However, in the complex drilling process, the debris particles generated in the large displacement and horizontal well section drilling are deposited in the lower low-speed area of the lower part of the ring empty shaft. It will cause underground accidents such as complex moving, drilling, increased resistance, drilling column fracture, and so on, which will seriously affect the efficiency and economic benefits of drilling. This paper addresses the problem of annular debris accumulation and the characteristics of high-density drilling fluid and uses the CFD-DEM (discrete cell method) method to simulate the debris movement process in the well eye based on the coupling of FLUENT and EDEM software. The edge calculation is used to provide strong resource allocation and calculation force support for this paper, fully consider the influence of the interaction between drilling fluid, debris particles, and drilling rod and well wall, and explore the influence law of the eccentric ring space of the conventional steel drill pipe. During the last two decades, rapid development in the network technology has been observed, particularly hardware, and the development of software technology has accelerated, resulting in the launch of a variety of novel products with a wide range of applications. Traditional sports training systems, on the other hand, have a single function and a complex operation that cannot be fully implemented in colleges and universities, causing China's sports training to stagnate for a long time. The goal of physical education and training is to teach a specific action to attain its maximum potential in a variety of ways. As a result, we should use the system to collect scientifically sound and trustworthy data to aid relevant staff in completing their training tasks. Therefore, in the context of big data, network information technology has become the main way to improve the physical education system. By applying cloud computing technology, machine vision technology, and 64-bit machine technology to the physical education training system, extract the video data of the physical education system, design the system video teaching process, and complete the construction of three-dimensional human model, so as to analyze the training situation of the trainers. In this paper, 30 basketball majors in a university are selected as the professional group and 30 computer majors as the control group. The average reaction time, scores, and expert scores of the two groups are analyzed. The results show that the test of the professional group is significantly higher than that of the amateur group. At the same time, the feedback results of students using physical education and training system and normal physical education teaching and training are compared and analyzed. One week later, the students trained by the physical education system have improved their thinking ability, movement accuracy, and judgment ability, indicating that the application of the physical education training system to the actual effect is ideal. The damage and blockade of airport runways are important objectives in modern warfare. The minimum takeoff and landing window is regarded as the damage criterion of an airport runway. On the basis of Mathematica, a simulation is performed by judging whether the inequality group has a solution domain. An improved algorithm for judging whether an airport has a minimum takeoff and landing window is proposed. The algorithm is used to calculate and analyze the blockade probability of an ordinary missile to an airport and the influence of the performance of a guided submunition on the blockade of an airport runway. Results show that increasing the number of submunition, reducing the circular error probable of submunition, and increasing the number of subprojectiles can increase the blocking capability of submunition, while increasing the dispersion radius of subprojectiles will first increase the blocking probability and then decrease it. Through simulation, the inflection point of the blocking efficiency of submunitions is found. This article improves the judgment formula of takeoff and landing window, Compared with the window scanning method, the proposed method solves the problems of error caused by excessively large scanning step and extremely long calculation time caused by considerably small scanning step. Liquid biopsy is conducted through minimally invasive or noninvasive procedures, and the resulting material can be subjected to genomic, proteomic, and lipidomic analyses for early diagnosis of cancers and other diseases. Extracellular vesicles (EVs), one kind of promising tool for liquid biopsy, are nanosized bilayer particles that are secreted by all kinds of cells and that carry cargoes such as lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids, protecting them from enzymatic degradation in the extracellular environment. In this review, we provide a comprehensive introduction to the properties and applications of EVs, including their biogenesis, contents, sample collection, isolation, and applications in diagnostics based on liquid biopsy. This study focuses on a differential wheeled robot's (DWR) prescribed-time fractional order position control. Firstly, based on the kinematic model of DWR, a distance-related orientation error is designed using the inverse sine function. Based on this, an improved linear velocity constraint function is proposed. Compared with existing methods, while