Cette étude aborde différentes thématiques autour de l’état de l’acceptation de la cobotique dans le monde industriel français, notamment par le biais d’un questionnaire en ligne auprès des opérateurs utilisant des cobots dans leur activité professionnelle. Afin d’étudier l’acceptation de cette nouvelle technologie, nous nous sommes inspirés du modèle META-UTAUT pour constituer le réseau de variables pertinent (facilité l’utilisation, attente de performance, conditions facilitatrices, influence(s) sociale(s), attitudes, intention d’usage, émotions ressenties). Les résultats quantitatifs obtenus auprès d’un petit échantillon de 20 opérateurs permettent d’entrevoir quelques relations significatives. En complément, une étude qualitative auprès des industries contactées nous a également permis de mener 32 entretiens avec différents acteurs de terrain (intégrateur, fournisseurs péri-robotiques, entreprises utilisatrices) pour mieux comprendre les coûts et les gains de l’insertion du cobot au niveau organisationnel.

We consider semiclassical self-adjoint operators whose symbol, defined on a two-dimensional symplectic manifold, reaches a non-degenerate minimum b 0 on a closed curve. We derive a classical and quantum normal form which gives uniform eigenvalue asymptotics in a window ( − ∞ , b 0 + ϵ ) for ϵ > 0 independent on the semiclassical parameter. These asymptotics are obtained in two complementary settings: either an approximate invariance of the system under translation along the curve, which produces oscillating eigenvalues, or a Morse hypothesis reminiscent of Helffer–Sjostrand’s “miniwell” situation.

In this work, we study the inverse problem stability of the continuous-in-time model which is designed to be used for the finances of public institutions. We discuss this study with determining the Loan measure from algebraic spending measure in Radon measure space $$\mathcal{M}([t_I,\;\Theta_{\text{max}}])$$ , and in Hilbert space $$\mathbb{L}^{2}([t_I,\;\Theta_{\text{max}}])$$ when they are density measures. For this inverse problem we prove the uniqueness theorem, obtain a procedure for constructing the solution and provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the inverse problem in $$\mathbb{L}^{2}([t_I,\;\Theta_{\text{max}}])$$ .

International audience; The aim of this article is to study the Spanish locution por fin as a mechanism of (im)politeness in persuasive discourse, with special attention to current speech on the Internet and to discourse related to the political sphere. From a theoretical perspective close to the pragmatic linguistics described in Fuentes (2017 [2000]), we adopt a methodological framework that defends a pragmalinguistics where the theory of argumentation, the poly-phonic theory of enunciation and verbal politeness converge. Within this approach, this research describes how the polyphonic meaning of the operator por fin can be exploited in discourse with different argumentative purposes in their various contextual uses. To illustrate our analysis, we use a corpus of real examples, taken from the digital corpus Macrosin-taxis del Español Actual (MEsA) and from documents about politics of CREA and CORPES XXI.; El objetivo de este artículo es el estudio de la locución por fin del español como mecanismo de (des)cortesía en el discurso persua-sivo, con especial atención al discurso actual en Internet y al referido al ámbito político. Desde una pers-pectiva teórica próxima a la lingüística pragmática descrita en Fuentes (2017[2000]), nos situamos en un marco metodológico que defiende una pragmalingüística en la que convergen la teoría de la argumentación, la teoría polifónica de la enunciación y la cortesía verbal. Con este enfoque, esta investigación describe cómo el operador por fin tiene un significado polifónico que puede ser ex-plotado en el discurso con fines ar-gumentativos diversos en sus diferentes contextos de empleo. International audience; Approximate computing techniques have been proposed to decrease the energy consumption or improve the performance of computation. Several designs of approximate arithmetic operators are proposed in the literature, suggesting that the operators' energy can be reduced up to 46%. This paper puts existing work in perspective by studying the impact of these operators in a processor targeting the embedded systems. We augment a RISC-V processor with approximate addition and multiplication that support a variable bitwidth in the range of 1 to 16 bits. We investigate the error-energy trade-off for a Sobel filter application. The results indicate that, for an acceptable output image degradation, 7.5% of the energy is saved. We conclude that the benefits of using approximate operators in embedded systems processors, have yet to be proved.

