Rewinding machines are used in the paper converting industrial sector to unroll paper veils from large source reels and wind them around smaller rolls, for the production of paper logs to be used in household activities. Many different types of rewinding machine exist, and they are mostly based on stapling devices which automatically unroll a large coil of paper, roll it up around a new log, stop the veil allowing it to be torn off, unload the completed paper log, and reload a new paper core to be rolled up. Winding units generally include a primary and a secondary roller, supplying the desired rotational speed for winding, and a pressure unit consisting of a pressure roller in contact with the paper log being rolled up, which assures adequate containment and avoids the paper log to escape. All known systems have some mechanical limitations, mainly due to the contact of the pressure roller with the paper log, causing instabilities and vibrations, particularly when working with soft paper veils. This limits the maximum possible winding speed. The aim of this paper is it to present a detailed kinematic analysis of a novel pressure unit which overcomes the aforementioned limitation.

We give a counter example to the comparison principle for the multipoint BVPs (by Xuxin Yang, Zhimin He, and Jianhua Shen, in Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Volume 2009, Article ID 258090, doi:10.1155/2009/258090). Then we suggest and prove a corrected version of the comparison principle.

On the basis of basic law in AASHTO2007 model, the forecasting mathematical model of drying shrinkage of recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) is established by regression analysis and experimental study. The research results show that (1) with the replacement rate of RCA increases, the drying shrinkage value of RAC increases; this trend is even more obvious in the early drying time. (2) The addition of fly ash can inhibit the drying shrinkage of RAC, but the effect is not very obvious. Specifically, the addition of fly ash will increase the shrinkage to some extent when the mixing amount is 20%. (3) The addition of expansive agent can obviously inhibit the shrinkage of RAC; the inhibition affection is better than that of fly ash. (4) The forecasting mathematical models of drying shrinkage of RAC established in this paper have high accuracy and rationality according to experiment validation and error analysis.

The designed load of most quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) isolators is constant. The isolation performance will drop sharply once the load changes. A novel QZS isolator that can adapt to variable loads is proposed in this paper to improve the range of application of the isolator. The isolator is designed by paralleling the electromagnetic spring (ES), which provides negative stiffness, and the pneumatic spring (PS), which provides positive stiffness. The positive and negative stiffness can be adjusted by changing the pressure and coil current, which provides the possibility for the isolator to adapt to variable loads. This paper derived the conditions for the isolation system to obtain QZS characteristics, proposed the dynamic model of the isolation system, derived and verified the analytical expressions of the amplitude-frequency response and force transmissibility (FT), and discussed the change of FT and displacement transmissibility(DT) under different loads. Theoretical analysis shows that changing the pressure and coil current in the same proportion can maintain the superior low-frequency isolation performance when the load changes, thanks to the preservation of the QZS characteristics of the system after adjusting the pressure and coil current. Finally, the simulation results fg and isolation frequency band over the linear isolation system and PS isolation system. Furthermore, the proposed isolator can be adjusted online.

With the development of computer operation technology and algorithms, the lumped dynamic model is more practical, and the development and application are more comprehensive. Among them, the direct coal liquefaction residual oil pyrolysis and coking technology, as a coal-to-liquid process, can increase the oil yield of the coal liquefaction process and reduce environmental pollution. The purpose of this paper is to study the experiment and algorithm of coal direct liquefaction residual oil pyrolysis and coking technology based on lumped kinetic engineering. Starting from the lumped kinetic engineering, this paper takes the direct coal liquefaction residual oil pyrolysis and coking technology as the research object. Based on the experiment of small- and medium-sized equipment, the residual oil pyrolysis and coking experiment is carried out. This paper further analyzes the components of the experimental products and explores the factors that affect the yield of residual pyrolysis oil based on the five lumped kinetic model of coking. Experimental data shows that when the pyrolysis temperature is 450°C, the content of liquefied heavy oil HS in the pyrolysis oil is 47.87%, the content of asphaltene A is 44.28%, and the content of preasphaltene PA is 7.85%; the pyrolysis temperature is 500 °C. At this time, the content of liquefied heavy oil HS in the pyrolysis oil is 54.97%, the content of asphaltene A is 40.23%, and the content of preasphaltene PA is 4.8%. It can be seen that, with the increase of pyrolysis temperature, the content of liquefied heavy oil HS increases, and the content of asphaltene A and preasphaltene PA decreases.

In this paper, we consider a natural convection flow of an incompressible viscous fluid subject to Newtonian heating and constant mass diffusion. The proposed model has been described by the Caputo fractional operator. The used derivative is compatible with physical initial and boundaries conditions. The exact analytical solutions of the proposed model have been provided using the Laplace transform method. The obtained solutions are expressed using some special functions as the Gaussian error function, Mittag–Leffler function, Wright function, and G -function. The influences of the order of the fractional operator, parameters used in modeling the considered fluid, Nusselt number, and Sherwood number have been analyzed and discussed. The physical interpretations of the influences of the parameters of our fluid model have been presented and analyzed as well. We use the graphical representations of the exact solutions of the model to support the findings of the paper.

Game theory has become an important tool to study the competition between oligopolistic enterprises. After combing the existing literature, it is found that there is no research combining two-stage game and nonlinear dynamics to analyze the competition between enterprises for advertising. Therefore, this paper establishes a two-stage game model to discuss the effect of the degree of firms’ advertising input on their profits. And the complexity of the system is analyzed using nonlinear dynamics. This paper analyzes and studies the dynamic game for two types of application network models: data transmission model and transportation network model. Under the time-gap ALOHA protocol, the noncooperative behavior of the insiders in the dynamic data transmission stochastic game is examined as well as the cooperative behavior. In this paper, the existence of Nash equilibrium and its solution algorithm are proved in the noncooperative case, and the “subgame consistency” of the cooperative solution (Shapley value) is discussed in the cooperative case, and the cooperative solution satisfying the subgame consistency is obtained by constructing the “allocation compensation procedure.” The cooperative solution is obtained by constructing the “allocation compensation procedure” to satisfy the subgame consistency. In this paper, we propose to classify the packets transmitted by the source nodes, and by changing the strategy of the source nodes at the states with different kinds of packets, we find that the equilibrium payment of the insider increases in the noncooperative game with the addition of the “wait” strategy. In the transportation dynamic network model, the problem of passenger flow distribution and the selection of service parameters of transportation companies are also studied, and a two-stage game theoretical model is proposed to solve the equilibrium price and optimal parameters under Wardrop’s criterion.