ensuring the correlation between velocity and orientation error, the multibalance point risk caused by large angle errors is avoided. Then, a prescribed-time fractional order position controller based on a time-varying scaling function is proposed to stabilize the kinematic system of DWR in the prescribed time. This controller can stabilize the position control system of the DWR in a prescribed time by adjusting the prescribed-time parameter, avoiding the infinite gain risk in traditional prescribed-time controllers. At present, the global prevalence of peripheral arterial disease is increasing year by year, and it has become a worldwide disease. Studies have shown that transplanting endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) into ischemic tissues can improve the tissue ischemia, thereby having a therapeutic effect on peripheral arterial diseases. This indicates that EPCs play a therapeutic effect in peripheral arterial disease. Recent studies have shown that peptidylarginine deiminase (PAD) is involved in the regulation of epigenetics and its inhibitor Cl-amidine can improve endothelium-dependent vasodilation and significantly reduce the formation of arterial thrombosis. It can also play a role in hematopoietic stem cells that share the same origin with EPCs. Therefore, we speculate that PAD4 may also have an effect on EPCs through a similar mechanism, thereby participating in the damage and repair of peripheral arterial disease. Therefore, we first detected the expression of PAD4 in EPCs of peripheral arterial disease and detected changes in the number and function of endothelial progenitor cells in peripheral blood after injecting the PAD4 inhibitor Cl-amidine into mice. A mouse model of lower limb ischemia was established to explore the effect of PAD4 on the function of EPCs in peripheral arterial disease. The results show that PAD4 is highly expressed in peripheral arterial diseases and the PAD4 inhibitor Cl-amidine can increase the number of EPCs and can treat peripheral arterial diseases by improving the proliferation, migration, and vascularization of EPCs. Background. Patients with brain metastases (BM) from renal cell carcinoma (RCC) were considered to experience a poor prognosis. However, there is little knowledge on the risk factors for BM from RCC at diagnosis. This study was aimed at exploring the risk factors for patients with BM from RCC and the interaction among these risk factors. Methods. A total of 38759 cases of RCC were identified from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. Risk factors for BM from RCC were evaluated by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses. Interaction effect between age and tumor size was tested. Results. There was a significant difference in univariate analysis, including T stage, tumor size, grades III and IV, lymph node metastasis, bone metastasis, liver metastasis, lung metastasis, and surgery. There was a significant difference in multivariate analysis, including age, T stage, tumor size < 10 cm , grade IV, lymph node metastasis, bone metastasis, lung metastasis, and surgery. Patients older than 70 had 0.653-fold lower risk of developing BM compared with those younger than 70. Patients with tumor size ≥ 4 cm and <10 cm had higher risk of developing BM compared with those < 4 cm. The larger the tumor size, the higher the incidence of BM from RCC in those whose tumor size was less than 10 cm. An interaction test between the tumor size and age on brain metastasis was statistically significant in the crude analysis (P = 0.0114) and model II analysis (P = 0.0248) but not in model I analysis (P = 0.1136). Although age significantly affected the risk of BM from RCC, impact of age on the risk of developing BM from RCC was limited to patients with tumor size ≥ 7 cm. Conclusion. Both tumor size and age were independent risk factors for brain metastases in patients with RCC. The impact of age on the risk of developing BM from RCC was limited to patients with tumor size ≥ 7 cm. Some domestic scholars revealed the effectiveness of Wenshen Yiqi Keli (WSYQKL) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). However, the exact mechanism of WSYQKL on COPD is fuzzy and needs further research. We adopted UPLC-Q/TOF-MS to analyze the chemical components of WSYQKL. In in vitro experiments, human airway smooth muscle cells (hASMCs) were intervened with 2.5% cigarette smoke extract (CSE), medicine serum of WSYQKL, miR-155 mimic, and FoxO3a silencing. Cell viability, proliferation, migration, and the expressions of miR-155, PCNA, Ki67, p21, p27, and FoxO3a were examined by cell counting kit-8, EdU staining, Transwell assay, scarification assay, qRT-PCR, immunol cytochemistry, and western blot, respectively. The association between miR-155 and FoxO3a was assessed by database and luciferase reporter gene analysis. We identified 47 kinds of chemical compositions of WSYQKL in ESI+ mode and 42 kinds of components of WSYQKL in ESI− mode. The medicine serum of WSYQKL strongly alleviated the proliferation and migration of hASMCs induced by CSE in a concentration-dependent manner. The medicine serum of WSYQKL enhanced the levels of p21, p27, and FoxO3a and weakened PCNA and Ki67 levels in hASMCs induced by CSE with the increase of concentration. MiR-155 mimic or FoxO3a silencing notably advanced CSE-treated HASMC viability, proliferation, migration, and the levels of PCNA and Ki67 and downregulated the levels of p21, p27, and