Stroke is a high morbidity and mortality disease that poses a serious threat to people's health. Early recognition of the various warning signs of stroke is necessary so that timely clinical intervention can help reduce the severity of stroke. Deep neural networks have powerful feature representation capabilities and can automatically learn discriminant features from large amounts of data. This paper uses a range of physiological characteristic parameters and collaborates with deep neural networks, such as the Wasserstein generative adversarial networks with gradient penalty and regression network, to construct a stroke prediction model. Firstly, to address the problem of imbalance between positive and negative samples in the stroke public data set, we performed positive sample data augmentation and utilized WGAN‐GP to generate stroke data with high fidelity and used it for the training of the prediction network model. Then, the relationship between observable physiological characteristic parameters and the predicted risk of suffering a stroke was modeled as a nonlinear mapping transformation, and a stroke prediction model based on a deep regression network was designed. Finally, the proposed method is compared with commonly used machine learning‐based classification algorithms such as decision tree, random forest, support vector machine, and artificial neural networks. The prediction results of the proposed method are optimal in the comprehensive measurement index F. Humans are familiar with "diabetes," a chronic metabolic disease that causes resistance to insulin in the human body, and about 425 million cases worldwide. Diabetes is a hazard to human health since it can gradually cause significant damage to the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves. As a result, it is critical to recognize diabetes early on to minimize its negative consequences. Over the years, artificial intelligence (AI) technology and data mining methods are playing a crucial role in detecting diabetic patients. Considering this opportunity, we present a fine-tuned random forest algorithm with the best parameters (RFWBP) that is used with the RF algorithm and feature engineering to detect diabetes patients at an early stage. We have employed several data processing techniques (e.g., normalization, conversion into numerical data) to raw data during the prepossessing phase. After that, we further applied some data mining techniques, adding related characteristics to the primary dataset. Finally, we train the proposed RFWBP and conventional methods like the AdaBoost algorithm, support vector machine, logistic regression, naive Bayes, multilayer perceptron, and a regular random forest with the dataset. Furthermore, we also utilized 5-fold cross-validation to enhance the performance of the RFWBP classifier. The proposed RFWBP achieved an accuracy of 95.83% and 90.68% with and without 5-fold cross-validation, respectively. Moreover, the proposed RFWBP is compared with conventional machine learning methods to evaluate the performance. The high dimensionality and massive amount of data in open environments make the existing low-dimensional outlier detection methods time-consuming. The support vector machine (SVM) is a commonly used outlier detection method. However, the SVM still faces the problem of difficulty in obtaining optimal parameters quickly and effectively, resulting in low detection efficiency, poor stability, and difficulty in applying to open environment datasets. In order to improve the efficiency and stability of outlier detection, this paper proposes an improved sparrow search algorithm and uses it to optimize SVM parameters. First, the traditional sparrow search algorithm is improved by using improved backtracking learning and variable logarithmic spirals. Then, the improved sparrow search method is used to optimize SVM parameters, and the optimized support vector machine is applied to the field of outlier detection. Simulation experimental results show that the proposed method is significantly better than the compared classification algorithms in multiple evaluation indicators, with better detection efficiency, stability, and generalization ability. Background. Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) have reported widely involved in cancer progression. However, its underlying mechanism in gastric cancer is still not clarified. Methods. The data used in this study were all downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas database. R software and the R packages were used for all the analyses. Results. In our study, we first quantified the CAFs infiltration using the ssGSEA algorithm. The clinical correlation result showed that CAFs were associated with a worse prognosis and clinical features. Pathway enrichment also indicated several oncogenic pathways in GC patients with high CAFs infiltration, including epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), myogenesis, allograft rejection, the inflammatory response, and IL2/STAT5 signaling. Furthermore, FNDC1 and RSPO3 were identified as the characteristic genes of CAFs through two machine learning algorithms, LASSO logistic regression and SVM-RFE. The following analysis showed that FNDC1 and RSPO3 were associated with more progressive clinical features and had a good prediction efficiency of the CAFs infiltration status in GC patients. Pathway enrichment and genomic instability were performed to explore the underlying mechanisms of FNDC1 and RSPO3. Immune infiltration analysis showed that CAFs were positively correlated with M2 macrophages. Moreover, we found that the GC patients with low CAFs infiltration were more sensitive to immunotherapy. Also, the CAFs, FNDC1, and RSPO3 could generate a certain effect on the sensitivity of doxorubicin, mitomycin, and paclitaxel. Conclusions. In summary, our study comprehensively investigated the role of CAFs in GC, which might be associated with immunotherapy sensitivity. In the face of the batch, dynamic access data, or the flow of data that continuous changes over time, the traditional support vector machine algorithm cannot dynamically adjust the previous classification model. To overcome this shortcoming, the incremental support vector machine (ISVM) algorithm is proposed. However, many incremental support vector algorithms still have shortcomings such as low efficiency, memory limitation, and poor generalization. This paper puts forward the new ISVM algorithm, HDFC-ISVM ∗ algorithm, based on the high-dimensional distance and forgetting characteristics. This paper firstly proposes the original HDFC-ISVM algorithm that first learns the distribution characteristics of the samples according to the distance between the samples and the normative hyperplane. Then, it introduces the forgetting factor. In the incremental learning process, the classifier gradually accumulates the spatial distribution knowledge of samples, eliminates the samples that have no contributions to the classifier, and selectively forgets some useless samples according to the forgetting factor, which overcomes the shortcomings such as low efficiency and poor accuracy of some algorithms. But, the original HDFC-ISVM algorithm is sensitive to parameters, and different settings of the parameters have a great impact on the final classification accuracy of the algorithm. Therefore, on the basis of the original algorithm, an improved algorithm HDFC-ISVM ∗ based on the adjustments to the initialization strategy and updating rules of the forgetting factor is proposed. The initialization strategy and updating rules of the forgetting factor are adjusted to adapt datasets with different distributions in this improved algorithm. The rationality of the improved strategy about the forgetting factor is discussed theoretically. At the same time, the proposed algorithm has better classification accuracy, classification efficiency, and better generalization ability than other algorithms, which is verified by experiments. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a summary of the diagnosis and treatment experience formed by the working people in the long-term struggle against diseases, so it is very important to protect the intangible cultural heritage of TCM. How to extract valuable knowledge accurately and conveniently from the massive medical records of TCM is one of the important issues in the current research on the development of TCM. Due to the large amount of data of TCM medical records, many feature attributes, and diverse patterns, the existing classification technology has high computational complexity, low mining efficiency, and poor universality. Therefore, this paper proposed to quantify the medical records of TCM and obtained the main symptoms according to the improved hierarchical clustering feature selection algorithm. This paper also proposed a support vector machine (SVM) classification method using improved particle swarm algorithm to classify TCM information, which not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of TCM information classification but also discovers the potential dialectical and symptom patterns in diagnosis and treatment, so that the intangible cultural heritage protection of TCM can be developed sustainably. This paper showed that the information acquisition accuracy of the improved algorithm was very high. Before the improved algorithm was used, the accuracy of information mining for TCM was 67.90% at the highest and 65.53% at the lowest, but after using the improved algorithm, the accuracy rate of information mining for TCM was 88.02% at the highest and 82.45% at the lowest. Accurate wind power forecasting can help reduce disturbance to the grid in wind power integration. In this paper, a short-term power forecasting model is established by using complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) and nonlinear fitting characteristics of support vector machines (SVM) to accurately predict wind power. First, the wind power data are preprocessed and decomposed to 6 stable power components using CEEMDAN, thus reducing the impact of excessive forecasting errors of oscillatory points at peaks and valleys. Then, particle swarm optimization (PSO) based on improved empirical mode decomposition is designed to optimize the kernel function and penalty factor of the SVM. It establishes a new short-term power forecasting CEEMDAN-combined model. Finally, each stable component data is processed using the power forecasting model, and then, the results are combined to get the final power forecasting value. Analysis of test results and comparative studies show that the RMSE and MAPE of the new model are only one-third of that of the traditional SVM algorithm. Objectives. The aim of the study was to predict the effect of acupuncture for treating functional dyspepsia (FD) using the support vector machine (SVM) techniques based on initial deqi sensations of patients. Methods. This retrospective study involved 90 FD patients who had received four weeks of acupuncture treatment. The support vector classification model was used to distinguish higher responders (patients with Symptom Index of Dyspepsia improvement score ≥ 2) from lower responders (patients with Symptom Index of Dyspepsia improvement score < 2). A support vector regression model was used to predict the change in the Symptom Index of Dyspepsia at the end of acupuncture treatment. Deqi sensations of patients in the first acupuncture treatment of a 20-session acupuncture intervention were defined as features and used to train models. Models were validated by 10-fold cross-validation and evaluated by accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, the area under the receive-operating curve, the coefficient of determination (R2), and the mean squared error. Results. The two models could predict the efficacy of acupuncture successfully. These models had an accuracy of 0.84 in predicting acupuncture response, and an R2 of 0.16 in the prediction of symptom improvements, respectively. The presence or absence of deqi sensation, the duration of deqi sensation, distention, and pain were finally selected as significant predicting features. Conclusion. Based on the SVM algorithms and deqi sensation, the current study successfully predicted the acupuncture response as well as clinical symptom improvement in FD patients at the end of treatment. Our prediction models are expected to promote the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for FD, reduce medical expenditures, and optimize the allocation of medical resources. Physical exercise for college students is an important means to build a healthy standard of college students and an important way to a healthy campus. In addition to creating good physical fitness, physical exercise has significant effects on improving psychological stress and alleviating psychological problems and mental illnesses among college students. It is important to predict and analyze the physical exercise behavior of college students and explore the positive value of physical exercise for college education. In order to overcome the problem of low accuracy of traditional algorithms in prediction, this paper uses the improved gray wolf algorithm (IGWO) and support vector machine (SVM) for predictive analysis of college students' physical exercise behavior. A nonlinear decreasing convergence factor strategy and an inertia weight strategy are introduced to improve the gray wolf optimization algorithm, which is used to determine the SVM parameters for the purpose of improving the model accuracy. Then, the college students' physical exercise data are input into the model for validation. By constructing a campus behavior data set of college students and conducting experiments, the algorithm achieves 90.45% behavior prediction accuracy, which is better than that of typical prediction models. Finally, individual growth monitoring of college students is targeted to warn students with abnormal behaviors. Accurate identification of lithology is the basis and key process of fine logging interpretation and evaluation. However, reservoirs formed by different sedimentary environments and tectonic movements generally have the characteristics of complex and diverse lithology and strong heterogeneity, which brings great difficulty to the identification of reservoir lithology. This paper proposes an automatic identification technology for lithology logging based on the GWO-SVM algorithm model. The technology is actually applied, and the results are compared with the results of the support vector machine cross-validation optimization model, PNN (probabilistic neural network) model, and ELM (extreme learning machine) model. The results show that the GWO-SVM lithology logging recognition model can efficiently solve the lithology recognition and classification problems in complex reservoir analysis and has strong adaptability and higher recognition accuracy. Steady-state somatosensory-evoked potential- (SSSEP-) based brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) have been applied for assisting people with physical disabilities since it does not require gaze fixation or long-time training. Despite the advancement of various noninvasive electroencephalogram- (EEG-) based BCI paradigms, researches on SSSEP with the various frequency range and related classification algorithms are relatively unsettled. In this study, we investigated the feasibility of classifying the SSSEP within high-frequency vibration stimuli induced by a versatile coin-type eccentric rotating mass (ERM) motor. Seven healthy subjects performed selective attention (SA) tasks with vibration stimuli attached to the left and right index fingers. Three EEG feature