As an important part of a country's diplomatic strategy, international cultural communication is increasingly valued by countries. But the traditional way of communication has been unable to keep up with the pace of the times. Digital twin technology can realize virtual reality, which can be applied to the design and dissemination of opera cultural platforms. The influence of a country's culture not only depends on whether its content has unique charm but also depends on whether it has advanced means of communication and strong communication ability. The purpose of this paper is to study how to design an opera cultural platform based on digital twins. This paper proposes a three-dimensional transformation algorithm based on digital twin, which can play a good role in the design of the opera culture platform. The experimental results in this paper are shown in Table 1. In 2016, the economic benefits brought by international cultural communication to China were 35.889 billion yuan. It increased by 3.735 billion yuan year-on-year, with a growth rate of 10.4%. By 2019, the economic benefits brought by international cultural communication to China were 50.730 billion yuan, with an increase of 49.66% over the previous year and a growth rate of 9.7%. It can be seen that, through continuous external communication, this aspect shows the cultural strength of the country and obtains an excellent international reputation and social benefits. Two groups of voluntary college students were randomly selected to conduct a one-semester blended teaching model designed in this paper to investigate the 'students' English scores. This article introduces the related applications of visual sensor images and studies the spread of folk art in cities. Important applications, and its industry scale is expected to reach 149.8 billion yuan globally in 2023. At the same time, how to apply wireless communication and the Internet of Things technology to bridge inspection systems has also become a new research topic. This article mainly studies the design and analysis of bridge detection systems based on wireless communication and Internet of Things technology. In order to expand the field of bridge detection and standard management and improve the credibility and reliability of safety problem prediction and evaluation, the bridge detection system will integrate IoT sensing, internet, remote communication, digital signal analysis and processing, big data knowledge mining, big data prediction and other technologies, design and analysis of the main structure of roads and bridges, and other multifaceted knowledge fields and build a professional intelligent digital network based on bridge inspection data collection, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and early warning. The evaluation of clustering algorithms is intrinsically difficult because of the lack of objective measures. On the basis of the DIFI and China's Provincial Panel data, this study aims to test the poverty reduction effect of digital inclusive finance in three dimensions of income, education, and healthcare and further look at the transmission mechanism of digital inclusive finance in poverty alleviation. The results indicated that digital inclusive finance exerts a poverty reduction effect in three dimensions—medical poverty, income poverty, and education poverty. Of these, the coverage breadth significantly affects the alleviation of medical poverty, the use depth significantly affects the alleviation of income poverty and education poverty, and the digitization level affects the alleviation of poverty in three dimensions. The level of regional economic development plays an intermediary role in the poverty alleviation effect of digital inclusive finance. Compared with the western region, which is relatively backward in development, the poverty reduction effect of digital inclusive finance in the eastern region is more significant. Summary: Currently, both the heated building area and total pipe length have been increased significantly. Despite the rapid development of China's heating industry, the overall efficiency of district heating systems is relatively low. In this paper, an innovative smart and transparent heating mode is proposed to solve the problems of the current heating mode. The proposed method integrates two core technologies: the 3D‐GIS digital twin model and the NB‐IoT wireless communication system. The concept, main characteristic of the proposed heating mode is discussed. A concrete technical scheme of the heating mode integrating the static and dynamic data of DHN is presented. To test the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed heating mode, two cases with a concrete implementation scheme are presented. The energy reduction rate, pump efficiency, and hydraulic imbalance level of proposed heating mode is compared with the traditional heating mode. Results show that the energy consumption of DHN under traditional set secondary‐side supply target temperature control mode can be reduced by 26.11% compared with smart and transparent heating mode during the heating period.