In economic growth, the gradual increase in the effect of information technology makes the enterprise economic information management increasingly important for the survival and development of the enterprises. This paper designs an enterprise economic information management system for the complex internal economic information management business and process of enterprises. It provides daily office, information access, document preview, and transmission. The proposed design (i) copes with the inconsistency and irregularity of enterprise economic information data, (ii) quickly obtains valuable information from these massive high-frequency data, and (iii) improves the economic benefits of data assets and data management efficiency. The printing function systematizes the information management for departments such as enterprise economic information, personnel, and production. The main focus of this research includes the mode, framework, and function of the whole system software. Moreover, it also comprises of the use of Internet platform big data technology to realize the practicality, stability, and security of the system database algorithm, which has been practically used by enterprises to improve office efficiency and meet the needs of daily management of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current status of enterprise big data application, this paper constructs an enterprise economic informational management system based on big data and also describes in detail the key technologies of enterprise economic informational data management from three aspects: NoSQL-based big data storage management, Hadoop-based economic informational big data informational and economic informational big data analysis, and mining algorithm. Provide theoretical basis and basic technical support for online decision analysis.

It is well known that the appearance of the delay in the fractional delay differential equation (FDDE) makes the convergence analysis very difficult. Dealing with the problem with the traditional reproducing kernel method (RKM) is very tricky. The feature of this paper is to gain a more credible approximate solution via fractional Taylor’s series (FTS). We use the FTS to deal with the delay for improving the accuracy of the approximate solutions. Compared with other methods, the five numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method in this paper.

In recent years, deep learning has already been applied to English lip-reading. However, Chinese lip-reading starts late and lacks relevant dataset, and the recognition accuracy is not ideal. Therefore, this paper proposes a new hybrid neural network model to establish a Chinese lip-reading system. In this paper, we integrate the attention mechanism into both CNN and RNN. Specifically, we add the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) to the ResNet50 neural network, which enhances its ability to capture the small differences among the mouth patterns of similarly pronounced words in Chinese, improving the performance of feature extraction in the convolution process. We also add the time attention mechanism to the GRU neural network, which helps to extract the features among consecutive lip motion images. Considering the effects of the moments before and after on the current moment in the lip-reading process, we assign more weights to the key frames, which makes the features more representative. We further validate our model through experiments on our self-built dataset. Our experiments show that using convolutional block attention module (CBAM) in the Chinese lip-reading model can accurately recognize Chinese numbers 0–9 and some frequently used Chinese words. Compared with other lip-reading systems, our system has better performance and higher recognition accuracy.

Big data has been developed for nearly a decade, and the information data on the network is exploding. Facing the complex and massive data, it is difficult for people to get the demanded information quickly, and the recommendation algorithm with its characteristics becomes one of the important methods to solve the massive data overload problem at this stage. In particular, the rise of the e-commerce industry has promoted the development of recommendation algorithms. Traditional, single recommendation algorithms often have problems such as cold start, data sparsity, and long-tail items. The hybrid recommendation algorithms at this stage can effectively avoid some of the drawbacks caused by a single algorithm. To address the current problems, this paper makes up for the shortcomings of a single collaborative model by proposing a hybrid recommendation algorithm based on deep learning IA-CN. The algorithm first uses an integrated strategy to fuse user-based and item-based collaborative filtering algorithms to generalize and classify the output results. Then deeper and more abstract nonlinear interactions between users and items are captured by improved deep learning techniques. Finally, we designed experiments to validate the algorithm. The experiments are compared with the benchmark algorithm on (Amazon item rating dataset), and the results show that the IA-CN algorithm proposed in this paper has better performance in rating prediction on the test dataset.

This paper uses big data technology to predict the employment rate of colleges and universities. In this paper, combined with the current rental price, daily life consumption, and college students’ personal interests and hobbies consumption and other indicators, the individual is simulated by big data, and the individual is associated by using the AI-driven edge fog computing service optimization algorithm to form a cluster, so as to realize the prediction from element to neural network cluster by using edge computing. In addition, this paper takes the employment data of colleges and universities in Hunan province from June 2020 to May 2021 as the research sample to test the prediction model and makes a comparative analysis with the CNN model and LSTM model. The edge fog computing model in this paper has more analytical indexes as tuples compared to the CNN model, so the results show that the prediction accuracy can reach 83.25%. In this case, there is little difference between the two models of data processing and predictive efficiency. Compared with the LSTM based classification prediction model, this model is edge computing, which greatly improves the data quality of model and data parameters, and the calculation efficiency can be increased by 45%–65%. Therefore, the use of big data technology can provide a reference for the research direction of higher education.