FoxO3a in CSE-triggered hASMCs, which was reversed by WSYQKL-containing serum. Directional rotary steerable is one of the key components of modern intelligent drilling, and the analysis of force and deformation in bottom hole assembly is the key to control a well trajectory. Although the introduction of edge calculation will significantly improve the case requirements in engineering application, due to the complexity of directional rotary steerable BHA, such as variable stiffness and discontinuity, few theoretical mechanical models can simultaneously solve the above problems and obtain accurate solutions. In this paper, the inclination angle and diameter of borehole are considered comprehensively. From weight on bit in drilling parameters, assembly structure parameters of multiple variable cross section, discontinuity, stabilizer diameter and position of all sorts of influencing factors, such as the vertical and horizontal bending method combined with the finite element method, a point-type rotary steering BHA is established as a new type of mechanical model, with actual project as an example, through iteration, and the calculated results with the software of numerical verify the correctness of the model. Finally, the model is used to study the bit side force of discontinuous directional rotatory stepping-type BHA, and the effects of offset, weight on bit, and distance between two stabilizers on bit side force are analyzed. Objective. To evaluate the application of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) combined with multislice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastric eminence lesions. Methods. A total of 160 patients with gastric eminence lesions enrolled in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were included and received EUS and MSCT. The results of the two examinations and the postoperative pathological results were compared. Results. The common pathological types of gastric eminence lesions include polyps and stromal tumors, with the most common sites of lesions in the gastric antrum, followed by the fundus of the stomach and the gastric body. Gastric eminence lesions mostly originate from the mucosal layer and muscularis mucosa, accounting for 83.13% of the total. With pathological results as the gold standard, the detection rate of MSCT was 90.63%, and that of EUS was 78.13%. With the joint diagnosis as a reference, the receiver operating curve (ROC) revealed a higher diagnostic efficiency of MSCT and EUS. Conclusion. The accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of gastric eminence lesions is significantly higher than that of EUS, both of which can offer useful guidance for the choice of endoscopic treatment methods. Objective. The objective of this study was to observe the protective effect of Rhodiola wallichiana drops in a rat model of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) lung injury. Methods. Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control (NC), normal saline (NS), PM2.5-infected (PM), and Rhodiola wallichiana (RW) groups. Rats in the NC group were not provided any interventions, whereas those in the NS and PM groups were administered normal saline and PM2.5 suspension by trachea drip once a week for four weeks. Rats in the RW group were intraperitoneally administered Rhodiola wallichiana for 14 days and then administered PM2.5 suspension by trachea drip 7 days after drug delivery. The levels of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6, interleukin-1β, and tumor necrosis factor-alpha and oxidative stress biomarkers such as 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine, 4-hydroxynonenal, and protein carbonyl content were determined in the serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid by ELISA. The level of 4-hydroxynonenal in the lung was also determined using Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining. Results. Levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress biomarkers were all increased in the PM group but decreased in the RW group. Western blotting revealed increased 4-hydroxynonenal levels in the PM group but decreased levels in the RW group. Immunohistochemical staining also provided similar results. Conclusion. Oats are becoming increasingly popular due to their nutritional, but they were difficult to process, and unique characteristics. Therefore, this study established a model of microwave pregelatinization conditions between gelatinization degree (DG) of oat and investigated the characteristics of oat flour with different DG. Here, the results showed that the hydration (WSI and WAI increased to 5.43 g/100 g and 4.33 g/g, respectively) and thermodynamic properties of oat flour were improved, and the SEM and XRD results showed that the high‐frequency electromagnetic field and thermal effect of the microwave destroyed the crystal structure of the starch and formed an aggregate with lower gelatinization temperature and enthalpy. Compared with the natural oat flour that cannot be extruded into strips, the oat flour with a DG of 88.5 g/100 g was prepared into strips of noodles with improved qualities. The mentioned results proved the potential of microwaves in the development of oat products. Practical applications: Oats which are rich in nutritional and β‐glucan ranked fifth in total output among the eight major food crops in the world. However, oats are of limited suitability for processing due to the characteristics of oat