We examine a class of stochastic mirror descent dynamics in the context of monotone variational inequalities (including Nash equilibrium and saddle-point problems). The dynamics under study are formulated as a stochastic differential equation driven by a (single-valued) monotone operator and perturbed by a Brownian motion. The system's controllable parameters are two variable weight sequences that respectively pre- and post-multiply the driver of the process. By carefully tuning these parameters, we obtain global convergence in the ergodic sense, and we estimate the average rate of convergence of the process. We also establish a large deviations principle showing that individual trajectories exhibit exponential concentration around this average., 23 pages; updated proofs in Section 3 and Section 4

International audience; This paper examines how the Serbian “da” subordinate clause, the French preposition pour and the English particle to, mainly used in clauses expressing purpose, can become linguistic forms expressing temporal and oppositional values. In other words, it represents an original analysis of what we call non/pseudo-teleonomic clauses in Serbian, French and English. It examines the similarities and differences between the three languages and shows that the “da” subordinate clause in Serbian has a much more extensive scope than pour in French, which in turn has wider applications than to in English. The study is illustrated by concrete and genuine examples primarily drawn from the press in the three languages. It aims at reaching generalization via the principle of continuum which makes it possible to tackle teleonomic vs pseudo-teleonomic issues not in terms of binary opposition but in terms of gradience.

We define a monodromy, directly from the spectrum of small non-selfadjoint perturbations of a selfadjoint semiclassical operator with two degrees of freedom, which is classically integrable. It is a combinatorial invariant that obstructs globally the existence of lattice structure of the spectrum, in the semiclassical limit. Moreover this spectral monodromy allows to recover a topological invariant (the classical monodromy) of the corresponding integrable system.; Nous définissons une monodromie, directement à partir du spectre des petites perturbations non-selfadjointes d'un opérateur semi-classique autoadjoint à deux degrés de liberté, classiquement intégrable. Il s'agit d'un invariant combinatoire qui obstrue globalement l'existence d'une structure en réseaux du spectre, dans la limite semi-classique. De plus cette monodromie spectrale permet de récupérer un invariant topologique (la monodromie classique) du système intégrable correspondant.