extraction methods, followed by a support vector machine (SVM) classifier, have been tested: common spatial pattern (CSP), filter-bank CSP (FBCSP), and mutual information-based best individual feature (MIBIF) selection after the FBCSP. Consequently, the FBCSP showed the highest performance at 71.5 ± 2.5 % for classifying the left and right-hand SA tasks than the other two methods (i.e., CSP and FBCSP-MIBIF). Based on our findings and approach, the high-frequency vibration stimuli using low-cost coin motors with the FBCSP-based feature selection can be potentially applied to developing practical SSSEP-based BCI systems. Breast cancer is the most prevalent form of cancer that can strike at any age; the higher the age, the greater the risk. The presence of malignant tissue has become more frequent in women. Although medical therapy has improved breast cancer diagnostic and treatment methods, still the death rate remains high due to failure of diagnosing breast cancer in its early stages. A classification approach for mammography images based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) is proposed in order to investigate it. The proposed method uses multiresolution NSCT decomposition to the region of interest (ROI) of mammography images and then uses Z-moments for extracting features from the NSCT-decomposed images. The matrix is formed by the components that are extracted from the region of interest and are then subjected to singular value decomposition (SVD) in order to remove the essential features that can generalize globally. The method employs a support vector machine (SVM) classification algorithm to categorize mammography pictures into normal, benign, and malignant and to identify and classify the breast lesions. The accuracy of the proposed model is 96.76 percent, and the training time is greatly decreased, as evident from the experiments performed. The paper also focuses on conducting the feature extraction experiments using morphological spectroscopy. The support vector machine (SVM) combined with the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm is applied to the 3D image recognition algorithm to cope with the issues of 3D image recognition in the image processing process. In this paper, the KNN algorithm is used to extend the eigenvalues of the residual network from frequency to complex plane according to the eigenvalues of 3D images, and the relevant data are extracted from the images by using the corresponding separation rules of the SVM. Subsequently, a sparse observation model is established based on the SVM combined with the KNN, and the 3D image processing issue is converted to a residual network visualization issue of 3D image recognition by establishing a parameterized database. Meanwhile, detection of high-resolution distance of 3D images is conducted, and the variational inference method is used to visualize and analyze the 3D images accordingly. Finally, through the experimental study, it can be known that the method of SVM combined with the KNN algorithm can reach an accuracy of up to 94.18% in the dataset of the Princeton 3D polygonal models. After comparison with the existing SVM-KNN method and deep learning, it can be concluded that the method put forward in this paper has a higher recognition rate and stronger anti-interference capacity, and the algorithm has a superior convergence speed with less adjustment parameters. Cancer is a deadly disease that occurs due to rapid and uncontrolled cell growth. In this article, a machine learning (ML) algorithm is proposed to diagnose different cancer diseases from big data. The algorithm comprises a two-stage hybrid feature selection. In the first stage, an overall ranker is initiated to combine the results of three filter-based feature evaluation methods, namely, chi-squared, F-statistic, and mutual information (MI). The features are then ordered according to this combination. In the second stage, the modified wrapper-based sequential forward selection is utilized to discover the optimal feature subset, using ML models such as support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), and K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifiers. To examine the proposed algorithm, many tests have been carried out on four cancerous microarray datasets, employing in the process 10-fold cross-validation and hyperparameter tuning. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated by calculating the diagnostic accuracy. The results indicate that for the leukemia dataset, both SVM and KNN models register the highest accuracy at 100% using only 5 features. For the ovarian cancer dataset, the SVM model achieves the highest accuracy at 100% using only 6 features. For the small round blue cell tumor (SRBCT) dataset, the SVM model also achieves the highest accuracy at 100% using only 8 features. For the lung cancer dataset, the SVM model also achieves the highest accuracy at 99.57% using 19 features. Sometimes, it is unclear why a person in their life got a condition that is well-known in the world, such as Parkinson's disease. Other times, it is evident why the individual obtained the ailment (PD). In modern times, a variety of cutting-edge algorithms that are based on treatment protocols have been developed for the purpose of diagnosing Parkinson's disease. The approach that is presented in this article is the most current one; it was created using deep learning, and it can predict how severely Parkinson's disease would affect a patient. In order to diagnose this condition, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive medical history, a history of any past treatments, physical exams, and certain blood tests and brain films. Because they are less time-consuming and costly, diagnoses are becoming an increasingly important part of medical practice. The diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by the physician is supported by the findings of the present research, which analyzed the voices of 253 participants. Preprocessing is done in order to get the most accurate results possible from the data. In order to carry out the technique of balancing, a methodical sampling approach was used to choose the data that would afterwards be evaluated. Using a feature selection approach that was determined by the magnitude of the label's influence, many data groups were created and organized. DT, SVM, and kNN are three methods that are used in classification algorithms and performance assessment criteria. The model was developed as a result of selecting the classification method and data group that had the greatest performance value. This decision led to the creation of the model. During the process of building the model, the SVM technique was used, and data comprising 45% of the original data set were utilized. The information was arranged in descending order of significance, beginning with the most pertinent. With the wide application of computer technology, communication technology, network technology, and multimedia technology in modern education, teaching methods tend to be diversified and scientific. Based on the DM (data mining) algorithm, this paper implements a sports achievement management system. Through this system, the efficiency of inputting and counting students' achievements can be improved, and teachers can be freed from the complicated achievement management. Aiming at the problem that SVM (Support Vector Machine) is slow in training large sample sets in DM classification, a DM classification algorithm based on improved SVM, PSO_SVM, is proposed, which applies the density of adjacent samples to the design of membership function to reduce the influence of noise points on classification. The results show that the training time of this algorithm is increased by 54.26 s and 55.69 s compared with SVM and K -means, respectively, and the accuracy is increased by 