Image dehazing is one of the problems that need to be solved urgently in the field of computer vision. In recent years, more and more algorithms have been applied to image dehazing and achieved good results. However, the image after dehazing still has color distortion, contrast and saturation disorder, and other challenges; in order to solve these problems, in this paper, an effective image dehazing method is proposed, which is based on improved color channel transfer and multiexposure image fusion to achieve image dehazing. First, the image is preprocessed using a color channel transfer method based on k-means. Second, gamma correction is introduced on the basis of guided filtering to obtain a series of multiexposure images, and the obtained multiexposure images are fused into a dehazed image through a Laplacian pyramid fusion scheme based on local similarity of adaptive weights. Finally, contrast and saturation corrections are performed on the dehazed image. Experimental verification is carried out on synthetic dehazed images and natural dehazed images, and it is verified that the method proposed is superior to existing dehazed algorithms from both subjective and objective aspects.

This study primarily aims to explore the mechanical behavior and influence factors of the reinforced retaining wall subject to vehicle loads. Mohr–Coulomb model was adopted to simulate and analyze the structural characteristics of the reinforced retaining wall by the finite element method. Its mechanical behavior was investigated in accordance with relevant theories. The results showed that the vertical and horizontal maximum displacement of the reinforced retaining wall occurs at the wall surface of the retaining wall, the maximum internal soil pressure appears at the middle and lower part of the retaining wall, and the maximum tensile strain of the tension bar acts on the wall rupture surface. As impacted by static vehicle load, the largest settlement is located at the parking position, and the maximum horizontal displacement and wall stability will vary with the vehicle position. Moreover, the closer the vehicle to the reinforcement is, the greater the lateral Earth pressure will be imposed on the upper part of the reinforcement body. With the variation of the vehicle position, the tension stress of the geogrid will vary noticeably.

Osteoporosis is among the most common forms of age-related diseases, especially for females, which has been a grave public health problem. Drug therapies have shown promising outcomes to promote bone formation and bone density. This study identified a novel potential drug, gossypol, for the treatment of osteoporosis. Treatments of ovariectomy-induced osteoporosis mice with gossypol significantly increased serum osteocalcin and osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels; meanwhile they decreased serum RANKL levels. Microcomputed tomography (microCT) analysis showed that treatment of gossypol improved bone density and strength and decreased bone postyield displacement for both medullar and cortical bones. In vitro experiments also showed that gossypol increased cell viability in a time- and dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, incubation of the osteoblast MC3T3-E1 cells with gossypol inhibited cell apoptosis through intrinsic apoptotic pathway as evidenced by the Annexin V/PI assay, TUNEL assay, biochemical analysis, and western blot assays. Moreover, the classical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway was found to be regulated by gossypol treatments. Inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin signaling reversed the prevention effects of gossypol in osteoporosis. Our findings provided novel clues for the treatment of osteoporosis in clinic.