We are recently experiencing an unprecedented explosion of available personal data from sensors, web, social networks, etc. and so people feel exposed while they share and publish their data. There is a clear need for tools and methods to control how their data is collected managed and shared. The challenges are mainly focused on the lack of either applications or technical solutions that provide security on how to collect, manage and share personal data. The main challenge is to provide a secure and adaptable tool that can be used by any user, without technical background. This thesis makes three important contributions to the field of privacy: (i) a prototype implementation of the UCONABC model, a usage control model, applied to an online social networks scenario, (ii) an algebraic extension to UCON to control the complex sharing of data (by transforming personal data into sharable and publishable data) and (iii) the design, implementation and field testing of a secure platform to manage sensitive data collected through online forms.; Nous vivons une véritable explosion du volume des données personnelles numériques qui sont générés dans le monde chaque jour (ex. capteurs, web, réseaux sociaux, etc.). En conséquence, les particuliers se sentent exposés tandis qu'ils partagent et publient leurs données. Ainsi, il est clair que des outils et des méthodes sont nécessaires pour contrôler la façon dont leurs données sont collectées, gérées et partagées. In a rapidly changing world and despite the real growth in mobile information systems and technology – infrastructure, applications, design - , their is still an important diversity in terms of appropriation process in West Africa in general and especially in Tchad, Burkina Faso and Niger (french speaking area). This research is based on a theoretical and empirical investigation of the determining factors of appropriation process of mobile information systems by users in west Africa and the main subject of this thesis is to underligne the specificity of this particular process in west Africa. The purpose of the first part was to develop some propositions of mobile information systems appropriation process in Africa beginning with a review of the literature based on the models of adoption and usage of Information Technologies. Firstly several concepts from the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (Carton et al, 2006 ; Venkatesh et alii, 2003, 2012). We formulate and 6 main proposals The second part of this thesis is empirical and dual. Toutefois ce phénomène, ses enjeux et ses implications, reste peu appréhendé dans la littérature en Sciences de gestion au sens large et il est surtout abordé en termes d'outils et d'usages - dans la littérature académique africaine en particulier. Par ailleurs, selon les prescripteurs et opérateurs, les SIM s’insèrent désormais de facto dans nos usages et s’imposent donc aux entreprises et autres organisations. De ce point de vue, cette recherche a pour objet de comprendre et de caractériser les – éventuelles - spécificités du processus d’appropriation des SIM en Afrique francophone c'est à dire de leur trajectoire appropriative et de leur dynamique d'appropriation selon le triptyque adoption-diffusion- apprentissage (Carton et al, 2006). Nous avons, à cet effet, situé notre travail dans le corpus théorique du management des systèmes d'information (SI) et des technologies de l’information (TI) et notamment sur les modèles intégrés/unifiés d'adoptions des TI (Venkatesh et al, 2003). This dissertation deals with some recent notions of linear dynamics of subspaces. In the first part, we provide a detailed study of n-supercyclicity and strong n-supercyclicicty in the finite dimensional setting. In particular we give a characterisation of the indices for which there exist n-supercyclic operators. We focus then on spectral properties of strongly n-supercyclic operators and on general properties as well. We also provide examples of operators whose supercyclic and strongly n-supercyclic behaviour are different. We introduce a new class of operators dealing with orbits of subspaces of finite codimension and we exhibit a \dual\ link with strong n-supercyclicity. Independently of these results, we give a characterisation of chaotic weighted shifts on a class of sequence spaces not necessarily admitting an unconditional basis. We conclude with a study of supercyclicity for unbounded operators and a sufficient condition to obtain multiple mixing operators., Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse concernent la dynamique d'opérateurs pour des sous-espaces. Nous étudions principalement deux notions de dynamique pour des sous-espaces qui sont la n-supercyclicité et la forte n-supercyclicité. Dans une première partie, nous étudions l'existence de tels opérateurs dans le cadre des espaces de dimension finie et nous exhibons les indices de supercyclicité admissibles pour des espaces réels de dimension finie. Dans une deuxième partie, nous étudions en détail les opérateurs fortement n-supercycliques en exhibant leurs propriétés spectrales et en donnant des caractérisations pour certaines classes d'opérateurs. Nous détaillons ensuite une nouvelle notion de dynamique pour des sous-espaces de codimension finie et nous étudions les propriétés de tels opérateurs, en particulier le lien "dual" avec les opérateurs fortement n-supercycliques. Enfin, nous terminons avec une caractérisation des opérateurs chaotiques sur certains types d'espaces de suites sans base inconditionnelle, un critère de supercyclicité pour des opérateurs non-bornés et une condition suffisante pour obtenir un opérateur multiple mélangeant de tout degré.

Part 5: Intelligent Control of Assembly Systems; International audience; Ramp-up of precision assembly lines is a cost-intensive and experience-driven task. Most of the time the knowledge how to effectively and efficiently setup an assembly line is intrinsic and is therefore neither shared nor reused by production experts. Almost no machine data is recorded until the correct functionality of the line is achieved and human problem solving tasks are not or poorly documented. In this paper a novel approach for structuring operator knowledge and combining it with machine-derived data by the use of semantic technologies is proposed. This enables human operators to express their experience in an easy to understand, machine readable way and makes it therefore accessible to other workers.

In this paper, we show how the so-called diffusive representation can be used in order to identify nonlinear Volterra models of the form H (∂ t ) X = f ( u, X ) + v . Several methods are described, all being based on a suitable parameterization of H (∂ t ) by means of its γ-symbol. Following this idea, the complex dynamic nature of H (∂ t ) can be summarized by a few parameters on which the identification of the dynamic part of the model will focus. For illustration, we implement the methods on a concrete numerical example.

