To evaluate the influence of different intake air volumes and pressure on the oxygenation performance of the pipeline microporous aerator, the indoor clean water oxygenation test with different intake air volumes was carried out under three intake pressure conditions with reference to the standard test method in SC/ T 6051-2011 Test method for the performance of oxygenator. The results show that under the condition of the same intake volume, reducing the intake pressure can achieve better oxygenation performance, under the same intake pressure condition, the oxygen mass transfer coefficient and oxygenation capacity of the device increase with the increase of air inlet volume, and the oxygen utilization rate and power efficiency show a downward trend. However, when the air inlet pressure is 0. 2 MPa, the oxygen utilization rate and power efficiency decrease slowly. Considering the factors such as oxygenation capacity and operating energy consumption, the air inlet parameters of the device can be set as the air inlet pressure of 0. 2 MPa, and the air inlet volume of 0. 064 m³ / h-0. 081 m³ / h. Under this condition, the oxygen increasing capacity reaches 29. 79-34. 36 g / h, the oxygen utilization rate reaches 29. 83%- 32. 32%, and the power efficiency reaches 7. 67 kg / (kW·h) -8. 31 kg / (kW·h). The research shows that air intake has a great influence on the oxygenation performance of the device. Reasonable control of the air intake is of great significance to improving the oxygenation performance and reducing the energy consumption of the oxygenation device. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
