Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the key to rural development has been to solve the problem of rural development. The "three rural issues" is a critical issue for the country's economy. In addition, the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy under the environment of data financial and economic development can be more convenient and efficient. However, the traditional sensor fusion technology still has the disadvantages of low efficiency and high cost in the application of Rural Revitalization and digital financial economic development model. In order to solve the shortcomings of this technology, this paper proposes a multimodal sensor fusion technology combined with BP neural network (BPNN, a commonly used feedback neural network) and Kalman filter (a linear filtering algorithm), and it constructs a rural economic development model combined with digital finance. This paper uses this technology to study the economic development model. Firstly, the research method is to visit and investigate the residents and basic economic situation of a village and then use the economic development model constructed in this paper to carry out the economic analysis of the BPNN model and Kalman filter model. It includes Mohr scatter diagram, economic income, industrial investment, product export, and household consumption. The results show that the Mohr scatter diagram of the village changes from the third quadrant (−0.7, −0.5) to the first quadrant (−0.7, 0.3); the difference between the economic income calculated by the Kalman filter algorithm and BPNN algorithm and the actual value shall not exceed 10%. The rural industrial investment index increased by 56.08, the product export index increased by 30.11, and the household consumption index increased by 13.10. In recent years, China's foreign trade has continued to develop and achieved remarkable results, and the economic development trend has been steady and positive overall. However, although there are new opportunities for the development of China's foreign trade, it also faces new challenges and dilemmas. Therefore, in the current international trade situation, it is of great significance to study the impact of China's foreign trade on industrial structure and find the key points for the development of endogenous economic dynamics on this basis. China's industrial structure has undergone a clear process of upgrading and is a major trading country for industrially manufactured goods. The results of the analysis of the subsectors show that the trend of structural upgrading within the industry is equally significant. At the same time, there is often a significant trend of synergistic changes in the percentage of processing trade and the percentage change of trade in high-tech products. Based on this, this paper analyzes the correlation between China's foreign trade structure and industrial structure based on the correlation of mutual influence. The evolutionary algorithm has the advantages of a strong ability to search for global optimal solutions and good robustness, which is applied as the core algorithm of this paper. This paper is an in-depth study of international trade quantification models based on deep neural networks. Based on an in-depth analysis of global trade characteristics, a summary of existing problems, and a comparative analysis of various prediction methods, this paper constructs the ARIMA model, BP neural network (BPNN) model, and deep neural network (DNN) model to make a comprehensive comparison of international trade quantification. The results show that the nonlinear model has a global trade quantification has some advantages over linear models, and the deep model shows better prediction performance than the shallow model. In addition, preprocessing of the time series is considered to improve the prediction accuracy or shorten the model training time. The empirical modal analysis method (EMD) is introduced to decompose the time series into eigenmodal functions (IMFs) of different scales. Then the decomposed IMF series are arranged into a matrix using principal component analysis (PCA) to reduce the dimensionality and extract the data containing the most stock index information features; these features are then input into BPNN and DNN for combined prediction, thus constructing the combined models EMD-PCA-BPNN and EMD-PCA-DNN. Based on Melitz's heterogeneous firm trade theory and its development by Chaney, a quantitative trade model incorporating production heterogeneity is constructed through a multisector extension. This paper adopts a general equilibrium analysis, which makes the modeling process pulse clear. The low-carbon economy is a green development mode of modern social and economic development. In this paper, an evaluation model of the green economy development level based on GA-BP is constructed, and the related parameters and network structure of the two algorithms are designed and optimized. The test results show that the predicted value of GA-BP has a high degree of fit to the actual value, and the data fitting performance is good. The prediction results are in good agreement with the objective reality, which is helpful to put forward appropriate development modes and development path suggestions for the regional development of the low-carbon economy. Nowadays, we have entered the golden age of economic development, and the Internet of Things (IoT) has also ushered in the opportunity of development, and the rapid development of IoT is also beneficial to drive the economy forward continuously. Therefore, the research on IoT is very meaningful and meets the contemporary development needs and greatly facilitates people's daily life through the interconnection of all things. In today's era of massive data, all kinds of data are complicated and messy, and if the large amount of data obtained is not properly classified and processed, the major problem will be that a pile of disordered and messy data is generated, and it is impossible to find the corresponding useful, engineering value, and regular data among them, and then, such data can only be discarded. Such a simple and brutal way of data processing is not only a waste of data resources but also may inadvertently throw away important, confidential, and private data information. If such data is carelessly discarded, the consequences will be incalculable, because such data information is likely to be used, processed, and disseminated by unscrupulous elements, which will eventually result in the following