The interactive mechanism between college and university entrepreneurship education ecosystem and their students’ entrepreneurial performance needs to be further discussed, as college and university students are an important force in entrepreneurship. Since there is a lack of symbiotic mechanism analysis and interactive optimization research using ecological methods, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of entrepreneurship education ecosystem and entrepreneurship performance evaluation index system and uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight of various indicators in the index system more objectively. In this paper, Lotka–Volterra model in ecology is used to deeply study the mechanism between college and university entrepreneurship education ecosystem and entrepreneurship performance. Lotka–Volterra multichoice goal programming (MCGP) model is used to optimize the collaborative relationship between college and university entrepreneurship education ecosystem and entrepreneurship performance. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the research method. The results show that Lotka–Volterra multichoice goal programming (MCGP) method is effective in evaluating the synergy between college and university entrepreneurship education ecosystem and the students’ entrepreneurship performance.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence brings new development opportunities and challenges to English teaching university. This paper explores the concept of “smart education” and the path of building an ecological information-based teaching model of English college by interpreting the concepts of artificial intelligence, deep learning, ecological linguistics, and language education. Artificial intelligence, especially deep learning, will be promising in many aspects, such as the analysis of individual differences of language learners, customized learning content, diversified and three-dimensional teaching media, the role of teachers as smart classroom designers, and multidimensional and dynamic formative assessments. By relying on the data mining technology of deep learning to analyze learners’ characteristics, the smart classroom design, the promotion of language learners’ independent learning, and the establishment of dynamic and complete learner profiles, the language learning process is no longer a linear process but an evolving open loop, ultimately forming a harmonious development of various ecological niches in the language learning process. In this paper, we study and design a deep learning-based English informatics teaching system to develop a deep learning-based scoring prediction model. The model incorporates deep learning models based on word embedding and text convolutional networks, which can uncover the hidden interest features of academics for English. The experimental research results prove that the online e-learning service platform cannot only effectively meet the diverse and personalized English learning needs of university students, but also improve the learning efficiency of teachers and students.

The compatibility law of prescriptions is the core link of TCM theory of “theory, method, prescription and medicine,” which is of great significance for guiding clinical practice, new drug development and revealing the scientific connotation of TCM theory, and is also one of the hot spots and difficulties of TCM modernization research. How to efficiently analyze the frequency of drug use, core combination, and association rules between drugs in prescription is a basic core problem in the study of prescription compatibility law. In this paper, a systematic study was made on the compatibility rules of traditional Chinese antiviral classical prescriptions and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine molecules. FP-growth algorithm was used to analyze association rules of 961 classical prescriptions collected and to explore the compatibility rules of traditional Chinese antiviral classical prescriptions. In terms of compatibility law of traditional Chinese antiviral prescriptions, this paper studied the compatibility law of traditional Chinese antiviral prescriptions based on the FP-growth algorithm and made exploratory research on the compatibility law information of 961 traditional classical antiviral prescriptions. Firstly, FP tree was constructed based on the classic recipe data set. Then, frequent item set rules were established, and association rules contained in FP tree were extracted. Finally, the frequency and association rules of antiviral TCM prescriptions were analyzed according to dosage forms (decoction, pill, paste, and ingot). The results show that the FP-growth algorithm adopted in this paper has excellent algorithm performance and strong generalization and robustness in the screening and mining of large-scale prescription data sets, which can provide important processing tools and technical methods for the study of the compatibility rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.

A mathematical model of the dive phase is an important research content for improving the accuracy of terminal control in the small unmanned aerial vehicle. The acquisition of the diving model poses new challenges, such as the small installation space, ultra-low flying height of small suicide drones, short flight time, strong coupling, less observable measurement, and elastic deformation of the wings during the drone dive phase. Based on the autoregressive moving average method, a multi-input multioutput noise term topology mathematical model is proposed in this paper. Through an improved least squares identification method, the diving model in the flight test is analyzed and verified. The identification results of the diving model obtained by the proposed method are compared with the least squares method dive model. The results indicate that the mathematical model and identification method proposed in this paper can effectively obtain the parameters of the drone dive model.

This paper uses the partial least squares method to construct the investor sentiment index in Chinese stock market. The Shanghai Stock Exchange 180 Index and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange 100 Index are used as samples. From the perspectives of holistic sentiment and heterogeneous sentiment, this paper studies the impact of investor sentiment on stock price crash risk. The results show that investor sentiment can significantly affect stock price crash risk in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets, especially in the Shenzhen A-share market no matter from which perspective. And investor pessimism has a greater impact on stock price crash risk in the Shenzhen A-share market from the perspective of heterogeneous sentiment. Compared with the available researches, this paper makes two contributions: (i) the comparative analysis is adopted to discuss the differences between Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets, abandoning the research approach that takes the two markets as a whole in existing literature, and (ii) this paper not only studies the impact of investor holistic sentiment on stock price crash risk from a macro perspective, but also adds a more micro heterogeneous sentiment and conducts a comparative analysis.

Euler path is one of the most interesting and widely discussed topics in graph theory. An Euler path (or Euler trail) is a path that visits every edge of a graph exactly once. Similarly, an Euler circuit (or Euler cycle) is an Euler trail that starts and ends on the same node of a graph. A graph having Euler path is called Euler graph. While tracing Euler graph, one may halt at arbitrary nodes while some of its edges left unvisited. In this paper, we have proposed some precautionary steps that should be considered in exploring a deadlock-free Euler path, i.e., without being halted at any node. Simulation results show that our proposed approach improves the process of exploring the Euler path in an undirected connected graph without interruption. Furthermore, our proposed algorithm is complete for all types of undirected Eulerian graphs. The paper concludes with the proofs of the correctness of proposed algorithm and its computation complexity.

In the process of global digital trade rules negotiation, game and cooperation coexist, and all parties are actively seeking cooperative relationship while negotiating game. Against this background, this paper provides a comprehensive overview of the negotiation process of global digital trade rules and analyzes the core issues of the negotiations and their implied political game. This paper firstly compares the core issues of global digital trade rules negotiations at multilateral and regional levels and quantitatively reflects the weighting relationship between core issues and keywords by means of a dynamic thematic model. In order to judge the potential partnership of each country, this paper constructs a theoretical model of partner selection for global digital trade rules negotiation from the perspective of political game and uses the data of 62 major digital trade countries for empirical testing. Compared with traditional trade agreements, the consensus reached in digital trade negotiations is less influenced by traditional economic geography factors and more influenced by the level of digital trade restrictions and political distance. When signing digital trade terms, a country tends to choose countries with similar levels of digital trade restrictions and high political similarity as partners. Financial restrictions and trade restrictions are the most important digital trade restriction factors that countries pay attention to when negotiating, and political stability is the most important political factor that countries pay attention to when negotiating. Compared with developed countries, developing countries pay more attention to market size, cultural differences, and digital infrastructure when negotiating. The formulation of global digital trade rules may follow a reconstructive path from bilateral to regional to multilateral, promoting regional digital trade rule systems at this stage and gradually expanding the scope of negotiations to the multilateral level.

