The supercritical carbon dioxide (S-CO2) power cycle is widely applicable to the utilization of multigrade heat sources due to its high efficiency and compact structure, in which the turbine is critical to the performance of the system. In this study, the operation pattern and output performance of an S-CO2 axial turbine with a design power scale of 10 kW power are investigated by experiments and numerical simulations. The loss mechanisms and distributions are analyzed using numerical simulations and loss models. The results show that the turbine output power and efficiency are at 9.66 kW and 36.6% at the designed condition and the output performance depends on the pressure ratio and rational speed. In addition, the flow field distribution reveals that the flow separation phenomenon occurs leading to loss, with the tip clearance loss being the most significant. Furthermore, the loss model validated in this paper is proven to be competent enough to fulfill the prediction of the loss distribution under different operational conditions, which could be very promising in the design of an S-CO2 axial turbine. Web content mining describes the classification, clustering, and attribute analysis of a large number of text documents and multimedia files on the web. Special tasks include retrieval of data from the Internet search engine tool W; structured processing and analysis of web data. Today's blog analysis has security concerns. We do experiments to investigate its safety. Through experiments, we draw the following conclusions: (1) Web log extraction can use efficient data mining algorithms to systematically extract logs from web servers, then determine the main access types or interests of users, and then to a certain extent, based on the discovered user patterns, analyze the user's access settings and behavior. (2) No matter in the test set or the mixed test set, the curve value of deep mining is very stable, the curve value has been kept at 0.95, and the curve value of fuzzy statistics method and quantitative statistics method is stable within the interval of 0.90–095. The results also show that the data mining method has the highest identification accuracy and the best security performance. (3) Web usage analysis requires data abstraction for pattern discovery. This data abstraction can be achieved through data preprocessing, which introduces different formats of web server log files and how web server log data is preprocessed for web usage analysis. One of the most critical parts of the web mining field is web log mining. Web log mining can use powerful data mining algorithms to systematically mine the logs in the web server and then learn the user's access or preferred interests and then conduct a certain degree of user preferences and behavior patterns according to the discovered user patterns. Based on the above analysis, the current web log analysis is faced with security problems. Based on the working principle of high-speed electromagnetic repulsion mechanism, the main factors influencing the motion characteristics of the repulsion mechanism and their variation rules are analyzed and verified through calculation and simulation. Because of its fast moving speed and large kinetic energy of moving parts, it will produce large operating impact and bounce. Buffer performance is of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of high-voltage circuit breakers. Moreover, aiming at the above problems, this article studies the repulsive mechanism and its buffer problem. First, the mathematical model of the electromagnetic repulsive opening mechanism is established, and the electromagnetic repulsive force of the electromagnetic repulsive opening mechanism is deduced. The simplified model of the electromagnetic repulsive mechanism and the finite element simulation mesh are divided, and the discharge circuit model of the energy storage capacitor is designed. Then, the simulation results show that as the repulsion disk spacing, radius, storage, capacitor voltage, turn ratio, and other parameters adjust, the peak value of electromagnetic repulsion force increases, which can reach more than 60 kN, and the displacement of the mechanism can reach 84 mm within 5.5 ms. Finally, the drop weight contrast test is carried out. When the landing height is 300 mm, 500 mm, and 700 mm, respectively, the energy absorption rate of the buffer in the three groups of tests is higher than 85%. Through the speed curve simulation after the installation of buffer, it is verified that the elastic clay buffer is suitable for the buffer mode of fast switch, and a high-speed buffer device based on the elastic clay material is proposed. Background. Malignant tumor is one of the most common diseases that seriously affect human health. The prior literature has reported the biological function and potential therapeutic targets of SET domain bifurcated histone lysine methyltransferase 1 (SETDB1) as an oncogene. However, SETDB1 has rarely been analyzed from a pan-cancer perspective. Methods. Bioinformatics analysis tools and databases, including GeneCards, National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), UniProt, Illustrator for Biological Sequences (IBS), Human Protein Atlas (HPA), GEPIA, TIMER2, Sangerbox 3.0, UALCAN, Kaplan-Meier (K-M) plotter, cBioPortal, Catalogue Of Somatic Mutations In Cancer (COSMIC), PhosphoSitePlus, TISIDB, STRING, and GeneMANIA, were utilized to clarify the biological functions and clinical significance of SETDB1 from a pan-cancer perspective. Results. In this study, the pan-cancer analysis demonstrated that SETDB1 showed significantly differential expression in most tumor tissues and paracancerous tissues, and SETDB1 expression was associated with clinicopathological features and clinical prognosis. We also found that SETDB1 mutations occurred in most tumors and were related to tumorigenesis. In addition, DNA methylation of SETDB1 primarily occurred at the cg10444928 site and was associated with prognosis in several human tumors. The predicted phosphorylation site of SETDB1 was Ser1006. We found that SETDB1 was significantly related to the specific tumor-infiltrating immune cell populations and expression of clinically targetable immune checkpoints and may be a promising immunotherapy target. The Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) analyses also indicated that SETDB1 may function as crucial regulator in carcinogenesis of human cancers. Conclusions. SETDB1 is an important oncogene involved in tumorigenesis and tumor progression through different biological mechanisms. To research the relationship between meat quality and short‐term starvation in the blunt snout bream backcross variety [Megalobrama amblycephala♀ × (M. amblycephala♀ × Culter alburnus♂) ♂], we addressed the effect of fasting and re‐alimentation on essential nutrients and histology structure, flavour nucleotides in muscles, and analyzed the changes of taste profile in backcross variety by electronic tongue. Our data showed that the essential nutrients, equivalent umami concentration (EUC) and taste profile were found to slightly change in 5‐days fasting stage meat; meanwhile, the histology of the gut and liver has no significant change. However, the flavour composition was improved to enhance meat quality in comparison with control. When prolong starvation to 10‐days or 20‐days, the flavour components promoted continuously, and the crude fat levels were decreased, although the histologically injured intestine and liver are aggravated. Therefore, in addition to cross‐breeding to improve meat quality, short‐term starvation for 5 days without histological damage is also a way to improve meat quality in blunt snout bream backcross variety. Quantitative prediction of penetration leakage rate has not been reported so far. The theoretical prediction method of leakage rate of typical penetration static seal structure of closed structure is studied. Based on porous media seepage mechanics, the relationship between leakage rate and microstructure parameters is established, and a new prediction model of the leakage rate of sealing structures is proposed. Then, the relationship between seal-specific pressure and microstructure parameters is obtained by the Hertz contact mechanics model. Finally, the leakage rate calculation, which is independent of any experimental data, is obtained innovatively. The new model is used to predict the leakage rate of penetration, and the theoretical prediction results are compared with the experimental measurement results. It is proved that the two agree well, which verifies the effectiveness of the model. The prediction model based on this method can well reflect the effects of rough surface morphology, material mechanical properties, sealing load, high temperature, and high pressure on the leakage rate. The leakage rate prediction model proposed in this paper is independent of the experimental regression coefficient and can realize the conversion relationship between different sealing media, sealing materials, and working conditions. In this paper, the reliability analysis and residual life assessment model of gas pipelines with multiple corrosion pits are established. Aiming at the simulation evaluation of small failure probability of gas pipelines, a new method for reliability analysis and residual life assessment of gas pipelines with multiple internal corrosion pits is proposed, which is called the Hamiltonian Monte Carlo subset simulation (HMC-SS) method. Compared with the traditional MCS (Monte Carlo simulation) algorithm, the HMC-SS method has the advantages of less sampling, low cost, and high accuracy. And compared with the random walk SS method, the HMC-SS method can analyze the state space more efficiently and achieve faster convergence. In this paper, the HMC-SS method is applied to the reliability analysis and residual life assessment of gas pipeline engineering, and the sensitivity analysis of the random parameters affecting the failure probability of the pipeline is carried out. The results show that the corrosion rate, the depth of corrosion defects, and the wall thickness of the pipeline have great influence on the residual life of the pipeline, while the yield strength, working pressure, and the length of corrosion pits have no obvious influence on the failure probability and residual life of the pipeline. The analysis shows that