consequences: for individuals, it is equivalent to making their privacy public, which will seriously affect all aspects of life; for enterprises, if confidential data information is disseminated, then it will bring unpredictable losses to the enterprise. The adaptive data processing method for edge node sensing in ubiquitous NB-IoT can make the data generated from NB-IoT modules in ubiquitous IoT have practical engineering application value after processing, so the data source of this paper is the IoT data generated from NB-IoT communication modules in ubiquitous network (called NB-IoT dataset in this paper). The experimental results show that the accuracy of the adaptive data classification achieved by these two algorithms reaches about 75%, which provides some help to improve the efficiency of data utilization. This paper adopts a random matrix approach to model spatial panel data and applies the model to the analysis of regional economic disparity. A panel data clustering method based on variable influence and response structural relationship clustering is proposed to define the structural relationship distance, cluster the panel data from the structural relationship so that the data within the class have the same structural relationship, and give the specific algorithm for determining the classification number in the clustering process based on the structural relationship. The methods of clustering panel data with the presence of linear, nonlinear, and functional relationships are considered separately to aggregate and classify the panel data in terms of the structural relationships of parameters. Using the classification modeling approach proposed in this paper, the empirical analysis is better than the estimation effect in the case of no classification; the empirical test data also show that there is a strong cross-sectional correlation between the economic and financial development data of different regions, and the estimation effect of the model with the correlation treatment is better than the estimation effect of the model without the correlation treatment. The study finds that there is a significant imbalance between financial and economic development, the phenomenon of financial exclusion is serious, and the dynamic influence relationship between financial and economic development in relatively less developed regions is different from that between financial development and economic development in relatively developed regions. In addition to the influencing factors, we should improve the efficiency of investment utilization, give better play to the geographical advantages, keep the industrial structure rationalized, develop the special economy according to the local conditions, and give full play to the spatial effect as well as improve the economic development. Nowadays, emerging industries are emerging, and the sports industry has become a remarkable new economic growth point. Vigorously tapping the potential of residents' sports consumption has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of the sports industry, improving people's living standards, and stimulating economic growth. In this paper, a deep learning model is constructed, and the random forest and random network models in the deep learning network are used to analyze the pulling effect of urban residents' sports consumption on economic growth. Since the consumption level of urban residents is much higher than that of rural residents, urban residents are in a dominant position in sports consumption, so this paper takes urban residents' sports consumption as the core to explore the pulling effect of urban residents' sports consumption on economic growth. The research theme of this paper is the pulling effect of urban residents' sports consumption on economic growth, so this paper sets the explanatory variable as the added value of GDP, expressed by GDP. Sports consumption has the characteristics of inevitability, gradualness, and diversity. With the continuous change of people's living standards, sports consumption also presents several stages of relative consumption pattern changes. Research shows that sports consumption has a positive role in promoting economic growth and the transformation and upgrading of economic development mode. Every one percentage point change in sports consumption leads to an economic growth of 0.186 percentage points, and with the increase of the lag period, urban residents' sports consumption will gradually increase the driving effect of economic growth. As an important component of modern service industry, tourism is regarded as a "green" driver to regional economic growth and industrial upgrading. Applying the "quasi-natural experiment" advocated by the "The Belt and Road" initiative, this paper, based on the method of DID, assessed the influence of this initiative on regional tourism development by analyzing panel data collected from 286 prefecture-level cities in China over the period of 2007–2018. It is found that the "The Belt and Road" initiative has stimulated market dynamics and promoted tourism development in the regions along the route and has significantly improved indicators such as per capita domestic and inbound tourism revenue and per capita domestic and inbound tourist receipt. Also, the degree of contribution of domestic tourists to the tourism economy of the regions where the policy has been implemented is stronger than that of inbound tourists. In sum, the results of this paper not only confirm that the "The Belt and Road" initiative has significantly contributed to the high-quality tourism development of Chinese provinces along the routes but also provide important policy enlightenment for the upgrading of regional tourism industry and regional economic balance. In order to improve the evaluation effect of the economic and social development pioneer area, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the economic and social development pioneer area based on the spatial network structure analysis method and obtains an intelligent analysis system. Moreover, from the perspective of economic development information flow, this paper uses information flow direction analysis method and advantage flow analysis method to discuss the structural characteristics of urban economic development network in the economic belt, providing new methods and perspectives for the study of urban economic development flow. In addition, this paper attempts to propose a universal method for quantitative research on the "flow space" structure of urban economic