35.62%. The results obtained by the DM algorithm will be helpful for teachers to diagnose teaching problems and construct PET (physical education teaching) model for college students with characteristics. Objective. Internet of Things (IoT) integrates several technologies where devices learn from the experience of each other thereby reducing human-intervened likely errors. Modern technologies like IoT and machine learning enable the conventional to patient-specific approach transition in healthcare. In conventional approach, the biggest challenge faced by healthcare professionals is to predict a disease by observing the symptoms, monitoring the remote area patient, and also attending to the patient all the time after being hospitalised. IoT provides real-time data, makes decision-making smarter, and provides far superior analytics, and all these to help improve the quality of healthcare. The main objective of the work was to create an IoT-based automated system using machine learning models for symptom-based COVID-19 prognosis. Methods. Comparative analysis of predictive microbiology of COVID-19 from case symptoms using various machine learning classifiers like logistics regression, k-nearest neighbor, support vector machine, random forest, decision trees, Naïve Bayes, and gradient booster is reported here. For the sake of the validation and verification of the models, performance of each model based on the retrieved cloud-stored data was measured for accuracy. Results. From the accuracy plot, it was concluded that k-NN was more accurate (97.97%) followed by decision tree (97.79), support vector machine (97.42), logistics regression (96.50), random forest (90.66), gradient boosting classifier (87.77), and Naïve Bayes (73.50) in COVID-19 prognosis. As the competition between enterprises intensifies, employees have witnessed a decline of psychological health year by year and severe anxiety and depression. To ensure the normal work of employees, it is important to implement psychological occupational therapy intervention (POTI). The previous studies on corporate occupational values focus on the behavioral variables and attitude variables related to occupations. The research paradigm does not suit a specific group of employees. Therefore, this paper explores the individual differences in POTI guided by the realization of occupational values. For a specific group of employees, the correlations of the psychological problems with job attitude, job involvement, and psychological health level were reasoned logically, a theoretical model was established, and the full-model map was plotted to illustrate the influence of the realization of occupational values over POTI. Then, the evaluation data on the psychological intervention effect of 2,800 employees were explored based on multikernel learning, and an individual difference prediction model was constructed through multikernel learning. The Internet of Things connects billions of intelligent devices that can interact with one another without human intervention, and during communication, a large amount of data is exchanged between the devices. As a result, it is critical to secure digital data using an encryption technique that provides a suitable degree of security. Numerous existing encryption techniques do not offer sufficient security. Therefore, it is critical to figure out which encryption technique is most appropriate for a particular kind of data. When it comes to manually deciding which encryption technique to use, the process might take a long time. In this research, we present a novel technique for selecting Encryption Algorithms (EAs) based on a particular application using pattern recognition and machine learning techniques. To accomplish this goal, we also prepare a dataset. Several machine learning techniques, such as Support Vector Machines (SVMs), Linear Regression (LR), K -Nearest Neighbour (KNN), Naïve Bayes (NB), Decision Trees (DT), and Random Forests (RF), are evaluated. Based on the evaluation, the SVM has been chosen as the best option for the intended technique because its classification accuracy is 98.7%. The experimental results, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, are used to gauge the performance of the suggested technique. The sine cosine algorithm (SCA) was proposed for solving optimization tasks, of which the way to obtain the optimal solution is mainly through the continuous iteration of the sine and cosine update formulas. However, SCA also faces low population diversity and stagnation of locally optimal solutions. Hence, we try to eliminate these problems by proposing an enhanced version of SCA, named ESCA_PSO. ESCA_PSO is proposed based on hybrid SCA and particle swarm optimization (PSO) by incorporating multiple mutation strategies into the original SCA_PSO. To validate the effect of ESCA_PSO in handling global optimization problems, ESCA_PSO was compared with quality algorithms on various types of benchmark functions. In addition, the proposed ESCA_PSO was employed to tune the best parameters of support vector machines for dealing with medical diagnosis tasks. Nowadays, various algorithms are widely used in the field of economy and trade, and economic and trade management laws also need to introduce scientific and effective data models for optimization. In this paper, support vector machine algorithm and logistic regression algorithm are used to analyze and process the actual economic and trade case data and bank loan user data, and a hybrid model of support vector machine and logistic regression is established. This study first introduces the basic definitions and contents of the support vector machine algorithm and logistic regression algorithm, and then constructs a hybrid model by randomly dividing the data, first using the support vector machine algorithm to calculate the results, and then inputting them into the logistic regression algorithm. The first mock exam is that the efficiency of the hybrid model is much higher than that of the single model. This study mainly optimizes and upgrades the legal system of economic and trade management from two aspects. The loss function of the traditional support vector machine (SVM) method consists of hinge function and regularization, which is difficult to achieve the quality control of observation data. It requires a new loss function to measure the quality of the observed data. At this stage, researchers will use data cleaning or data preprocessing to process observational data. The data preprocessing method will normalize the data features, which will make the data process the same interval and a distribution. However, this method is also difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the data. This study uses the SVM method to study the integrity, unity, and accuracy of the observation data. This study also proposes a new loss function, which can obtain the uncertainty distribution of the observed data. The loss function of traditional SVM methods is that the uncertainty distribution of the data cannot be obtained. The results show that the SVM algorithm with the new loss function has better accuracy in processing the observed data. For the maximum prediction error of the observed data, the error with the new loss function is only 2.58%, which is reduced by 0.21% compared to the SVM method with the old loss function. In order to optimize traditional fault diagnosis models for practical applications, a fault diagnosis model based on support vector machines optimized with the adaptive quantum differential evolution of (AQDE-SVM) is proposed in this study. First, the traditional differential evolution is rewritten based on real number encoded into a qubit encoding. Second, this study proposes an adaptive quantum rotation gate and uses this gate to update the probability amplitude of the qubits. Finally, compared