Large amount of information like text, audio and video exists in vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs). However, the highly dynamic network feature and the limited memory of the local server pose challenges to resource management, which not only leads to the failure of resource presentations to users, but the transmission of the invalid fragment data would also result in the significant waste of precious bandwidth and memory. To solve this problem, this paper improved the fuzzy logic resource management (FLRM)--multi-parameter fuzzy logic resource management (MP-FLRM). In the scheme, we first gather and record the request time, download time and upload time for each resource by the designed Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) communication mode. Then survival time can be reached after defuzzifier of the three kinds of parameters, which can update the resource list in real time. Simulation results show that MP-FLRM can improve system throughput. In this way system performance was enhanced.

Aiming at the slip rate of CVT, the relationship between the actual optimal slip rate and the theoretical optimal slip rate is analyzed. The recognition method of vehicle driving cycle is established, the correction coefficient of slip rate in different driving condition can be determined and then the slip rate will be controlled to the theoretical optimal value. Based on the simulation model of the vehicle with CVT and analysis result of Co-simulation of Simulink and AMESim, the clamping force control method in un-steady drive states is proposed and a comparison with the traditional clamping force control method is made. And then Experimental results show that these method increases slip rate stability, improves the efficiency of the CVT, and verifies the feasibility of the clamping force control method.

Since powder particles' dimension is very small, each powder particle is not in contact with neighboring ones in their packing system, Van der Waals force and electrostatic force could not be neglected. Moreover, powder particles in paste are separated by water; packing density of powder particles in paste could not be calculated by Stovall model, which has an assumption that particles are contiguously packed, that is the Stovall model is only for dry particle system. In this paper each detached powder particle in paste is imaged to be coated with a water film, and the particle together with water film coated around is viewed as compound particle, which is in contact with neighboring compound particles. Packing density of powder particles in paste system is transformed into packing density of compound particles in imaginary dry particle system. Developed from the Stovall model a method for calculating packing density of powder particles in paste with continuous particle size distribution is proposed in this paper, a new experiment technique and equipment are devised and validity of this method is verified by experiment.