development as the forward-looking content of urban economic development. With the development of economic life, the phenomenon of poor health of human beings has gradually appeared, and sports training has also been paid more and more attention. In terms of improving the quality of sports training for students, physical education teachers must first make students aware of the importance of sports training. We should reasonably arrange sports training time, stimulate students' interest and cultivation in sports, improve the results of sports training with scientific and efficient methods, and comprehensively improve the training quality of sports training. Therefore, the following work has been completed in this paper: (1) after searching and sorting out the relevant literature on the improvement and evaluation of sports training methods, this paper constructs a theoretical basis related to this topic. (2) The sports training promotion strategy and evaluation method are proposed, and the basic principles and structure of the DBN model are introduced. (3) We select the optimal parameters of the DBN model through experiments. We input the experimental data collected by big data into the trained model and compare the results with the evaluation results of experts. This paper has explored the relationship between CO2 emissions, eco-efficiency, and economic growth, which has important theoretical and practical significance for realizing high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin (YRB). Based on the data of 99 prefecture-level cities in the YRB from 2003 to 2017, this paper analyses the temporal and spatial variation and agglomeration characteristics of CO2 emissions and eco-efficiency in the YRB. The spatial Durbin model (SDM) with fixed effects is used to test the relationship between CO2 emissions, eco-efficiency, and economic growth in the YRB by using new structural economics theory and the EKC hypothesis. The results show that (1) the YRB is in a stage of extensive economic development with the coexistence of high CO2 emissions and low eco-efficiency and shows a trend of transformation and upgrading to a stage of high-quality economic development; (2) CO2 emissions and eco-efficiency are spatially heterogeneous; CO2 emissions and eco-efficiency in the upper reaches are low, and the middle maintains relatively high eco-efficiency and high CO2 emissions while the lower reaches have both high CO2 emissions and low eco-efficiency; (3) the relationship between CO2 emissions and economic growth is N-shaped, and there is an inflection point of accelerated increase (per capita GDP is 45,558 yuan). The YRB has crossed this inflection point, and CO2 emissions are accelerating with economic development at this stage. The relationship between eco-efficiency and economic growth is U-shaped, with the inflection point of per capita GDP at 46,483 yuan. The rapid development of social economy will promote the development of sports industry and then have an impact on sports economy. By using the regression analysis method, this paper compares the influencing factors of sports industry development, aiming at exploring the influence of sports industry development on economic development and its future development trend. This paper takes 12 industries of sports industry development from January 2020 to January 2022 as research objects, compares the development of sports industry of different research objects, and determines the factors affecting sports industry. We compare the promotion of different factors to sports economy and provide support for the formulation of sports industry development measures. The results show that economic growth, sports industry types, the degree of integration between sports industry and economic development, sports industry action time, and sports industry scale are the main factors affecting sports industry and promote the development of sports economy. The above indexes can improve the economic level of sports industry, and the improvement degree is about 10∼20%. Therefore, local governments and sports organizations should formulate measures to promote the economic development of sports industry from the aspects of economic growth, sports industry types, integration degree between sports industry and economic development, action time of sports industry, and scale of sports industry. As economic transformation and social change have taken place, digital media and Internet technology have developed rapidly, and the need for the development of digital research on nonheritage oriented to transmission and dissemination is becoming increasingly strong. On the basis of cultural identity and cultural sovereignty, intangible cultural heritages (ICHs) are disappearing at an alarming rate, ICHs are facing an existential crisis, and their development prospects are worrying. With the emergence of neural network models, the development of digital technology has revived many things that were on the verge of extinction. Traditional cultures and industries that originally seemed unrelated can take on new forms with the help of digital technology, thus enabling ICHs to find new ideas for development. This paper takes Huizhou ICH as an example and tries to design and construct a Huizhou ICH database and a digital map of Huizhou ICH, and it establishes a database for management and operation. The paper applies the information space theory to study the use of digital resources of ICH under the threshold of the neural network and employs digital information technology to recode, reconstruct, and interpret ICH. As a result, traditional ICH items are displayed in a digital way, which improves the public's recognition of digital ICH items, thereby promoting the inheritance and dissemination of ICH. Under the background of the new development pattern of the "double-cycle" and the context of environmental constraints, this paper tries to explore the impact of marine economic development on marine cultural industry and marine innovation development, the extent of the impact of marine cultural industry on marine economic growth, and the internal relationship between them under the new development pattern of double circulation. In this paper, Fujian Province is taken as the research object to construct an indicator system of the marine culture development to reflect the living standard, employment level, and spiritual and cultural levels of people in the marine area, and the external influence of the marine economy and marine culture industry is taken as the