starch. Therefore, this study established a model of microwave pregelatinization conditions and gelatinization degree and described the characteristics of microwave‐pregelatinized oat flour with different gelatinization degrees, so that the oat flour with different gelatinization characteristics can be processed into different products. For example, the oat flour with a gelatinization degree of 88.5% mentioned in the study was applied to extruded whole oat noodles, and the noodles with good qualities were obtained. A novel estimation-based and dropout-dependent control design for distributed control systems of aeroengines with packet dropout is proposed. The packet dropout is described as an independent identically distributed (i.i.d.) Bernoulli process with known probability. The objective of the control system is to effectively and stably impel aeroengines. An inverse system is proposed to reconstruct the missing measurements, based on which, a hybrid adaptive Kalman filter (HAKF) is proposed to provide the estimated states for control design. A new state-feedback control design is developed with the estimated states and the actual states. For guaranteeing the stability of aeroengines, both the stability of HAKF and the new controlled system are analyzed and proved. The new design is applied to an aeroengine, HAKF has superior estimation accuracy which ensures the effectiveness, and the desired stability performance is achieved by controlled system in the presence of packet dropout. The biological mechanisms linking diet-related obesity and autistic behaviors remain unclear. Metformin has proven to be beneficial in the treatment of many syndromes, including autism spectrum disorder. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess whether metformin treatment could ameliorate metabolic and behavioral alterations in C57BL/6 mice kept on a high-fat diet (HFD), and whether these changes were related to modifications in the gut microbiota and 5-HT levels. As expected, ten weeks of HFD ingestion increased body weight, adiposity, and glucose levels. HFD-fed mice showed a marked aggravation of repetitive behaviors (marble burying and self-grooming), and this was prevented by metformin administration. In addition, HFD-fed mice increased the total distance travelled in the open field test. This hyperactivity was counteracted by metformin cotreatment. In the elevated plus maze test, HFD-fed mice showed a reduced number of entries into the open arms. Interestingly, both HFD and metformin cotreatment increased social interactions in the three-chamber test. HFD increased the levels of intestinal tryptophan and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid. Metformin stimulated gut tryptophan and promoted the synthesis of 5-HT in the HFD group. Lactococcus, Trichococcus, Romboutsia, and Faecalibaculum were enriched in HFD-fed mice, whereas the HFD group cotreated with metformin was enriched in Intestinimonas and L. reuteri. Faecalibacterium was positively correlated with sociability and 5-HT pathway components in mice that received metformin. In summary, HFD consumption elicited a complex phenotype comprising higher levels of anxiety-like and repetitive behaviors but also increased sociability. Metformin could potentially improve HFD-induced disorders in the autistic spectrum through a mechanism involving positive modulation of 5-HT levels in the gut and its microbiota composition. Background. Integrins are involved in the biological process of a variety of cancers, but their importance in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer (GC) is still unclear. Therefore, this study aimed at exploring the significance of ITG gene expression in GC to evaluate its diagnosis and prognosis. Methods. GEPIA data were used to evaluate the mRNA expression of ITG genes in GC patients. The prognostic value of these genes was assessed by analyzing their mRNA expression using the Kaplan–Meier curve. The biological function of ITG genes was evaluated by GC tissue sequencing combined with GSEA bioinformatics. Based on the sequencing data, ITGA5 with the largest expression difference was selected for verification, and RT-PCR was used to verify its mRNA expression level in 40 pairs of GC and normal tissues. Results. ITG (A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A11, AE, AL, AM, AV, AX, B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, and B8) was highly expressed in GC tissues, while ITGA8 was low, compared with their expression in normal tissues. RNA-seq data shows that ITG (A2, A5, A11, AV, and B1) expression was associated with poor prognosis and overall survival. In addition, combined with the results of GC tissue mRNA sequencing, it was further found that the differentially expressed genes in the ITGs genes. ITGA5 was highly expressed in GC tissues compared with its expression in normal tissues, as evaluated by qRT–PCR (P < 0.001) and ROC (P < 0.001 , AUC (95% CI) = 0.747 (0.641–0.851)), and confirmed that ITGA5 expression was a potential diagnostic marker for GC. Bioinformatics analysis revealed that the signaling pathway involved in ITGA5 was mainly enriched in focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, and PI3K-AKT and was mainly involved in biological processes such as cell adhesion, extracellular matrix, and cell migration. Conclusion. This study suggested that ITGs were associated with the diagnosis and prognosis of GC and discovered the prognostic value