the proposed HMC-SS method can be used as a reasonable tool for failure assessment of natural gas pipelines affected by corrosion to determine the remaining life of the pipeline system. In this article, a mathematical analysis model of economics of prefabricated building structure based on improved neural network algorithm is proposed in order to solve the low analysis accuracy in traditional methods. Firstly, by means of analyzing the costs of materials, labor, and equipment, the economic characteristics of the cost of fabricated building structures are determined. Secondly, the single neuron is analyzed and the weight coefficient is adjusted in accordance with the multilayer neural network structure, so as to minimize the construction error of the economic analysis model of the assembled building structure. Meanwhile, the weight vector is obtained, error-weighted square sum is calculated through choosing an adaptive filter and obtained, and the weight vector is updated by the least squares algorithm. Thirdly, the neural network algorithm training and learning process is designed and improved, the dependent variable is selected, the number of input points is determined, and then, the training and learning process of the improved neural network algorithm is completed. Finally, a fitness function is set to measure the authenticity of dataset, which is further defined as a combination of different weights to construct an economic mathematical analysis model. In this article, we take a 126 kV single-break vacuum circuit breaker as the research object and study the application of high-energy-density PM motor in the high-voltage circuit breaker for the first time. The PM motor maintains maximum power density and torque density during the start-up phase. Note that most of the faults of high-voltage circuit breakers are mechanical faults. We designed a set of mechanical fault prediction systems for high-voltage circuit breakers. We present the prediction method of the opening and closing action curve of the high-voltage circuit breaker. It is inspired by Chaos Ant Colony Algorithm (CAS) and an optimized Long- and Short-Term Memory (LSTM) cycle neural network. We constructed the main structure of the neural network expert system and established the fault prediction model of the high-voltage circuit breaker, based on the LSTM cycle neural network, optimized by CAS. 10-Hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA), also known as royal jelly acid, has a variety of physiological functions, and recent studies have shown that it also has anticancer effects. However, its anticancer mechanisms have not been clearly defined. In this study, we investigated the underlying mechanisms of 10-HDA in A549 human lung cancer cells. We used Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, scratch wound healing assay, flow cytometry, and western blot analysis to investigate its apoptotic effects and underlying mechanism. Our results showed that 10-HDA inhibited the proliferation of three types of human lung cancer cells and had no significant toxic effects on normal cells. Accompanying reactive oxygen species (ROS), 10-HDA induced A549 cell apoptosis by regulating mitochondrial-associated apoptosis, and caused cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase in a time-dependent manner. Meanwhile, 10-HDA also regulated mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) signaling pathways by increasing the expression levels of phosphorylated c-Jun N-terminal kinase, p-p38, and I-κB, and additionally, by decreasing the expression levels of phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase, p-STAT3, and NF-κB. These effects were blocked by MAPK inhibitors and N-acetyl-L-cysteine. Furthermore, 10-HDA inhibited cell migration by regulating transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1), SNAI1, GSK-3β, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, and vimentin. In view of the poor performance of the original mathematical model of assembly construction project precost budget, a mathematical model of assembly construction project precost budget based on improved neural network algorithm is proposed. This paper investigates the cost content of assembly construction project and analyzes its early cost. It finds that the early cost of assembly construction project includes component production cost, transportation component cost, and installation component cost. Based on the improved neural network algorithm to build an improved neural network model, the improved neural network model to mine the cost data in the early stage of assembly construction project is used. In this paper, the earned value variable is introduced to transform the project duration and project cost in the early stage of the prefabricated construction project into quantifiable cost data, and the earned value analysis method is used to estimate the implementation cost of the prefabricated construction project. According to the result of cost estimation, the mathematical model of precost budget of prefabricated construction project is built based on the project parameters. In order to prove that the cost budget performance of the mathematical