indicator variable to measure the integrated development. The internal changes are regarded as the index to assess the integration level of the two, and the evaluation theoretical model of the dynamic evolution level of the marine economy and marine cultural industry is constructed. The vector autoregression model and impulse response function are used to study the interactive correlation between the growth of the marine economy and the development of the cultural industry. The results show the following: In the long run, there is a cointegration relationship between the marine culture industry and the gross ocean product (GOP), which is a long-term balanced and stable relationship. The cultural and creative industries are another fast-growing new industry after the information technology industry and have become a major driving force in global international trade and economic development. In this paper, the index of "export complexity" is chosen to measure the export complexity of cultural and creative products in China and 42 representative countries selected by UNCTAD's "Creative Economy" database for measurement and comparative analysis. This paper uses a grey prediction model to forecast the relative export complexity of China's cultural and creative products. The prediction results show that from 2016 to 2025, the relative export complexity of China's cultural and creative products is less than 1, but the value is increasing, and the gap between the export structure of China's cultural and creative products and the global average in the increasingly competitive international market will narrow year by year. The emergence of cloud computing and the Internet of Things (CCIoT) has provided new technologies and means for the development of international trade. In order to accurately analyze the development policy of the international trade industry and provide strong technical support for the development of the international trade industry under the Internet of Things environment, this paper studies the development policy of the international trade industry in the context of CCIoT. This paper borrows the method of cloud computing and collects relevant data provided by development policies through the perception Internet layer. It is transmitted through the network layer, processed through the high-performance computing cloud, and finally transformed into useful information for the international trade industry. The test results show that the use of cloud computing technology can analyze the existing development policies, promote the development of the international trade industry, and improve the trade efficiency by 3.84%. Currently, coal is still the main energy source for China's economic development, and the environmental issues caused by coal consumption have aroused widespread concern. Predicting and analyzing coal consumption will help to formulate a higher level of energy consumption planning and economic development strategy. The main purpose of this study is to develop a new fractal time-series prediction (FTSP) model to predict coal consumption, providing reference for formulating effective energy consumption planning and economic development strategies. Hurst index is an important indicator of whether time-series data have long memory and fractal characteristics. This paper uses the rescaled range (R/S) method to calculate Hurst index of the coal consumption per-10000-Yuan-GDP (CC/GDP). The Hurst index is 0.8025, exceeding 0.5, indicating that the time-series data CC/GDP has a long memory and fractal characteristic. Based on this, this paper uses the FTSP model to predict China's coal consumption (CC/GDP). The prediction results show that the FTSP model accurately predicted China's coal consumption with a relative error rate (RER) of less than 5% and a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 6.62%. The model predicts a decrease in China's coal consumption from 0.25 tons of standard coal in 2021 to 0.11 tons of standard coal in 2030, a decrease of 44%. To sum up, the FTSP model provides a new and accurate way to predict coal consumption, and the results suggest that China's coal consumption is sustainable and will decrease significantly in the coming years. The contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is a core issue that plagues developing countries. The Chinese government has continuously implemented different environmental policies to alleviate the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, but how they will perform remains unknown. Therefore, this paper revises the classical DEA model and then empirically evaluates the efficiency of environmental policies in 31 Chinese provinces from 2015 to 2020. It is found that the environmental efficiency of each local government has steadily improved, and the provincial differences show a trend of continuous reduction. However, when decomposed, the technical efficiency gap among provinces is large, and the scale efficiency even shows a downward trend. This paper also adopts the Malmquist index for dynamic analysis of environmental efficiency, and the research findings have important theoretical value for scientific formulation of environmental policies. Urban digital governance represented by digital city and smart city is becoming an important direction of urban agglomeration development. It is necessary to reexamine the internal relationship mechanism between local government digital action and regional governance behavior. Based on the theory of collective action and network governance, this paper discusses how the economic development level of local government interacts with the cooperative network status of urban agglomeration and affects the tendency of digital governance strategy of local government. By constructing the configuration matrix of "economic development level" and "cooperative network status" of local governments in urban agglomerations, this paper extracts the possible "center" and "follow" governance strategies that local governments in different configurations may adopt in the digital field. The ant colony optimization algorithm proposed in this paper consists of two parts—ACO initialization and ACO optimization. ACO initialization describes how to map the path of ants to the solution of the problem, that is, the combination of orders. In addition, ACO initialization will also define and initialize the pheromone and heuristic information model compatible with the solution. ACO optimization updates the pheromone model to heuristic guide ants to build