with quantum genetic algorithm support vector machines (QGA-SVM) and differential evolution-support vector machines (DE-SVM), etc., the results show that the algorithm proposed in this study has a higher diagnosis accuracy and shorter running time, providing great practical engineering value in the application of rolling bearing fault diagnosis. Heart disease is a very common high-incidence disease. Due to the wide variety of pathology of heart disease, how to improve the medical diagnosis of heart disease and carry out earlier intervention and treatment is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. The paper adds the decision tree algorithm and its comparison and proposes an optimized classification algorithm Co-SVM. Based on the establishment of a heart disease diagnosis classifier based on data mining algorithms, it is aimed at exploring which of these four algorithms is more suitable for heart disease diagnosis problems and optimizing them. A brief description of the cause, influencing factors, and acquired data of heart disease can be seen from the accuracy and scientificity of the data, which further enhances the authenticity and reliability of the clinical diagnosis model of heart disease. At the same time, the ultrasound diagnosis technology of heart disease is introduced, and the important role of ultrasound diagnosis technology in the medical diagnosis of heart disease is discussed. This thesis uses the heart disease clinical data set to establish a heart disease diagnosis classifier based on the decision tree algorithm, neural network algorithm, support vector machine algorithm, and Co-SVM algorithm. Computer vision-based motion target detection and tracking, which is widely used in video surveillance, human-computer interaction, range interpretation, and other fields, is one of the current research hotspots in the field of computer vision. In engineering scenarios, the two are inseparable and need to work together to accomplish specific tasks. The related research is progressing rapidly, but there is still room for improving its timeliness, accuracy, and automation. In this paper, we summarize and classify some classical target detection methods, analyze the basic principles of convolutional neural networks, and analyze the classical detection algorithms based on region suggestion and deep regression networks. After that, we improve the SSD algorithm for the shortage of low-level feature convolution layers, which has insufficient feature extraction and leads to poor detection of small targets. For the motion target tracking problem, this paper studies the motion target tracking method based on support vector machine and proposes the tracking method of support vector regression and the corresponding online support vector regression solution method based on the analysis of support vector tracking method and structural support vector tracking method. In this paper, we propose a tracking method that fuses structural support vector machines and correlation filtering. The structure is based on the idea of Inception, which adds and replaces some feature convolution layers of the original network while maintaining the original lightweight backbone. The final experiments on the VOC data set demonstrate that the improved algorithm improves the average detection accuracy by 2.6% compared to the original algorithm and basically maintains the real-time speed as well. Experimental simulations on a subset of VOC data (human set) show a significant improvement in AP values and more effective and reliable detection tracking of moving targets. Based on the principle of particle swarm algorithm and support vector machine, this article aims to improve the classification performance of college English teaching effect and explores the best support vector machine parameter optimization algorithm to promote college English teaching for the theory and application research of data analysis. Protein is the material foundation of living things, and it directly takes part in and runs the process of living things itself. Predicting protein complexes helps us understand the structure and function of complexes, and it is an important foundation for studying how cells work. Genome-wide protein interaction (PPI) data is growing as high-throughput experiments become more common. The aim of this research is that it provides a dual-tree complex wavelet transform which is used to find out about the structure of proteins. It also identifies the secondary structure of protein network. Many computer-based methods for predicting protein complexes have also been developed in the field. Identifying the secondary structure of a protein is very important when you are studying protein characteristics and properties. This is how the protein sequence is added to the distance matrix. The scope of this research is that it can confidently predict certain protein complexes rapidly, which compensates for shortcomings in biological research. The three-dimensional coordinates of C atom are used to do this. According to the texture information in the distance matrix, the matrix is broken down into four levels by the double-tree complex wavelet transform because it has four levels. The subband energy and standard deviation in different directions are taken, and then, the two-dimensional feature vector is used to show the secondary structure features of the protein in a way that is easy to understand. Then, the KNN and SVM classifiers are used to classify the features that were found. Experiments show that a new feature called a dual-tree complex wavelet can improve the texture granularity and directionality of the traditional feature extraction method, which is called secondary structure. Brain cancer is one of the cell synthesis diseases. Brain cancer cells are analyzed for patient diagnosis. Due to this composite cell, the conceptual classifications differ from each and every brain cancer investigation. In the gene test, patient prognosis is identified based on individual biocell appearance. Classification of advanced artificial neural network subtypes attains improved performance compared to previous enhanced artificial neural network (EANN) biocell subtype investigation. In this research, the proposed features are selected based on improved gene expression programming (IGEP) with modified brute force algorithm. Then, the maximum and minimum term survivals are classified by using PCA with enhanced artificial neural network (EANN). In this, the improved gene expression programming (IGEP) effectual features are selected by using remainder performance to improve the prognosis efficiency. This system is estimated by using the Cancer Genome Atlas (CGA) dataset. Simulation outputs present improved gene expression programming (IGEP) with modified brute force algorithm which achieves accurate efficiency of 96.37%, specificity of 96.37%, sensitivity of 98.37%, precision of 78.78%, F -measure of 80.22%, and recall of 64.29% when compared to generalized regression neural network (GRNN), improved extreme learning machine (IELM) with minimum redundancy maximum relevance (MRMR) method, and support vector machine (SVM). With the comprehensive follow-up of the information age and the rise of digital technology, the collection of calligraphy art can be preserved in the form of image data. As a testimony to the Chinese 5,000-year history, calligraphy has formed its own genre in the long river of time and its style prevailed in different periods. Nowadays, the recognition technology of characters has become advanced, but there is no better method for the recognition and classification of the artistic style of calligraphy. In addition, there are more and more counterfeiting methods, and computers alone cannot completely replace human identification; therefore, the two need to be integrated and cooperated in the