Abstract

The article focuses on direct cyclopropylation of heterocycles catalyzed by palladium. Topic discussed include process of alkylation for unsaturated heterocycles catalyzed by palladium, addition of radical to heteroarenes, using of cyclopropyl iodides with heterocycles for radical process, orientation of cyclopropyl rings, cyclipropylation of various heterocycles like oxazoles, caffeine, and thiazoles, and Suzuki reaction of cyclopropyl halides.