The mission planning of active debris removal (ADR) of revolver mode on geosynchronous orbit (GEO) is studied in this paper. It is assumed that there are one service satellite, one space depot, and some pieces of space debris in the ADR mission. The service satellite firstly rendezvouses with the debris and then releases the thruster deorbit kits (TDKs), which are carried with the satellite, to push the debris to the graveyard orbit. Space depot will provide replenishment for the service satellite. The purpose of this mission planning is to optimize the ADR sequence of the service satellite, which represents the chronological order, in which the service satellite approaches different debris. In this paper, the mission cost will be stated firstly, and then a mathematical optimization model is proposed. ADR sequence and orbital transfer time are used as designed variables, whereas the fuel consumption in the whole mission is regarded as objective for optimizing, and a specific number of TDKs is also a new constraint. Then, two-level optimization is proposed to solve the mission planning problem, which is low-level for finding optimal transfer orbit using accelerated particle swarm optimization (APSO) algorithm and up-level for finding best mission sequence using immune genetic (IGA) algorithm. Numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and the optimization method. Results show that TDK number influences the fuel consumption through impacting the replenishing frequency and TDK redundancy. To reduce fuel consumption, the TDK number should be optimized and designed with suitable replenishing frequency and minimum TDK redundancy.

Aiming at the operation and maintenance requirements of the fault location of high-temperature superconducting cables, a fault location method of high-temperature superconducting cables based on the improved time-frequency domain reflection method and EEMD noise reduction is proposed. Considering the cross-term interference problem in the traditional time-frequency domain reflection method, this paper introduces the affine transformation to project the time-frequency distribution of the self-term and the cross term and further highlights the characteristic differences between the two through coordinate transformation, and the particle swarm algorithm is employed to solve the optimal stagger angle of the affine transformation. The unscented particle filter is adopted to separate the cross term, and EEMD noise reduction is introduced to solve the signal noise problem. Finally, two software programs, PSCAD and MATLAB, are employed for joint simulation to build a model of high-temperature superconducting cable. The simulation example shows that the proposed method in this paper can eliminate the cross-term interference of the traditional time-frequency domain reflection method, effectively locate the fault of the high-temperature superconducting cable, and improve the positioning accuracy.

In this paper, we address the issues of the trade-off between QoS and QoE with an analytical analysis based on mathematical modeling under a unified normalization measurement. We model through computation the awareness of QoS and QoE with a strategy of quality-aware QoE-QoS coordination. A balanced coordination is proposed using modeling correlations between user experience and service performance. The main contributions of this paper include three main parts. First, a comprehensive mapping is modeled in a close form to illustrate the analytic correlations between QoS, QoE, and data communication. Second, an analytical method to analyze and coordinate the nonlinear trade-off between QoE and QoS is proposed based on the theoretical proof with discussions on necessary-sufficient conditions. Third, an algorithmic framework is provided to perform QoE-QoS coordination based on quality-awareness computing with a test proof. An assessment model for user experience quantification is built with the mean opinion score (MOS) test. Quality-aware QoE and QoS models are built based on the subspace learning strategy. Simulations are given to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. The results show that the operations with the proposed solution can be obtained analytically with balanced efficiency in both user experience performance and network performance.

The precision of traditional deformation resistance model is limited, which leads to the inaccuracy of the existing rolling force model. In this paper, the back propagation (BP) neural network model was established according to the industrial big data to accurately predict the deformation resistance. Then, a new rolling force model was established by using the BP neural network model. During the establishment of the neural network model, the data set of deformation resistance was established, which was calculated back from the actual rolling force data. Based on the data set after normalization, the BP neural network model of deformation resistance was established through the optimization of algorithm and network structure. It is shown that both the prediction accuracy of the neural network model on the training set and the test set are high, indicating that the generalization ability of the model is strong. The neural network model of the deformation resistance is compared with the theoretical one, and the maximum error is only 3.96%. Furthermore, by comparison with the traditional rolling force model, it is found that the prediction accuracy of the rolling force model imbedding with the present neural network model is improved obviously. The maximum error of the present rolling force model is just 3.86%. The research in this paper provides a new way to improve the prediction accuracy of rolling force model.

With the development of e-commerce and information technology, new modes of distribution are emerging. A new type of distribution tool, UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle), has entered into the public’s field of vision. In the background of growing e-commerce, this paper proposes a new delivery mode of joint delivery of trucks and UAVs which particularly has been popular in recent years, with the advantages of prompt delivery, low cost, and independence from terrain restrictions, while traditional transportation tools such as trucks have more advantages in terms of flight distance and load capacity. Therefore, the joint delivery mode of trucks and UAVs proposed in this paper can well realize the complementary advantages of trucks and UAVs in the distribution process and consequently optimize the distribution process. Moreover, the growing e-commerce promotes customers’ higher needs for delivery efficiency and the integrity of the delivered goods which urges companies to pay more attention to customers’ satisfaction. This paper analyzes the joint delivery mode of trucks and UAVs, aims to minimize total delivery cost and maximize customer satisfaction, and builds a multiobjective optimization model for joint delivery. Furthermore, an improved ant colony algorithm is proposed in order to solve the mode in this paper. In order to effectively avoid prematurity of the ant colony algorithm, the limited pheromone concentration and the classification idea of the artificial bee colony algorithm are introduced to improve the ant colony algorithm. Finally, some experiments are simulated by MATLAB software, and the comparison shows that the joint delivery of trucks and UAVs has more advantages, and the improved ant colony algorithm is more efficient than the traditional ant colony.

