An interview with the British architects Anna Gibb and Ross Anderson is presented. The architects discuss their trip to Moscow, Russia where they researched a group of Russian architects known as "the Paper Architects." Active during the 1980s, the group entered projects in "forbidden competitions" in an attempt to free themselves from restrictions imposed by the Communist government. Gibb and Anderson comment on the creative freedom still offered by architecture competitions.