and biological role of ITGA5 in GC. Intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury often causes inflammatory responses and coagulation disorders, which is further promoting the deterioration of the disease. Hydrogen has anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, and antiapoptotic properties against various diseases. However, the effect of hydrogen on coagulation dysfunction after intestinal I/R and the underlying mechanism remains unclear. The purpose of this study was to explore whether hydrogen-rich solution (HRS) could attenuate coagulation disorders and inflammation to improve intestinal injury and poor survival following intestinal I/R. The rat model of intestinal I/R injury was established by clamping the superior mesenteric artery for 90 min and reperfusion for 2 h. HRS (10 or 20 mL/kg) or 20 mL/kg 0.9% normal saline was intravenously injected at 10 min before reperfusion, respectively. The samples were harvested at 2 h after reperfusion for further analyses. Moreover, the survival rate was observed for 24 h. The results showed that HRS improved the survival rate and alleviated serum diamine oxidase activities, intestinal injury, edema, and apoptosis. Interestingly, HRS markedly improved intestinal I/R-mediated coagulation disorders as evidenced by abnormal conventional indicators of coagulation and thromboelastography. Additionally, HRS attenuated inflammatory responses and the elevated tissue factor (TF) and inhibited nuclear factor kappa beta (NF-κB) and nucleotide binding and oligomerization domain-like receptor family pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome activation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Moreover, inflammatory factors and myeloperoxidase were closely associated with TF level. This study thus emphasized upon the amelioration of coagulation disorders and inflammation by HRS as a mechanism to improve intestinal I/R-induced intestinal injury and poor survival, which might be partially related to inhibition of NF-κB/NLRP3 pathway. Objective. To investigate the temporal trends in mortality and disease burden of injuries in Anhui province from 2008 to 2017, so as to provide reference for injury control and prevention. Methods. Data of mortality were collected from 9 national surveillance points in Anhui province during 2008-2017 in the Information System for Death Cause Register and Management. The surveillance data were analyzed by using crude mortality, standardized mortality rate (SMR), potential year of life lost (PYLL), PYLL rate (PYLLR), and average of year life lost (AYLL). Results. There were a total of 44855 people died from injury, accounted for 9.44% of the all-cause mortality, ranked as the fifth leading cause of deaths in the whole population, and denoted the first leading cause of deaths in the 0-44 year's group. The leading causes of injury deaths were road traffic accidents, suicide, accidental falls, drowning, and poisoning. Road traffic accidents was the primary cause of injury deaths among the male population, while suicide was the dominate cause of injury deaths among the female population. Drowning, traffic accidents, and suicide accounted for the most injury deaths among the population aged 0-14 years, 15-64 years, and above 60 years, respectively. The road traffic accidents accounted for the largest proportion of injury PYLL and PYLLR, and drowning caused the highest AYLL among injury deaths. Conclusion. Objectives. The incidence of hyperuricemia (HUA) is increasing year by year, and there are no ideal drugs for the treatment; the existing ones can cause serious liver and kidney damage. We have confirmed that the water extract of Dendrobium candidum leaves could reduce the level of uric acid in rats, but the active ingredients remain unknown, and the mechanism is not well understood. This research investigated the therapeutic effect of the macroporous resin extract of the Dendrobium candidum leaf (DLE) on hyperuricemia. In this study, hyperuricemia was induced in rats by a 5-week high-purine diet. After that, DLE was administered continuously for 9 weeks. The result showed that biochemical parameters of liver and kidney function, especially serum uric acid (UA) levels, were significantly improved with DLE, which may relate to the reduction of xanthine oxidase (XOD) and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in the liver. Moreover, DLE could significantly prevent kidney and liver from damage, and intestinal injury and reduce inflammation in hyperuricemic rats by inhibiting the expression of both NF-κB and TLR4 proteins. These results showed that the macroporous resin extract of the Dendrobium candidum leaves may be effective for the treatment of hyperuricemia in rats by inhibiting uric acid production and decreasing inflammation. Intestinal microbial dysbiosis is associated with various intestinal and extraintestinal disorders. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), a type of fecal bacteriotherapy, is considered an effective therapeutic option for recurrent Clostridium difficile infection (rCDI) and also has important value in other intestinal diseases including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The purpose of this review is to discuss promising therapeutic value in extraintestinal diseases associated with gut microbial dysbiosis, including liver, metabolic, chronic kidney, neuropsychiatric, allergic, autoimmune, and hematological diseases as well as tumors. Objectives. Fatty liver disease (FLD) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Dietary cholesterol and alcohol consumption are important risk factors for the progression of FLD, but whether and how alcohol induces more severe FLD with cholesterol ingestion remain unclear. Herein, we mainly used the Lieber-DeCarli diet to establish the FLD mouse model to investigate the synergistic effects of alcohol and cholesterol metabolism on liver damage. The indices of aspartate transaminase (AST), alanine transaminase (ALT), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), and total cholesterol (TC) levels, inflammation foci, and pathogenesis by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and Oil Red O staining revealed that alcohol induces more severe liver damage by influencing cholesterol metabolism, which might be primarily related to the influence of cholesterol absorption, synthesis, and excretion on the liver or small intestine. Moreover, inhibition of absorption of intestinal cholesterol, but not of fat, sucrose, and alcohol, absorption into the body's metabolism by Ezetimibe, significantly improved FLD in rats fed with the high fat-cholesterol-sucrose and alcohol diet. Syndecan-1 (SDC1), with a long variable ectodomain carrying heparan sulfate chains, participates in many steps of inflammatory responses. But reports about the efforts of SDC1’s unshedding ectodomain on intestinal epithelial inflammation and the precise underlying mechanism are limited. In our study, unshedding SDC1 from intestinal epithelial cell models was established by transfecting with unshedding SDC1 plasmid into the cell, respectively. And the role of unshedding SDC1 in intestinal inflammation was further investigated. We found that components of NF-κB pathway, including P65 and IκBα, and secretion of TNF-α were upregulated upon LPS stimulation in intestinal epithelial cells. SDC1, especially through its unshed ectodomain, significantly lessened the upregulation extent. It also functioned in inhibiting migration of neutrophils by downregulating secretion of CXCL-1. Taken together, we conclude that suppressing SDC1 shedding from intestinal epithelial cells relieves severity of intestinal inflammation by inactivating NF-κB pathway and downregulating TNF-α expression. Background. Aberrant promoter methylation has been considered as a potential molecular marker for gastric cancer (GC). However, the role of methylation of FLNC, THBS1, and UCHL1 in the development and progression of GC has not been explored. Methods. The promoter methylation status of UCHL1, FLNC, THBS1, and DLEC1 was assessed by quantitative methylation-specific PCR (QMSP) in the serum of 82 GC patients, 46 chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) subjects, and 40 healthy controls. Results. All four genes had significantly higher methylation levels in GC patients than in CAG and control subjects. However, only UCHL1 methylation was significantly correlated with the tumor stage and lymph node metastasis. While THBS1 methylation was altered in an age-dependent manner, FLNC methylation was correlated with differentiation and Helicobacter pylori infection. DLEC1 methylation was only associated with tumor size. Moreover, methylated UCHL1 with or without THBS1 in the serum was found to be significantly associated with a poor prognosis. Conclusion. The promoter methylation degree of FLNC, THBS1, UCHL1, and DLEC1 in serum could tell the existence of GC and only UCHL1 in the serum was also associated with poor prognosis of GC. To minimize the serious environmental pollution caused by food byproducts, soybean curd residue was used as the substrate to ferment polysaccharides by Morchella esculenta. Water‐soluble crude polysaccharides (CMP) were purified by different gradient concentrations (30%, 60%, and 90%) of ethanol into three precipitation fractions. The experimental results indicated that the precipitated polysaccharides by the ethanol concentration of 60% (PMP) had the highest purity, containing rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose, and galactose, with the molar ratio of 0.08:0.25:0.16:0.07:0.28:1.00. The physicochemical properties were revealed by SEM, AFM, FTIR, NMR, and Congo red test. Furthermore, the measurement of antioxidant activities in vitro demonstrated that PMP exhibited higher antioxidant capacities with the dose‐dependent manner than CMP and polysaccharides from unfermented soybean curd (USP). Overall, the results suggested that PMP had attractive functional activity which could be potentially utilized in functional food industries. Practical applications: The polysaccharides from fungi sources are increasingly being used in functional food and pharmaceutical industry. In allusion to the problem of polysaccharides fermented by edible fungi, such as low yield, high cost, and hard to controllable. Soybean curd residue (SCR), a food waste, has been successfully used for the production of polysaccharides and graded ethanol was used to enhance polysaccharides production, lower the difficulty and homologous costs of purity. The results indicated that the purified polysaccharides displayed excellent antioxidant activities on scavenging DPPH and hydroxyl radicals. The outcomes of this work can provide technical support for comprehensive utilization of SCR and references for promotion and application of polysaccharides fermented from SCR via Morchella esculenta in food and medicine fields.
