team and applied among hypertensive patients, such as health education measures, encouraging participation in routine consultations with individualized follow-up. Conclusion: It was noticed that a greater number of patients showed interest and participation, and doubts about the disease and its possible complications were clarified, in addition to a higher attendance at routine appointments for follow-up at the unit and frequent home visits by the team, contributing to therapeutic adherence. The objective was to describe the clinical profile of diabetic and/or hypertensive patients assisted by the Family Health Strategy (ESF) team in the rural area of the municipality of Imaculada-PB. This is a documental, descriptive, quantitative study. Data were obtained and located through the Citizen's Electronic Record (PEC). The findings showed that there was a predominance of assistance to female users, with different ages and most of these assistances were carried out in the Basic Health Unit. Furthermore, they show that the population of diabetics and hypertensives registered at the UBS in this study, for the most part, have uncomplicated hypertension and non-insulin-dependent diabetes. Therefore, it is imperative to know the characteristics of hypertensive and/or diabetic patients and to implement a dedicated approach that emphasizes primary and secondary preventive practices and sustained control of multiple risk factors in patients with hypertension and diabetes. The objective of the study was to describe the mental health care provided by the Family Health Strategy team in the rural area of the municipality of Imaculada-PB. This is documentary research with a quantitative approach carried out in a Basic Health Unit (UBS) in the rural area of the municipality of Imaculada-PB. The data source used was the Citizen's Electronic Record (PEC). The most frequent diagnoses were in the scope of anxiety and depressive disorders, and there were also other conditions such as epilepsy, schizophrenia and childhood autism. The identification of the most prevalent mental disorders is important to know the distribution and the main disorders that affect population groups, favoring the promotion and prevention of injuries. This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type, on the experience of educational actions against Aedes aegypti of a Resident in Family and Community Medicine, carried out in the months of March and April 2022, in the environments of the basic unit of area health and school. The intervention promoted health education actions on various aspects of the dengue issue, creating spaces for conversations and interactions, which encouraged the population to multiply attitudes aimed at preventing the spread of the disease and enhancing its prevention. We concluded that it was possible, through this experience, to identify factors that interfere with the illness of the population of the territory, plan and execute health surveillance actions that contributed to the promotion and prevention of health in the community. The study reported the experience of a medical resident related to the care provided to women in a Basic Health Unit (BHU) in the rural area of the municipality of Imaculada - Paraíba. To systematize the report, the problematization method was used, based on the Arc of Maguerez. Activities such as lectures to raise awareness about the cancers that most affect the female population, meetings with pregnant women and active search for prevention tests were performed. It was concluded through the practices adopted that the bond increased, the adherence of patients to the proposed actions grew, the preventive actions had a positive impact on the increase of tests and the demands could be directed in order to be better resolved. Aging is a normal physiological process in an individual's life, in which emotional and physical functional capacity changes, and primary health care (PHC) is the main bias of specialized care for these individuals. In this sense, knowledge about the profile of patients who seek these places is considered a strategic improvement tool for public health actions. This study aimed to define the profile of geriatric users treated at a Basic Health Unit (UBS) located in the municipality of Imaculada, Paraíba, Brazil, between March and August 2022. This is an experience report, with a qualitative approach carried out during the curricular practice of Supervised Residency Internship. During the evaluated months, 383 elderly people, 250 women and 133 men, were consulted, with the greatest demand for the unit being women aged 60-64 years and men aged 80 years or older. The greatest search for medical care was related to complaints of hypertension with complications (78 individuals) and non-insulin-dependent diabetes (49 patients). When the main complaint on the part of individuals, is the delay in the process of scheduling exams and consultations with specialized doctors. In addition, the study corroborated the better knowledge of users, inferring the main causes that influence the demand for care. In this way, the experience at the UBS contributed to understanding the main diseases that affect the local population and the challenges faced by the unit's multidisciplinary team.