During the whole of 1874, Camille Jordan and Leopold Kronecker quar- relled vigorously over the organisation of the theory of bilinear forms. That theory promised a "general" and "homogeneous" treatment of numerous questions arising in various 19th-century theoretical contexts, and it hinged on two theorems, stated independently by Jordan and Weierstrass, that would today be considered equivalent. It was, however, the perceived difference between those two theorems that sparked the 1874 controversy. Focusing on this quarrel allows us to explore the algebraic identity of the polynomial practices of the manipulations of forms in use before the advent of structural approaches to linear algebra. The latter approaches identified these practices with methods for the classification of similar matrices. We show that the prac- tices -- Jordan's canonical reduction and Kronecker's invariant computation -- reflect identities inseparable from the social context of the time. Moreover, these practices reveal not only tacit knowledge, local ways of thinking, but also -- in light of a long history tracing back to the work of Lagrange, Laplace, Cau- chy, and Hermite -- two internal philosophies regarding the significance of generality which are inseparable from two disciplinary ideals opposing algebra and arithmetic. By interrogating the cultural identities of such practices, this study aims at a deeper understanding of the history of linear algebra without focusing on issues related to the origins of theories or structures., 65 pages. What did "algebra" mean before the development of the algebraic theories of the 20th century ? This paper stresses the identities taken by the algebraic practices developped during the century long discussion around the equation around the equation of secular inequalities (1766- 1874). In 1874, a strong controversy on the theory of bilinear and quadratic forms opposed Camille Jordan and Leopold Kronecker. The arithmetical ideal of Kronecker faced Jordan's claim for the simplicity of his algebraic canonical form. This paper is a study of architectural design process. The explanation of an elementary change of state of the pro ject is faced with two cases : (i) change of state transforms the morphological model, in which case schema operator is needed to describe the design operation (Raynaud, 1999) ; (ii) change of state does not involve such a transformation and just consists in a size adjustment. The present paper examines the second case onto several examples (Gio Ponti, Sebastiano Serlio, Villard de Honnecourt). It is shown that schema operator is also required to describe the design operation in its entirety. But, since scale is regarded as a design operator by architecturology, the connection between schema and scale must be clarified. The reasons leading to the characterization of scale and schema as design co-operators are reviewed.; Cet article étudie le processus de conception en architecture. International audience; A lot of work & research has been done in HCI supervision-type industrial context, but mostly relative to control rooms and local supervision. However, many multi-site or extended and complex organisations are faced with some new challenges and trends such as supervisory systems integration and unified access of the different actors which have not been much considered so far. A service oriented solution is outlined and explained in the context of industrial supervision oriented towards to a unified and integrated supervisory HCI design. A representative supervisory scenario taken from a real case study which illustrates the approach is then described.

We consider a pseudomonotone operator, the model of which is −div (b(x,u)|∇u|p−2 ∇u) with 1 < p < +∞ and b(x,s) a Lipschitz continuous function in s which satisfies 0 < α ≤ b(x,s) ≤ β < +∞. We show the comparison principle (and therefore the uniqueness for the Dirichlet problem) in two particular cases, namely the one-dimensional case, and the case where at least one of the right-hand sides does not change sign. In our knowledge these results are new for p > 2. Full detailed proofs are given in the present Note. The results continue to hold when Ω is unbounded. This paper has been published in C. R. Acad. Rapport interne.; This paper describes an approach to system development by the managed evolution of multiple view specifications expressed with UML and B notations, using \textit{operators}. Operators maintain the consistency between UML and B. We give a framework for describing operators and illustrate it with the definition of the data refinement. As a case study, we apply this operator during the development of the generalized railroad crossing specification.

In many fields of science, the nature of data sometimes makes difficult the construction and analysis of data tables by the traditional methods of descriptive statistics. This is most often imprecise knowledge or waves that may be of a given phenomenon. If the question "How old are you? "We answer" about 30 years ", such a response can not be seen as a statistical character in the classic sense of the term. The problem arises here at all possible observations. This set is not clear, it is blurred. Hence the need to clarify the concept of fuzzy randomness, specifically fuzzy qualitative nature for which we propose an interpretation in terms of the subset. If the notion of probability seems appropriate to deal with uncertain events, that possibility is more appropriate when events are unclear.; Dans plusieurs domaines de la science, la nature des données rend parfois difficile la construction et l'analyse des tableaux de données par les méthodes traditionnelles de la statistique descriptive. Il s'agit le plus souvent de connaissances imprécises ou vagues que l'on peut avoir d'un phénomène donné. Si à la question « quel âge avez-vous ? », l'on répond « environ 30 ans », une telle réponse ne peut pas être vue comme un caractère statistique au sens classique du terme. Le problème se pose ici au niveau de l'ensemble des observations possibles. Cet ensemble n'est pas net, il est flou. D'où la nécessité de préciser la notion de caractère statistique flou, et plus précisément de caractère qualitatif flou pour lequel nous proposons une interprétation en terme de sous-ensemble. Si la notion de probabilité semble appropriée pour traiter des événements incertains, celle de possibilité est plus indiquée quand les événements sont imprécis.