model based on the improved neural network algorithm in the early stage of assembly construction project is better, the original mathematical model is compared with the mathematical model, the experimental results show that the cost budget performance of the model is better than the original model, and the cost budget performance is improved. An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary cecropin on growth performance, non-specific immunity and disease resistance of hybrid tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus × O. aureus). A basal diet was supplemented with 0 (control), 75, 150 and 225 mg kg−1 cecropin to formulate four experimental diets. The results showed that final body weight and specific growth rate obtained with diet 150 mg kg−1 cecropin were significantly higher ( P < 0.05) than that obtained with diets 0 and 75 mg kg−1, whereas there was no difference between 150 and 225 mg kg−1. Feed conversion efficiency was improved by increasing the dietary cecropin content ( P < 0.05). However, feeding intake was reduced as dietary cecropin increased. Serum lysozyme, alkaline phosphatase, catalase and superoxide dismutase activity were significantly increased with the increased levels of dietary cecropin ( P < 0.05), and reached a maximum at level of 150 mg kg−1 cecropin, then those values no longer increased. Moreover, the dietary cecropin supplementation level also exhibited a decrease in the cumulative mortality rates compared with the controls when challenged with Aeromonas veronii. The results suggested that the dietary supplementation of cecropin could improve the growth, non-specific immunity indicators and resistance of hybrid tilapia against A. veronii. Summary: Solid polymer electrolyte is expected to be widely used in solid‐state lithium batteries due to its good mechanical manufacturability and low cost. But the low ion conductivity, poor interface compatibility hindering the development of solid‐state batteries. In this work, a rigid–flexible ultrathin (~13 μm) poly (ether‐acrylate) (PEA) solid electrolyte membrane was prepared by controlling the mutual penetration of porous skeleton and electrolyte. For comparison, a thick PEA membrane (~30 μm) was also provided. We found that the thicker PEA membrane exhibits a porous structure and rough surface due to the physical shrinkage of polymer, while the ultrathin PEA shows more compact and flexible. Structural advantages give it higher tensile strength (114.7 MPa), doubled ionic conductance (218 mS), and higher lithium ion migration number from 0.81 to 0.93. Meanwhile, better interface contact was also achieved due to the smoother surface of ultrathin PEA, which promotes the uniform distribution of charges and uniform SEI film on the surface of lithium anode, thus inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites. Due to the improvement of basic physical properties and good interface contact, the assembled NCM622/PEA/Li solid‐state battery shows improved rate and cycle performances. An improved method of extracting small-signal equivalent circuit model parameters for gallium nitride high electron mobility transistors (GaN HEMTs) is presented. This paper intends to present a method to extract the parasitic inductance and resistance of transistors based on the short-test structure without the open-circuit test structure. The parasitic capacitance of transistors is extracted by the method based on the size scalable model. Compared with the traditional COLD-FET method, the extraction procedure is simpler and more convenient. After removing the influence of parasitic elements, the intrinsic parameters of the model can be extracted by the S-parameters measured at different bias points. Objective. To systematically analyze the existing intelligent rehabilitation mobile applications (APPs) related to distal radius fracture (DRF) and evaluate their features and characteristics, so as to help doctors and patients to make evidence-based choice for appropriate intelligent-assisted rehabilitation. Methods. Literatures which in regard to the intelligent rehabilitation tools of DRF were systematic retrieved from the PubMed, the Cochrane library, Wan Fang, and VIP Data. The effective APPs were systematically screened out through the APP markets of iOS and Android mobile platform, and the functional characteristics of different APPs were evaluated and analyzed. Results. A total of 8 literatures and 31 APPs were included, which were divided into four categories: intelligent intervention, angle measurement, intelligent monitoring, and auxiliary rehabilitation games. These APPs provide support for the patients' home rehabilitation guidance and training and make up for the high cost and space limitations of traditional rehabilitation methods. The intelligent intervention category has the largest download ratio in the APP market. Angle measurement tools help DRF patients to measure the joint angle autonomously to judge the degree of rehabilitation, which is the most concentrated type of literature research. Some of the APPs and tools have obtained good clinical verification. However, due to the restrictions of cost, geographic authority, and applicable