The extended conformable k-hypergeometric function finds various applications in physics due to its ability to describe complex mathematical relationships arising in different physical scenarios. Here are a few instances of its uses in physics, including nuclear physics, fluid dynamics, quantum mechanics, and astronomy. The main objectives of this paper are to introduce the extended conformable k-hypergeometric and confluent hypergeometric functions by utilizing the new definition of the α , k -beta function and studying its important properties, like integral representation, summation formula, derivative formula, transform formula, and generating function. Also, introduce the extension of the Riemann–Liouville fractional derivative and establish some results related to the newly defined fractional operator, such as the Mellin transform and relations to extended α , k -hypergeometric functions. Recently, hypergeometric functions of four variables are investigated by Bin-Saad and Younis. In this manuscript, our goal is to initiate a new quadruple hypergeometric function denoted by X 84 4 , and then, we ensure the existence of solutions of systems of partial differential equations for this function. Hypergeometric functions have many applications in various areas of mathematical analysis, probability theory, physics, and engineering. Very recently, Hidan et al. (Math. Probl. Eng., ID 5535962, 2021) introduced the (p, k)-extended hypergeometric functions and their various applications. In this line of research, we present an expansion of the k-Gauss hypergeometric functions and investigate its several properties, including, its convergence properties, derivative formulas, integral representations, contiguous function relations, differential equations, and fractional integral operators. In a previous article, first and last researchers introduced an extension of the hypergeometric functions which is called " p , k -extended hypergeometric functions." Motivated by this work, here, we derive several novel properties for these functions, including integral representations, derivative formula, k-Beta transform, Laplace and inverse Laplace transforms, and operators of fractional calculus. In recent years, much attention has been paid to the role of degenerate versions of special functions and polynomials in mathematical physics and engineering. In the present paper, we introduce a degenerate Euler zeta function, a degenerate digamma function, and a degenerate polygamma function. We present several properties, recurrence relations, infinite series, and integral representations for these functions.