In this paper, an antidisturbance controller is presented for helicopter stochastic systems under disturbances. To enhance the antidisturbance abilities, the nonlinear disturbance observer method is applied to reject the time-varying disturbances. Then, the antidisturbance nonlinear controller is designed by combining the backstepping control scheme. And the stochastic theory is used to guarantee that the closed-loop system is asymptotically bounded in mean square while the proposed control method is shown via some traditional nonlinear control techniques, which still show some common issues such as “dimension explosion” or others. The result of this paper can be regarded as a typical case of the nonlinear control method to help and promote the generation of advanced methods.

Based on the existing grey prediction model, this paper proposes a new grey prediction model (the fractional discrete grey model, FDGM (1, 1, t α )), introduces the modeling mechanism and characteristics of the FDGM (1, 1, t α ), and uses three groups of data to verify its effectiveness compared with that of other grey models. This paper forecasts the building energy consumption in China over the next five years based on the idea of metabolism. The results show that the FDGM (1, 1, t α ) can be transformed into other grey models through parameter setting changes, so the new model has strong adaptability. The FDGM (1, 1, t α ) is more reliable and effective than the other six compared grey models. From 2018 to 2022, the total energy consumption levels of civil buildings, urban civil buildings, and civil buildings specifically in Beijing will exhibit steady upward trends, with an average annual growth rate of 2.61%, 1.92%, and 0.78%, respectively.

As the essential content of intelligent animal husbandry, identifying each livestock is the only way to achieve modern and refined scientific husbandry. This paper proposes a sheep face recognition method based on European spatial metrics and realizes noncontact sheep identity recognition by training the network using sheep face image samples in the natural environment. The SheepBase data set was first proposed in this process, which contains 6559 images of Inner Mongolia fine-wool sheep and Sunite sheep. To enhance the diversity of the data, the sheep face images were data-enhanced. Secondly, to solve the problems of more redundant information in the sheep face image and the poor posture and angle of the sheep face, we propose the sheep face detection and correction (SheepFaceRepair) method. This method aims to detect the sheep face area in the image to be recognized and align the sheep face area. On this basis, we offer an open sheep facial recognition network (SheepFaceNet) based on the European spatial metric. This method incorporates the biological identity information features of the sheep face to achieve sheep identity. We also tested the effectiveness of this method in the SheepBase data set. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is much higher than the other methods, and the precision of recognition reaches 89.12%. In addition, we found that integrating the biometrics of the sheep face can effectively improve the network’s recognition capacity.

Logistics distribution is the terminal link that connects the manufacturer and product user and determines the efficiency of the manufacturer’s service. Therefore, the disruption risk of the joint system is an essential factor affecting the product user experience. In this paper, while considering the product user’s supply disruption risk preference (PUSDRP), a biobjective integer nonlinear programming (INLP) model with subjective cost-utility is proposed to solve the manufacturer’s combined location routing inventory problem (CLRIP). According to the user’s time satisfaction requirement, a routing change selection framework (RCSF) is designed based on the bounded rational behavior of the user. Additionally, the Lagrange Relaxation and Modified Genetic Algorithm (LR-MGA) is proposed. The LR method relaxes the model, and the MGA finds a compromise solution. The experimental results show that the biobjective cost-utility model proposed in this paper is effective and efficient. The RCSF based on user behavior is superior to the traditional expected utility theory model. The compromise solution provides a better solution for the manufacturer order allocation delivery combinatorial optimization problem. The compromise solution not only reduces the manufacturer’s total operating cost but also improves the user's subjective utility. To improve the stability of cooperation between manufacturers and users, the behavior decision-making method urges manufacturers to consider product users’ supply disruption risk preferences (PUSDRPs) in attempting to optimize economic benefits for the long term. This paper uses behavior decision-making methods to expand the ideas of the CLRIP joint system.

In-depth mining and analysis of electricity data in low-voltage area are essential for the further intelligent development of power grids. However, in the actual data collection and measurement of low-voltage area, there will be missing data, and complete electricity data cannot be obtained. To obtain complete power data, this paper proposes a low-voltage station area missing data complement model based on joint matrix decomposition. First, we analyse the characteristics of the low-pressure station data. Then, a model that comprehensively considers the characteristics of the low-voltage station area data is proposed, which includes three parts: the construction of a low-voltage station area data tensor, the joint matrix decomposition, and the completion of the missing data, and it is named LPZ. After that, the CIM learning algorithm proposed in this paper is used to iteratively solve the model to obtain the completed data. Finally, the method proposed in this paper is used to complement the two situations of random loss and all-day loss of real current data in a low-voltage station area and compared with the traditional complement method. The experimental results show that this method is not only effective but also that the completion effect is better than that of other completion methods.

In this paper, the reliability analysis and residual life assessment model of gas pipelines with multiple corrosion pits are established. Aiming at the simulation evaluation of small failure probability of gas pipelines, a new method for reliability analysis and residual life assessment of gas pipelines with multiple internal corrosion pits is proposed, which is called the Hamiltonian Monte Carlo subset simulation (HMC-SS) method. Compared with the traditional MCS (Monte Carlo simulation) algorithm, the HMC-SS method has the advantages of less sampling, low cost, and high accuracy. And compared with the random walk SS method, the HMC-SS method can analyze the state space more efficiently and achieve faster convergence. In this paper, the HMC-SS method is applied to the reliability analysis and residual life assessment of gas pipeline engineering, and the sensitivity analysis of the random parameters affecting the failure probability of the pipeline is carried out. The results show that the corrosion rate, the depth of corrosion defects, and the wall thickness of the pipeline have great influence on the residual life of the pipeline, while the yield strength, working pressure, and the length of corrosion pits have no obvious influence on the failure probability and residual life of the pipeline. The analysis shows that the proposed HMC-SS method can be used as a reasonable tool for failure assessment of natural gas pipelines affected by corrosion to determine the remaining life of the pipeline system. This method provides a reliable theoretical basis for the integrity management of the gas pipeline.