population, a large number of APPs still lack effective evidence to support popularization. Conclusion. Patients with DRF could draw support from different kinds of APPs in order to fulfill personal need and promote self-management. Intelligent rehabilitation APPs play a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients, but the acceptance of the utilization for intelligent rehabilitation APPs is relatively low, which might need follow-up research to address the conundrum. Background. Antihypertensive drug use is inconsistently associated with the risk of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive impairment, and cognitive decline. Therefore, we conducted a meta-analysis of available prospective cohort studies to summarize the evidence on the strength of these relationships. Methods. Three electronic databases including MedLine, Embase, and the Cochrane Library were searched to identify studies from inception to April 2017. Only prospective cohort studies that reported effect estimates with corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive impairment, and cognitive decline for antihypertensive drug use versus not using antihypertensive drugs were included. Results. We included 10 prospective cohort studies reporting data on 30,895 individuals. Overall, participants who received antihypertensive drugs had lower incidence of dementia (relative risk [RR]: 0.86; 95% CI: 0.75–0.99; p=0.033), while there was no significant effect on the incidence of Alzheimer’s disease (RR: 0.83; 95% CI: 0.64–1.09; p=0.154), cognitive impairment (RR: 0.89; 95% CI: 0.57–1.38; p=0.596), and cognitive decline (RR: 1.11; 95% CI: 0.86–1.43; p=0.415). Further, the incidence of Alzheimer’s disease might be affected by antihypertensive drug use in participants with specific characteristics. Conclusions. Antihypertensive drug use was associated with a significantly reduced risk of dementia, but not with the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, cognitive impairment, and cognitive decline. Two coordination polymers involving Cd(II), i.e., [Cd2(IDPA)2(bpe) (H2O)2]n·2n(H2O) (1) (H2IDPA is 5-(1-oxoisoindolin-2-yl)isophthalic acid, bpe is 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane, 4-bpmh is N, N-bis-pyridin-4-ylmethylene-hydrazine), and [Cd(IDPA)(4-bpmh)0.5(H2O)2]n·n(H2O) (2) are prepared under solvothermal conditions via tuning the auxiliary ligand from bpe to 4-bpmh. To investigate the effects of ultrasonic evaluation of a progressive yoga exercise program on reducing the inter-recti distance (IRD) among women in the early postpartum period. Postpartum women (n = 116), free of obstetric complications and in recovery following vaginal delivery between weeks 1 and 12, were recruited. Participants were randomly assigned to the control and yoga exercise group in the pre- and post-intervention design. The control group received no treatment, while the yoga exercise group participated in a guided 12-week progressive yoga exercise program started at postpartum week 1. The IRD was examined using high-frequency ultrasound at postpartum weeks 6 and 12. The results showed that the supraumbilical, umbilical, and subumbilical IRD were significantly decreased in the yoga exercise group after the 12-week progressive yoga exercise intervention compared with the first (week 6) and second (week 12) measurements. The differences in IRD at supraumbilical, umbilical, and subumbilical intervals between weeks 6 and 12 significantly increased in the yoga exercise group. Progressive yoga exercises are effective program that reduce IRD among women in the early postpartum period through ultrasound evaluation. Background. Brugada syndrome is a hereditary cardiac disease associated with mutations in ion channel genes. The clinical features include ventricular fibrillation, syncope, and sudden cardiac death. A family with Brugada syndrome with sudden cardiac death was analyzed to locate the associated mutation in the SCN5A gene. Methods and Results. Three generations of a Han Chinese family with Brugada syndrome were recruited in the study; their clinical phenotype data were collected and DNA samples extracted from the peripheral blood. Next-generation sequencing was carried out in the proband, and candidate genes and mutations were screened using the full exon capture technique. The family members who participated in the survey were tested for possible mutations using Sanger sequencing. Six family members were diagnosed with Brugada syndrome, including four asymptomatic patients. A newly discovered heterozygous mutation in the proband was located in exon 25 of SCN5A (NM_000335.5) at c.4313dup(p.Trp1439ValfsTer32). Among the surviving family members, only those with a Brugada wave on their electrocardiogram carried the c.4313dup(p.Trp1439ValfsTer32) variant. Bioinformatics prediction revealed that the frameshift of the c.4313dup (p.Trp1439ValfsTer32) mutant led to a coding change of 32 amino acids, followed by a stop codon, resulting in a truncated protein product. Conclusion. The newly discovered mutation site c.4313dup(p.Trp1439ValfsTer32) in exon 25 of SCN5A may be the molecular genetic basis of the family with Brugada syndrome. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose. We aimed to examine the effects of 125I seeds on the gene expression of Bcl-2, Bax, and PI3K/Akt pathway components in cholangiocarcinoma cells. Methods. In vitro, human cholangiocarcinoma RBE cells were treated with 125I seeds (0.39 mCi or 0.85 mCi) for 72 h, 120 h, and 168 h. Cell proliferation and apoptosis were assessed. The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax was detected by RT-PCR, and Western blotting was carried out to explore changes in Akt activity. Result. 125I seeds inhibited the proliferation of RBE cells. The apoptosis rate of the RBE cells in the low-activity group was significantly higher than that in the high-activity group at 120 h and 168 h, while no difference was found between the two groups at 72 h. After 120 h of culture, the gene expression of Bcl-2 and Bax decreased in both groups, the ratio of Bcl − 2 / Bax in the low-activity group decreased, and the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway was inhibited in both groups. Conclusion. 125I seeds affect the proliferation and apoptosis of cholangiocarcinoma cells in a dose-dependent manner. The therapeutic effect of low-activity 125I seeds on cancer cells may be better. 125I seed brachytherapy may promote the apoptosis of cholangiocarcinoma cells by inhibiting the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and regulating the Bcl − 2 / Bax ratio. The building finish layer is a comprehensive structural system including the building exterior insulation system and building exterior finish. Combining with buildings has the advantage of reducing wall heat loss and building deformation caused by large temperature differences. Since the building finish layer is prone to cracking, hollowing, and peeling, during the application process, its safety needs to be studied and certified. This study prepares 20 groups of specimens, 15 anchor bolts in each group. The anchor bolt pull-out strength test is carried out. Anchoring damage evolution law and failure mode of anchor bolts are investigated. And the influence of anchoring methods on the pull-out bearing capacity is analyzed. In addition, ABAQUS finite element data simulation is carried out. The stress state of finish in thermomechanical coupling condition and without the effect of temperature are compared and analyzed. The influence factors of anchor bolt pull-out strength and the influence of temperature load on the long-term performance of building finish layer are obtained. The durability of the building finish layer is analyzed. The results show that the anchoring strength of the anchor bolt is positively correlated with the anchoring depth. The anchoring strength is influenced significantly by anchoring construction sequence and temperature. The stress under the coupled effect of temperature and load is greater than that of the single effect of load, and the stress distribution changes significantly. Due to thermal expansion and contraction, the anchor bolt would loosen, which is more prone to damage the building finish layer in a low temperature environment. The weight relationship of each influencing factor of the building finish layer is proposed. A systematic evaluation index system is established. Gitelman syndrome (GS) is an autosomal recessive inherited salt-losing renal tubular disease, which is caused by a pathogenic mutation of SLC12A3 encoding thiazide-sensitive Na-Cl cotransporter, which leads to disturbance of sodium and chlorine reabsorption in renal distal convoluted tubules, resulting in phenotypes such as hypovolemia, renin angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS) activation, hypokalemia, and metabolic alkalosis. In this study, two GS families with proteinuria or Hashimoto's thyroiditis were analyzed for genetic-phenotypic association. Sanger sequencing revealed that two probands carried SLC12A3 compound heterozygous mutations, and proband A carried two pathogenic mutations: missense mutation Arg83Gln, splicing mutation, or frameshift mutation NC_000016.10:g.56872655_56872667 (gcggacatttttg>accgaaaatttt) in exon 8. Proband B carries two missense mutations: novel Asp839Val and Arg904Gln. Both probands manifested hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia, hypocalcinuria, metabolic alkalosis, and RAAS activation; in addition, the proband A exhibited decreased urinary chloride, phosphorus, and increased magnesium ions excretion, complicated with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, while the proband B exhibited enhanced urine sodium excretion and proteinuria. The older sister of proband B with GS also had Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Electron microscopy revealed swelling and vacuolar degeneration of glomerular epithelial cells, diffuse proliferation of mesangial cells and matrix, accompanied by a small amount of low-density electron-dense deposition, and segmental fusion of epithelial cell foot processes in proband B. Light microscopy showed mild mesangial hyperplasia in the focal segment of the glomerulus, hyperplasia, and hypertrophy of juxtaglomerular apparatus cells, mild renal tubulointerstitial lesions, and one glomerular sclerosis.