paths, so as to iteratively find the optimal solution. The case study of 26 cities in the Yangtze River Delta of China shows that most of the digital governance strategies of local governments are in line with the selection logic of their configuration status of "economic level network status". The study results proved that the proposed model has provided effective accuracy of 96%. However, driven by selective returns, there are still some "abnormal" governance tendencies. In recent years, the Chinese Central Government has put great emphasis on the marine economy, since it has been a new driving force of the national economic development. Yet, the relationship between marine economic development and energy efficiency remains unknown. In this paper, we investigate whether marine economic development affected energy efficiency. We focused on the Zhoushan Archipelago, the first National New Area for marine economic development in China. We applied panel data approach to construct the counterfactual of Zhoushan Archipelago. We compared Zhoushan and its counterfactual, the synthetic Zhoushan, and viewed the difference between them, after the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, as the impact of marine economic development on energy efficiency. We found that compared with its counterfactual, the real Zhoushan had a more substantial improvement in energy efficiency after the National New Area construction. We estimated that the construction of the National New Area for Marine Economy increased energy efficiency by about 10 percentage points. We also applied the bootstrapping technique to illustrate the significance of the estimated results. The results suggest that the Zhoushan Archipelago New Area construction had a statistically significant impact on energy efficiency. The new development concept is the theoretical guidance and important foundation for high-quality foreign trade development in the new era. This paper develops an evaluation index system to measure the high-quality development level of foreign trade based on the meaning of high-quality development of foreign trade under the new concept of development. The dynamic changing trend of high-quality development of China's provincial foreign trade from 2013 to 2019 and the ranking change of the development index are examined in this paper using a time series factor model. Finally, China's provinces are categorized based on the quality of their foreign trade development. The findings show that, from 2013 to 2019, China's high-quality foreign trade development has been on the rise; the level of high-quality foreign trade development has been raised to varying degrees in the eastern, central, and western regions of China, but each region plays a different role. Compared to 2013, the truly "high-quality" areas of China's provincial foreign trade development were always concentrated in the eastern region, which ranked high on the comprehensive evaluation index, while the "low-quality" areas were mainly concentrated in the central and western regions, which ranked low on the comprehensive evaluation index. Improving the coordination between technological innovation in high-tech industries and regional economic development is an important measure for all provinces (cities) to implement the innovation-driven development strategy. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development, this paper constructs the measurement index system of high-tech industrial technological innovation and regional economic development, and the chain network DEA model, entropy weight method, coupling coordination model, and exploratory spatial data analysis technology are comprehensively used to empirically analyze the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industries, regional economic development level, and the coupling coordination relationship between them and the spatiotemporal evolution trend in 24 provinces (cities) of China from 2009 to 2018. The results show that (1) there are significant differences in the average level of technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in each stage, which is the most prominent in the technology research and development stage, followed by the industrialization stage, and finally in the technology transformation stage. This paper regards regional synergetic development as a composite system, builds up the evaluation indicator system, and calculates the level of economic synergetic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Urban Agglomeration, by using the collaborative degree model of composite system. The results show that each subsystem of the composite system has a high degree of order from 2007 to 2019, but compared with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, the level of economic collaborative development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration in 2008–2019 is relatively low and has large spatial differences. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the mechanism and process of the dynamic evolution of the economy-energy-environment (EEE) system and study the variables that determine the speed of system evolution and development. The innovation is to overcome the defect of single index by constructing a system evaluation index and reveal the regional EEE system's evolution mechanism based on Haken's synergetic theory to supplement a systematic perspective's empirical evidence. It selects 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China to empirically analyse the evolution mechanism of the EEE system from 2005 to 2019. The empirical results show that economic development is the order parameter of the evolution and development of the EEE system. In the process of system evolution, the economic development subsystem is the decisive factor in EEE system evolution. In analyses of economic growth factors, people generally use the CES (Constant Elasticity of Substitution) production function model to calculate the contribution rates of the factors that influence economic growth. However, the traditional CES function model that is built directly from economic data often shows apparent errors in parameter estimation due to data fluctuations. Such a model also may cause a negative calculation of the contribution rates of economic growth factors, or it may create abnormal fluctuations for some periods, and thus it fails to meet economic growth laws. In this paper, we propose a grey CES production function that can eliminate the random fluctuations of data and make the estimated parameters