In order to improve the machining quality and efficiency and optimize NC machining programming, based on the existing cutting force models for ball-end, a cutting force prediction model of free-form surface for ball-end was established. By analyzing the force of the system during the cutting process, we obtained the expression equation of the instantaneous undeformed chip thickness during the milling process and then determined the rule of the influence of the lead angle and the tilt angle on the instantaneous undeformed chip thickness. It was judged whether the cutter edge microelement is involved in cutting, and the algorithm flow chart is given. After that, the cutting force prediction model of free-form surface for ball-end and pseudocodes for cutting force prediction were given. MATLAB was used to simulate the prediction force model. Finally, through the comparative analysis experiment of the measured cutting force and the simulated cutting force, the experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical prediction results, which proves that the model established in this paper can accurately predict the change of the cutting force of the ball-end cutter in the process of milling free-form surface, and the error of the cutting force prediction model established in this paper is reduced by 15% compared with the traditional cutting force prediction model.

The ℱ -coindex (forgotten topological coindex) for a simple connected graph G is defined as the sum of the terms ζ G 2 y + ζ G 2 x over all nonadjacent vertex pairs x , y of G , where ζ G y and ζ G x are the degrees of the vertices y and x in G , respectively. The ℱ -index of a graph is defined as the sum of cubes of the vertex degrees of the graph. This was introduced in 1972 in the same paper where the first and second Zagreb indices were introduced to study the structure dependency of total π -electron energy. Therefore, considering the importance of the ℱ -index and ℱ -coindex, in this paper, we study these indices, and we present new bounds for the ℱ -index and ℱ -coindex.

Market integration is an important tool for China’s regionally coordinated economic development. At the same time, China is implementing an innovation-driven development strategy. Therefore, the way the market integration affects regional innovation is of great significance to analyze this problem. The panel data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region in China with the highest degree of economic integration from 2009 to 2018 are used to investigate the impact of market integration (MI) on regional innovation (RI). The main findings are as follows: the first-order lag term of RI is significantly positive, and RI has certain path dependence. In this regard, MI has a positive impact on RI and promotes RI. The estimated coefficient of MI is significantly positive and has a positive impact on RI and promotes RI. This provides a reference for promoting RI through MI. The contributions of the paper are threefold: (1) This paper examines the impact of MI on RI to provide policy implications for the coordinated development of innovation between regions. (2) The relative price method is adopted to measure the MI, which covers 16 kinds of commodities, covering a wider range than does the traditional method. (3) This paper uses the generalized method of moments (GMM) to test the effect of MI on RI for the first time.

As a special type of enterprises with high risks, Chinese commercial banks’ risk management plays an important role in banks’ business process. Measuring and improving the risk management efficiency of the Chinese commercial banking system has recently attracted increasing interest. Previous studies analyze the business performance of commercial banks from the perspective of the overall management level of banks, and few articles focus on the risk management ability of banks. This paper evaluates the technical efficiencies of Chinese commercial banks’ risk management by the DEA-BCC model with window analysis to come up with some recommendations for policy makers. The technical efficiency is then decomposed into pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency. According to the banking risk supervision indicators released by the China Banking Regulatory Commission, we choose the indicators of 26 commercial banks’ risk management during the period of 2011 to 2019. Principal component analysis (PCA) is applied to delete redundant input indicators. The paper gives a dynamic evaluation of technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency, and scale efficiency. The main empirical results are as follows: (1) the technical efficiency of Chinese commercial banks’ risk management is low, and the differences among three different types of banks are large. (2) The pure technology inefficiency of Chinese commercial banks’ risk management has become a key factor restricting the improvement of the risk management of the Chinese banking industry. (3) The Chinese commercial banks’ risk management faces a serious problem which is economies of scale. (4) The technical efficiencies of Chinese commercial banks’ risk management fluctuate greatly, and management capabilities need to be enhanced urgently.

The existing Z -test for correlated proportions under classical statistics is applied when observations in the data are exact and precise. In the current paper, Z -test for correlated proportions is proposed to deal with the data having indeterminate observations. The statistic of Z -test for correlated proportions under neutrosophy is introduced in the paper. The testing procedure of the proposed test is given. The application of the proposed test is given using the price of oil data. From the application, it is clear that the proposed test outperforms the existing Z -test for correlated proportions under classical statistics in terms of flexibility, adequacy, and information. The simulation study also shows the effect of indeterminacy on the statistic of the proposed test.

The governments need beforehand to perceive the innovative relationship risk because they are one of the innovation subjects in those industry collaborative innovation alliances. However, it is difficult for innovation subjects to quantify the risks for industry collaborative innovation alliances due to the complexity, nonlinear, and dynamic condition. This paper firstly constructs an ordered logistic model, uses the following as independent variables: the collaborative degree, the ratio of science technology expenditure to GDP, the ratio of education expenditure to GDP, the ratio of finances to GDP, and uses the levels of risk as the dependent variable. Then, this paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces in China (Hainan is not included) from 2010 to 2018 to fit the model. Based on the fitting results, the research has gained the relationship risk prewarning model in industry collaborative innovation alliances by using the collaborative degree as an independent variable. The governments at all levels can use this relationship risk prewarning model to percept risk levels and reckon the corresponding probability which exists in industry collaborative innovation alliances. Furthermore, there are regional influences existing in the prewarning relationship risk levels in industry collaborative alliances. The east and middle areas have significant regional influence, but it does not exist among west areas and others. The governments at all levels may consider the regional differences.

This paper mainly studies the influence of dynamic cognitive diagnosis on personalized learning. Considering the influence of knowledge correlation factors and human brain memory factors on learning activities, a knowledge tracing model integrating learning factors is proposed. Firstly, based on the exercise-knowledge association information, the model maps learners and exercises to the knowledge space with clear meaning. Then, the evolution process of learners’ knowledge learning is quantitatively modeled in the knowledge space by integrating the classical learning curve and forgetting curve theory of pedagogy. On the other hand, considering the influence of topic semantics in the learning process, a knowledge tracing model integrating topic semantics is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the model designs a dynamic enhanced memory network to store the common information of knowledge and describes the learners’ dynamic mastery of knowledge. Secondly, the depth representation method of exercise resources is proposed to mine the text personality information and integrate it into the process of learners’ knowledge change modeling. Through a large number of experiments on exercise records, it is verified that the proposed model has accurate prediction performance and knowledge tracing interpretability.