identification work. This article proposes an improved fuzzy support vector machine algorithm based on the aggregation algorithm, which uses the skeleton extraction of calligraphic fonts as the main method. It uses the extracted font style and font morphological characteristics to identify the style of the work and whether it is genuine. In the article, the improvement strategy of the traditional fuzzy support vector machine is proposed, and its detection accuracy is compared with that of the traditional fuzzy support vector machine. The experimental results of this article show that the discrimination rate of authenticity cannot reach 100% and there is a certain degree of error. Through repeated experiments for many times, the value has a certain change, and when the step size is 0.1, calculating the average value can get the value of the false rejection rate and the false recognition rate. In the process of wireless communication, the transmission of signals will be subject to various kinds of interference, which will affect the quality of communication. Interference detection is an important part of improving the reliability of communication. When the interfering signal has the same frequency as the original communication signal, with traditional methods, it is difficult to extract feature parameters. Aiming at this special cofrequency interference signal, this paper proposes a time series signal prediction model based on deep learning and uses the difference between the predicted signal and the received signal as the eigenvalue to detect interference. In order to improve the detection rate, the eigenvalues predicted by LSTM and Bi-LSTM networks are subjected to windowing experiments. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to detect the interference of eigenvalues, and the comparison results are visualized by the confusion matrix. The experimental simulation results show that the Bi-LSTM model has better feature extraction ability for time series signals, and the prediction ability of the signal and the accuracy of interference detection are higher than those of the LSTM model. Interference detection is an important part of the electronic defense system. It is difficult to detect interference with the traditional method of extracting characteristic parameters for interference generated at the same frequency as the original signal. Aiming at this special time-frequency overlapping interference signal, this paper proposes an interference detection algorithm based on the long short-term memory-support vector machines (LSTM-SVM) model. LSTM is used for the time series prediction of the received signal. The difference between the predicted signal and the received signal is used as the feature sample, and the SVM algorithm is used to classify the feature samples to obtain the recognition rate of whether the sample has interference. The LSTM-SVM model is compared with the gate recurrent unit-support vector machines (GRU-SVM) model, and the comparison results are visualized using a confusion matrix. The simulation results show that this LSTM-SVM model algorithm cannot only detect the existence of the interference signal but also can determine the specific position of the interference signal in the received waveform, and the detection performance is better than the GRU-SVM model. With the development of the Internet, the data we are dealing with is becoming more and more complex, which brings about various difficulties and problems when we process and use data. Feature selection methods are able to filter and remove redundant features, which is necessary to reduce the dimension of complex data. In this paper, the island algorithm is used to find the optimal feature subset in the set of feature subsets, but as the number of iterations increasing, the island algorithm tends to local optimization. To address this problem, a Gaussian mutation strategy is introduced to improve the island algorithm and proposed an island algorithm based on Gaussian mutation (IAGM). The main idea of the IAGM algorithm is to set a warning sign which aims to record the global optimum value generated by each iteration and judge whether the changes are less than a threshold value in the optimum value for three consecutive iterations. If it is less than the global optimum, the Gaussian mutation is applied to the current globally optimal plant location and then evaluates the new location and exchanges them when it is better than the global optimum. Otherwise, discard this plant and add a Gaussian mutation to the formula of the next new plant towards the global optimum, which is used to diversify the populations. Meanwhile, combining the IAGM algorithm with a support vector machine classifier, a feature selection method of the island algorithm based on Gaussian mutation (IAGMFS) is proposed. The optimization problem of logistics vehicle scheduling path with different constraints is studied in this paper using the SVM algorithm, and the improved algorithm is simulated to verify its effectiveness. Background. Type 2 diabetes is a major health concern worldwide. The present study is aimed at discovering effective biomarkers for an efficient diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Methods. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between type 2 diabetes patients and normal controls were identified by analyses of integrated microarray data obtained from the Gene Expression Omnibus database using the Limma package. Functional analysis of genes was performed using the R software package clusterProfiler. Analyses of protein-protein interaction (PPI) performed using Cytoscape with the CytoHubba plugin were used to determine the most sensitive diagnostic gene biomarkers for type 2 diabetes in our study. The support vector machine (SVM) classification model was used to validate the gene biomarkers used for the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Results. GSE164416 dataset analysis revealed 499 genes that were differentially expressed between type 2 diabetes patients and normal controls, and these DEGs were found to be enriched in the regulation of the immune effector pathway, type 1 diabetes mellitus, and fatty acid degradation. PPI analysis data showed that five MCODE clusters could be considered as clinically significant modules and that 10 genes (IL1B, ITGB2, ITGAX, COL1A1, CSF1, CXCL12, SPP1, FN1, C3, and MMP2) were identified as "real" hub genes in the PPI network using algorithms such as Degree, MNC, and Closeness. The sensitivity and specificity of the SVM model for identifying patients with type 2 diabetes were 100%, with an area under the curve of 1 in the training as well as the validation dataset. Aiming at the feature extraction of left- and right-hand movement imagination EEG signals, this paper proposes a multichannel correlation analysis method and employs the Directed Transfer Function (DTF) to identify the connectivity between different channels of EEG signals, construct a brain network, and extract the characteristics of the network information flow. Since the network information flow identified by DTF can also reflect indirect connectivity of the EEG signal networks, the newly extracted DTF features are incorporated into the traditional AR model parameter features and extend the scope of feature sets. Classifications are carried out through the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The classification results show the enlarged feature set can significantly improve the classification accuracy of the left- and right-hand motor imagery EEG signals compared to the traditional AR feature set. Finally, the EEG signals of 2 channels, 10 channels, and 32 channels were selected for comparing their different effects of classifications. The classification results showed that the multichannel analysis method was more effective. Compared