more reasonable, and this model can reflect the relationship between inputs and outputs more accurately. With regard to model application, the paper puts forward a scientific calculation method to avoid the calculation deviations caused by the substitution of difference equation for a differential equation with Solow's formula. The development of geographically indicative (GI) agricultural products can effectively promote the development of local rural residents' per capita net income (PCNI) and the gross output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery (GOV-AFAHF). This paper takes agricultural products with geographical indications in Anhui Province as the object of study and uses numerical analysis to analyze their application, geographical distribution, and various distribution in detail. By comparing it with the central region, this paper conducts an empirical study on its impact on agricultural economic development, analyzes its related variables and data, draws its effect on farmers' PCNI, and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures. The relationship between financial development and economic growth has become a hot topic in recent years and for China, which is undergoing financial liberalisation and policy reform, the efficiency of the use of digital finance and the deepening of the balance between quality and quantity in financial development are particularly important for economic growth. This paper investigates the utility of digital finance and financial development on total factor productivity in China using interprovincial panel data decomposing financial development into financial scale and financial efficiency; an interprovincial panel data model is used to explore the utility of digital finance on total factor productivity. This involves the collection and preprocessing of financial data, including feature engineering, and the development of an optimised predictive model. We preprocess the original dataset to remove anomalous information and improve data quality. This work uses feature engineering to select relevant features for fitting and training the model. In this process, the random forest algorithm is used to effectively avoid overfitting problems and to facilitate the dimensionality reduction of the relevant features. In determining the model to be used, the random forest regression model was chosen for training. The empirical results show that digital finance has contributed to productivity growth but is not efficiently utilised; China should give high priority to improving financial efficiency while promoting financial expansion; rapid expansion of finance without a focus on financial efficiency will not be conducive to productivity growth. This paper analyzes the "resource curse" and "financial threshold effect" that may exist in China and then uses the data from 30 provinces from 2004 to 2018 as research samples. We used linear regression and nondynamic panel threshold models to analyze the financial threshold effects of the "resource curse" hypothesis and the "resource curse" phenomenon. At the same time, we divided the level of financial development to verify the robustness of the research conclusions in this paper. The study found the following: (1) There is a certain correlation between the abundance of resources and economic growth. Whether this can be seen as a "curse" or a "blessing" of resources is significantly related to the degree of financial development. (2) Whether financial development can alleviate the "resource curse" depends on the degree of financial development. In the extremely scarce stage of financial resources, the resource endowment effect is obvious, and the level of economic development in resource-based regions will be higher than in other regions; when the level of financial development is low (financial resources are not scarce and have not reached a reasonable level), the phenomenon of the "resource curse" appears; when the level of financial development is highly developed, economic development benefits more from financial development, and the effects of resource endowment decline. As a new service system of finance, inclusive finance emphasizes on better meeting the needs of people's livelihood at a reasonable and affordable cost. Inclusive finance can effectively solve the problems existing in the process of high-quality economic development by promoting regional coordinated development and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Firstly, this paper constructs the inclusive financial development level measurement index system and high-quality economic development measurement index system, uses these two index systems to measure the development of inclusive finance and high-quality economy of the Yangtze River Delta in China from 2010 to 2019, and then empirically analyzes the impact of Inclusive Finance on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta by using the panel threshold model. The results show that the inclusive financial development level and high-quality economic development level of cities under the jurisdiction of the Yangtze River Delta have increased steadily year by year, but the development level differentiation among different cities is obvious. Inclusive finance has a threshold effect on high-quality economic development. When the inclusive finance index is lower than 0.358, inclusive finance is not conducive to high-quality economic development. When the inclusive financial development index is between 0.358 and 0.522, inclusive finance promotes high-quality economic development, but the effect is weak. In order to study the development of the sports economy in different regions and analyze the future development prospect of sports economy, this paper uses the k-clustering method to improve the artificial bee colony algorithm and further improve the clustering degree of the bee colony. Among them, the improved artificial bee colony algorithm reduces the incidence of local extreme and improves the accuracy of calculation by setting the weight and threshold of indicators. MATLAB simulation results show that the prediction accuracy of the improved artificial bee colony algorithm for the development prospect of sports economy is 96–99%, and the calculation time is 0–17 seconds. Therefore, the improved artificial bee colony algorithm can best predict the development of the sports economy in different regions, and its accuracy, periodicity, and calculation time are better than those of the original artificial bee colony algorithm.