An efficient estimation of the rotor position has always been a premise of the reliable operation for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motors (IPMSM), especially for low-speed conditions because of the small back electromotive force (EMF) and low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The commonly used observation method, e.g., sliding mode observer (SMO), is suitable for these surface mounted motors and has no great adaptability to the saliency. In this paper, a novel rotor position (including the real-time position and initial position) estimation method was proposed based on the traditional high-frequency signal injection method. Firstly, high-frequency signals were injected to induce the high-frequency current components which contain the rotor position information. Then, the sliding discrete Fourier transform (SDFT) algorithm was used to extract the amplitudes of the induced current components which could be used to get the real-time and initial rotor positions by a proportional integral (PI) regulator and a polarity identification. Lastly, with the established experiments’ platform, the estimation tests of the rotor position at a low speed have been completed to make verification of the effectiveness of the approach studied in this paper.

With the increasing importance of mathematics in basic education, how to evaluate and analyze the intelligent effect of mathematics teaching classroom through scientific methods has become one of the indicators to evaluate the intelligent classroom. This paper studies the design and application of mathematics teaching intelligent classroom based on the PCA-NN (principal component analysis-neural network) algorithm. Firstly, this paper briefly describes the current research status of mathematics teaching intelligent classroom design and PCA-NN algorithm. Secondly, combined with the key factors of mathematics teaching, it formulates specific standards and puts forward an adaptive strategy of intelligent and personalized intelligent mathematics teaching classroom. Finally, the algorithm is verified by experiments. The results show that, for students with different mathematics basic levels, the mathematics teaching intelligent classroom based on the PCA-NN algorithm can effectively improve the quality of mathematics classroom teaching. Through the research on the factors such as teaching quality, effect, and interaction mode involved in the process of mathematics teaching classroom design, the intelligent classroom design factors affecting teaching quality are determined. This paper analyzes and studies the system from different angles. The research results provide some help for the current quality evaluation of classroom teaching and use the PCA-NN algorithm to make quantitative analysis and multivariate verification of mathematics classroom teaching effect.

The cable-stayed bridge is widely used due to its strong spanning capacity and navigability. However, flexible cables parametrically resonated by external excitation may result in instability or even damage to the bridge. To prevent such undesirable resonance, this paper discusses an in-plane modal interaction-induced parametric resonance of the stayed cable excited by the bridge deck vibration via nonlinear dynamic analysis. Based on the nonlinear distributed model, two modal governing equations of the cable are established via the Galerkin method. A certain working condition, when the external excitation frequency is close to the second-order natural frequency of the stay cable while nearly twice the first-order natural frequency, is theoretically and experimentally investigated. Specifically, the frequency response equations are obtained by the multiscale method, and the stability of solutions is examined through the Routh Hurwitz criterion. Theoretical and experimental results show that bridge deck vibration can induce not only the primary and superharmonic resonance of the cable but also the principal parametric resonance. Parametric resonance-induced bifurcations are also observed in the system. Particularly, the energy exchange from second-order primary resonance to first-order principal parametric resonance is found, which can induce the parametric resonance with the response amplitude one to three times higher than that of the primary resonance. This paper also validates the superiority of the present modal interaction model over the traditional single-mode model in practical engineering applications.

In this paper, uniformly most powerful unbiased test for testing the stress-strength model has been presented for the first time. The end of the paper is recommending a method which is appropriate for no large data where a normal asymptotic distribution is not applicable. The previous methods for inference on stress-strength models use almost all the asymptotic properties of maximum likelihood estimators. The distribution of components is considered exponential and generalized logistic. A corresponding unbiased confidence interval is constructed, too. We compare presented methodology with previous methods and show the method of this paper is logically better than other methods. Interesting result is that our recommended method not only uses from small sample size but also has better result than other ones.

China is gradually transitioning from the “tunnel construction era” to the “tunnel maintenance era,” and more and more operating tunnels need to be inspected for diseases. With the continuous development of computer vision, the automatic identification of tunnel lining cracks with computers has gradually been applied in engineering. On the basis of summarizing the weaknesses and strengths of previous studies, this paper first uses the improved multiscale Retinex algorithm to filter the collected tunnel crack images and introduces the eight-direction Sobel edge detection operator to extract the edges of the cracks. Perform mathematical morphological operations on the image after edge extraction, and use the principle of the smallest enclosing rectangle to remove the isolated points of the image. Finally, the performance of the algorithm is judged by the objective evaluation index of the image, the accuracy of crack recognition, and the running time of the algorithm. The image filtering algorithm proposed in this paper can better preserve the edges of the image while enhancing the image. The objective evaluation indexes of the image have been improved significantly, and the main body of the crack can be accurately identified. The overall crack recognition accuracy rate can reach 97.5%, which is higher than the existing tunnel lining crack recognition algorithm, and the average calculation time for each image is shorter. This algorithm has high research significance and engineering application value.

