International audience; Since two decades urban agriculture has been booming and a wide range of forms, from urban allotment gardens to rooftop farming under greenhouse are developing. However, local authorities are often powerless to define forms of urban agriculture with regard to the specificity of the urban spaces and the territorial dynamics. We propose a methodological itinerary, based on the territorial analysis. This framework is a useful tool to orient and guide the choice of forms of urban agriculture with regard to the territorial characteristics as a whole. Designed and tested within the framework of a research-action dispositive, this methodological itinerary was implemented on three case studies: the city of Montrouge, a priority district within Lille municipality and a new district in Bordeaux. These applications allowed to test the itinerary and to reveal its potential but also its limits. We demonstrate how the structural, technical and social characteristics of the spaces and actors concerned can lead to the exclusion of certain forms of UA which do not correspond, or not already, to the needs of the territory.; L’agriculture urbaine connaît un nouvel essor en France depuis une vingtaine d’années. Un large éventail de formes, des jardins familiaux urbains à l'agriculture en indoor ou sur les toits, se décline dans les territoires. Cependant les collectivités sont souvent démunies pour définir les formes d’agriculture urbaine au regard de la spécificité des espaces urbains dont elles disposent et des dynamiques territoriales qui les traversent. Nous proposons ici un itinéraire méthodologique, fondé sur le diagnostic territorial, permettant d’orienter et guider le choix des formes d’agriculture urbaine au regard des caractéristiques territoriales dans leur ensemble. Conçu et expérimenté dans le cadre d’un dispositif de recherche-action, cet itinéraire méthodologique a été déployé sur trois études de cas : la ville de Montrouge, un quartier prioritaire à Lille et un nouveau quartier à Bordeaux. Ces applications ont permis de tester l’itinéraire, d’en présenter le potentiel mais aussi ses limites. Nous montrons comment les caractéristiques structurelles, techniques et sociales des espaces et des acteurs concernés peuvent notamment conduire à exclure certaines formes d’agriculture urbaine qui ne correspondent pas, ou pas encore, aux besoins du territoire.

Connections and missing links within urban agriculture, food and food systems, LISBONNE, PORTUGAL, 26-/04/2018 - 27/04/2018; Enthusiasm for short food supply chains is characterized by emergence of a wide diversity of initiatives (Aubry and Kebir 2013) motivate by the farmers as well as the consumers who aspire to new way of consumption (Chiffoleau 2008). In this context, new actors position themselves as intermediary between farmers and consumers. The originality of this paper is the better understanding of short supply chain farmer's constraints to adopt new outlets. What does this say about difficulties for short supply chains up-scale? The investigations with farmers for the new logistic and commercial option from 'La Poste' (French mail Distribution Company) shows firstly needs of compatibility between the La Poste solution and the production organization of the farm and finally needs of coherence between the nature of intermediary and the value system of the farmer.