with the parameter features of the traditional AR model, the network information flow features extracted by the DTF method also achieve a higher classification effect, which verifies the effectiveness of the multichannel correlation analysis method. Improved SVM algorithm improves the efficiency of College English teaching effect evaluation and meets the requirements of College English teaching evaluation. Glaucoma is a disease where the optic nerve of the eyes is smashed up due to the building up of pressure inside the vision point. This has no symptoms at the initial stages, and hence, patients with this disease cannot identify them at the beginning stage. It is explained as if the pressure in the eye increases, then it will hurt the optic nerve which sends images to the brain. This will lead to permanent vision loss or total blindness. The existing method used for the detection of glaucoma includes k-nearest neighbour and support vector machine algorithms. The damaged areas of brain tissues can be extracted by using segmentation methods, most of which are based on the integration of machine learning and data mining techniques. An important segmentation method is to utilize clustering techniques, especially the fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering technique, which is sufficiently accurate and not overly sensitive to imaging noise. Therefore, the FCM technique is appropriate for multiple sclerosis diagnosis, although the optimal selection of cluster centers can affect segmentation. They are difficult to select because this is an NP-hard problem. In this study, the Harris Hawks optimization (HHO) algorithm was used for the optimal selection of cluster centers in segmentation and FCM algorithms. The HHO is more accurate than other conventional algorithms such as the genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization. In the proposed method, every membership matrix is assumed as a hawk or an HHO member. The next step is to generate a population of hawks or membership matrices, the most optimal of which is selected to find the optimal cluster centers to decrease the multiple sclerosis clustering error. According to the tests conducted on a number of brain MRIs, the proposed method outperformed the FCM clustering and other techniques such as the k -NN algorithm, support vector machine, and hybrid data mining methods in accuracy. In this paper, the IoT-based adaptive mutation PSO-BPNN algorithm is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the entrepreneurship evaluation model for college students and practical applications. This paper details the principle, implementation, and characteristics of each BP algorithm and PSO algorithm. When classifying college students' entrepreneurship evaluation based on BP neural network, because BP algorithm is a local optimization-seeking algorithm, it is easy to fall into local minima in the training phase of the network and the convergence speed is slow, which leads to the reduction of classifier recognition rate. To address the above problems, this paper proposes the algorithm of PSO optimized BP neural network (PSO-BPNN) and establishes a classification and recognition model based on this algorithm for college students' entrepreneurship evaluation. The predicted values obtained from the particle swarm optimization neural network model are used to calculate the gray intervals, and the modeling samples are further screened using the gray intervals and the correlation principle, while the hyperspectral particle swarm optimization neural network model of soil organic matter based on the gray intervals is established afterward; and the estimation results are compared and analyzed with those of traditional modeling methods. The results showed that the coefficient of determination of the gray interval-based particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.8826, and the average relative error was 3.572%, while the coefficient of determination of the particle swarm optimization neural network model was 0.853, and the average relative error was 4.34%; the average relative errors of the BP neural network model, support vector machine model, and multiple linear regression model were 8.79%, 6.717%, and 9.9%, respectively. Support vector machines (SVMs) are among the most robust and accurate methods in all well-known machine learning algorithms, especially for classification. The SVMs train a classification model by solving an optimization problem to decide which instances in the training datasets are the support vectors (SVs). However, SVs are intact instances taken from the training datasets and directly releasing the classification model of the SVMs will carry significant risk to the privacy of individuals, when the training datasets contain sensitive information. In this paper, we study the problem of how to release the classification model of kernel SVMs while preventing privacy leakage of the SVs and satisfying the requirement of privacy protection. We propose a new differentially private algorithm for the kernel SVMs based on the exponential and Laplace hybrid mechanism named DPKSVMEL. The DPKSVMEL algorithm has two major advantages compared with existing private SVM algorithms. One is that it protects the privacy of the SVs by postprocessing and the training process of the non-private kernel SVMs does not change. Another is that the scoring function values are directly derived from the symmetric kernel matrix generated during the training process and does not require additional storage space and complex sensitivity analysis. In the DPKSVMEL algorithm, we define a similarity parameter to denote the correlation or distance between the non-SVs and every SV. And then, every non-SV is divided into a group with one of the SVs according to the maximal value of the similarity. Under some certain similarity parameter value, we replace every SV with a mean value of the top-k randomly selected most similar non-SVs within the group by the exponential mechanism if the number of non-SVs is greater than k. Otherwise, we add random noise to the SVs by the Laplace mechanism. We theoretically prove that the DPKSVMEL algorithm satisfies differential privacy. The extensive experiments show the effectiveness of the DPKSVMEL algorithm for kernel SVMs on real datasets; meanwhile, it achieves higher classification accuracy than existing private SVM algorithms. With the development of information technology in the network era and the popularization of the 5G era, UAV-related applications are becoming more and more widely used, which is one of the essential basic technologies. Therefore, the technology has great research value and practical significance, a multiobjective detector based on support vector machine (SVM) is designed based on directional gradient histogram (HOG), and the startup method used with cross-validation methods can improve detector performance. It makes the detector accuracy above 98% and has good resistance to the target scale. A real-time target tracker is designed with its rotation variation and with an improved average displacement algorithm. The algorithm must manually select the target model and suggest the target model to achieve automatic acquisition of the target model. Due to the ambiguity of the target tracking state, several judgment conditions are set to determine whether the tracking has failed and whether the tracker state is correctly verified, with several similar target tracking algorithms. When the system is started, the system detects targets frame by frame. And it will locate a possible target by color segmentation and specify the target to be tracked to recommend the relevant model during the tracking process and open the tracker to determine the target tracking state frame by frame and perform target detection at each frame. We attempt to predict the accidental