Extreme value theory (EVT) is useful for modeling the impact of crashes or situations of extreme stress on investor portfolios. EVT is mostly utilized in financial modeling, risk management, insurance, and hydrology. The price of gold fluctuates considerably over time, and this introduces a risk on its own. The goal of this study is to analyze the risk of gold investment by applying the EVT to historical daily data for extreme daily losses and gains in the price of gold. We used daily gold prices in the Pakistan Bullion Market from August 1, 2011 to July 30, 2021. This paper covers two methods such as Block Maxima (BM) and Peak Over Threshold (POT) modeling. The risk measures which are adopted in this paper are Value at Risk (VaR) and Expected Shortfall (ES). The point and interval estimates of VaR and ES are obtained by fitting the Generalized Pareto (GPA) distribution. Moreover, in this paper, return-level forecasting is also included for the next 5 and 10 years by analyzing the Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) distribution.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the notation of single-valued neutrosophic hyper BCK-subalgebras and a novel concept of neutro hyper BCK-algebras as a generalization and alternative of hyper BCK-algebras, that have a larger applicable field. In order to realize the article’s goals, we construct single-valued neutrosophic hyper BCK-subalgebras and neutro hyper BCK-algebras on a given nonempty set. The result of the research is the generalization of single-valued neutrosophic BCK-subalgebras and neutro BCK-algebras to single-valued neutrosophic hyper BCK-subalgebras and neutro hyper BCK-algebras, respectively. Also, some results are obtained between extended (extendable) single-valued neutrosophic BCK-subalgebras and single-valued neutrosophic hyper BCK-subalgebras via fundamental relation. The paper includes implications for the development of single-valued neutrosophic BCK-subalgebras and neutro BCK-algebras and for modelling the uncertainty problems by single-valued neutrosophic hyper BCK-subalgebras and neutro hyper BCK-algebras. The new conception of single-valued neutrosophic hyper BCK-subalgebras and neutro hyper BCK-algebras was given for the first time in this paper. We find a method that can apply these concepts in some complex networks.

With the increasing maturity of speech synthesis technology, on the one hand, it has been more and more widely used in people’s lives; on the other hand, it also brings more and more convenience to people. The requirements for speech synthesis systems are getting higher and higher. Therefore, advanced technology is used to improve and update the accent recognition system. This paper mainly introduces the word stress annotation technology combined with neural network speech synthesis technology. In Chinese speech synthesis, prosodic structure prediction has a great influence on naturalness. The purpose of this paper is to accurately predict the prosodic structure, which has become an important problem to be solved in speech synthesis. Experimental data show that the average error of samples in the network training process is lel/85, and the minimum value of the training error after 500 steps is 0.00013127, so the final sample average error is lel = 85 ∗ 0.0013127 = 0.112

Sea ice disasters are already one of the most serious marine disasters in the Bohai Sea region of our country, which have seriously affected the coastal economic development and residents’ lives. Sea ice classification is an important part of sea ice detection. Hyperspectral imagery and multispectral imagery contain rich spectral information and spatial information and provide important data support for sea ice classification. At present, most sea ice classification methods mainly focus on shallow learning based on spectral features, and the good performance of the deep learning method in remote sensing image classification provides a new idea for sea ice classification. However, the level of deep learning is limited due to the influence of input size in sea ice image classification, and the deep features in the image cannot be fully mined, which affects the further improvement of sea ice classification accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes an image classification method based on multilevel feature fusion using residual network. First, the PCA method is used to extract the first principal component of the original image, and the residual network is used to deepen the number of network layers. The FPN, PAN, and SPP modules increase the mining between layer and layer features and merge the features between different layers to further improve the accuracy of sea ice classification. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method in this paper, sea ice classification experiments were performed on the hyperspectral image of Bohai Bay in 2008 and the multispectral image of Bohai Bay in 2020. The experimental results show that compared with the algorithm with fewer layers of deep learning network, the method proposed in this paper utilizes the idea of residual network to deepen the number of network layers and carries out multilevel feature fusion through FPN, PAN, and SPP modules, which effectively solves the problem of insufficient deep feature extraction and obtains better classification performance.

In this paper, the terminal air defense equipment system of systems (TADESoS) is studied as an example. The TADESoS is an important part of the joint air defense equipment system of systems, which mainly carries out the combat task to the low altitude flight target. The contribution rate evaluation of the TADESoS can provide theoretical basis for guiding the tactical plan of the TADESoS. Aiming at the problems existing in the evaluation of contribution rate of TADESoS, such as the difficulty of describing the structure of system of systems, the strong subjectivity of the evaluation method, and the difficulty of application of the evaluation results, this paper proposes a method of evaluating the contribution rate of the TADESoS based on fault tree. The method describes the structure of the TADESoS by multiattribute nodes. The probability of the top event is calculated by using the probability of the bottom event. Finally, based on the importance of the bottom event, the contribution rate evaluation model of the TADESoS is established, which solves the existing problems in the current research. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by an example.

Wear degree detection of gears is an effective way to prevent faults. However, due to the interference of high-speed meshing vibration and environmental noise, the weak vibration signal generated by the gear is easily covered by the noise, which makes it difficult to detect the degree of wear. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel gear wear degree diagnosis method based on local weighted scatter smoothing method (LOWESS), wavelet packet transform (WPT), and least square support vector machine (APSO-LSSVM) optimized by adaptive particle swarm algorithm. According to the low signal-to-noise ratio characteristic of gear vibration signal, LOWESS is first used to preprocess the signal spectrum. Then, the characteristic parameters used to characterize gear wear are extracted from different decomposition depths by WPT and, finally, combined with APSO-SVM to diagnose the degree of gear wear. Compared with the basic least squares support vector machine, the improved method has better performance in sample classification. The experimental results show that the method in this paper can effectively reduce the diagnosis error caused by background noise, and the diagnosis accuracy reaches 98.33%, which can provide a solution for the health status monitoring of gears.

In the traditional split ratio optimization of double-sided rotor permanent magnet motors (DSRPMM), the typical thermal constraint condition is that the total copper consumption of the motor is fixed. This method can only constrain the overall temperature rise of the motor to a certain extent, but it is limited to restrain the local short-time heating of the winding. On the basis of the heat dissipation mode and external size of the motor, an optimal design method of the split ratio based on copper consumption density and current density is presented in this paper. The method restricts the whole heating of the motor and the local short-time heating of the winding by limiting the copper consumption density and current density. The thermal is used as the electromagnetic torque boundary. By analyzing the relationship between the electromagnetic torque and the split ratio, the expression of the optimal split ratio based on the maximum electromagnetic torque is derived. The analysis model is established by using the finite element tool, and the accuracy of the expression is proved. Based on the analysis results, a DSRPMM prototype is made and the experimental test is carried out. The experimental results of the prototype demonstrate the accuracy of the optimal design method of the split ratio based on copper consumption density and current density. The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the accuracy and reliability of the DSRPMM design.