fall of human beings due to sudden abnormal changes in their health parameters such as blood pressure, heart rate, and sugar level. In medical terminology, this problem is known as Syncope. The primary motivation is to prevent such falls by predicting abnormal changes in these health parameters that might trigger a sudden fall. We apply various machine learning algorithms such as logistic regression, a decision tree classifier, a random forest classifier, K-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), a support vector machine, and a naive Bayes classifier on a relevant dataset and verify our results with the cross-validation method. We observe that the KNN algorithm provides the best accuracy in predicting such a fall. However, the accuracy results of some other algorithms are also very close. Thus, we move one step further and propose an ensemble model, Majority Voting, which aggregates the prediction results of multiple machine learning algorithms and finally indicates the probability of a fall that corresponds to a particular human being. Autonomous aerial refueling (AAR) technology can increase the flight endurance of unmanned air vehicles (UAVs) effectively. Drogue detection and target tracking method are significant for probe-drogue refueling system in the docking stage. This paper proposes a novel vision-based multistage image processing algorithm of drogue detection and target tracking for AAR. This algorithm divides the whole task into four stages: preprocessor, recognizer, predictor, and locker (PRPL). The adaptive threshold segmentation (ATS) algorithm and support vector machine (SVM) classifier are utilized in preprocessor and recognizer for drogue detection. An improved kernelized correlation filter (IKCF) tracking algorithm and scale adaptive method by window position as well as image resolution adjusted are adopted in predictor and locker for target tracking in complex dynamic environments. Finally, the proposed PRPL multistage image processing strategy is tested using an autonomous aerial refueling testbed. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm achieves high precision, good reliability, and real-time capability compared with conventional algorithms. The electroencephalogram (EEG) signals are a big data which are frequently corrupted by motion artifacts. As human neural diseases, diagnosis and analysis need a robust neurological signal. Consequently, the EEG artifacts' eradication is a vital step. In this research paper, the primary motion artifact is detected from a single-channel EEG signal using support vector machine (SVM) and preceded with further artifacts' suppression. The signal features' abstraction and further detection are done through ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) algorithm. Moreover, canonical correlation analysis (CCA) filtering approach is applied for motion artifact removal. Finally, leftover motion artifacts' unpredictability is removed by applying wavelet transform (WT) algorithm. Finally, results are optimized by using Harris hawks optimization (HHO) algorithm. Under the premise of coordinated procurement bilateral and multi-issue negotiation, adaptive negotiation strategy has become an essential factor for multiagent conflict resolution. This paper studies an adaptive negotiation strategy based on selective integrated learning, which effectively improves negotiation. First, take the suppliers and purchasing companies in the cluster supply chain as the research objects and analyze the characteristics of multilateral negotiation of collaborative procurement. Secondly, the support vector machine algorithm performs adaptive learning for each evaluation data set to estimate the concession range. On this basis, remove the few submodels that perform poorly, recombine the calculation weights, and establish a multiagent clustered supply collaborative procurement negotiation model. The smart home is now an established area of interest and research that contributes to comfort in modern homes. With the Internet being an essential part of broad communication in modern life, IoT has allowed homes to go beyond building to interactive abodes. In many spheres of human life, the IoT has grown exponentially, including monitoring ecological factors, controlling the home and its appliances, and storing data generated by devices in the house in the cloud. Smart home includes multiple components, technologies, and devices that generate valuable data for predicting home and environment activities. This work presents the design and development of a ubiquitous, cloud-based intelligent home automation system. The system controls, monitors, and oversees the security of a home and its environment via an Android mobile application. One module controls and monitors electrical appliances and environmental factors, while another module oversees the home's security by detecting motion and capturing images. Our work uses a camera to capture images of objects triggered by their motion being detected. To avoid false alarms, we used the concept of machine learning to differentiate between images of regular home occupants and those of an intruder. The support vector machine algorithm is proposed in this study to classify the features of the image captured and determine if it is that of a regular home occupant or an intruder before sending an alarm to the user. The design of the mobile application allows a graphical display of the activities in the house. Our work proves that machine learning algorithms can improve home automation system functionality and enhance home security. Background. Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease impairing significantly the quality of life of the patient. The diagnosis of the disease is done via a visual inspection of the lesional skin by dermatologists. Classification of psoriasis using gene expression is an important issue for the early and effective treatment of the disease. Therefore, gene expression data and selection of suitable gene signatures are effective sources of information. Methods. We aimed to develop a hybrid classifier for the diagnosis of psoriasis based on two machine learning models of the genetic algorithm and support vector machine (SVM). The method also conducts gene signature selection. A publically available gene expression dataset was used to test the model. Results. A number of 181 probe sets were selected among the original 54,675 probes using the hybrid model with a prediction accuracy of 100% over the test set. A number of 10 hub genes were identified using the protein-protein interaction network. Nine out of 10 identified genes were found in significant modules. Conclusions. The results showed that the genetic algorithm improved the SVM classifier performance significantly implying the ability of the proposed model in terms of detecting relevant gene expression signatures as the best features. Facial video big sensor data (BSD) is the core data of wireless sensor network industry application and technology research. It plays an important role in many industries, such as urban safety management, unmanned driving, senseless attendance, and venue management. The construction of video big sensor data security application and intelligent algorithm model has become a hot and difficult topic in related fields based on facial expression recognition. This paper focused on the experimental analysis of Cohn–Kanade dataset plus (CK+) dataset with frontal pose and great clarity. Firstly, face alignment and the selection of peak image were utilized to preprocess the expression sequence. Then, the output vector from convolution network 1 and β-VAE were connected proportionally and input to support vector machine (SVM) classifier to complete facial expression recognition. The testing accuracy of the proposed model in CK + dataset can reach 99.615%.
