The second part of the genus Palpita from Laos is reviewed, with eight newly recorded species: P. aureolina Inoue, 1997, P. sejunctalis Inoue, 1997, P. pajnii Kirti & Rose, 1992, P. perunionalis Inoue, 1994, P. simplicissima Inoue, 1997, P. griseofascialis Inoue, 1997, P. nigricollis (Snellen, 1895), and P. picticostalis (Hampson, 1896). A key to the species of this group, and the illustrations of adults and genitalia are presented.

This first part of the genus Palpita from Laos is reviewed, with seven newly recorded species: P. annulifer Inoue, 1996, P. kiminensis Kirti & Rose, 1992, P. munroei Inoue, 1996, P. hypohomalia Inoue, 1996, P. pandurata Inoue, 1996, P. indannulata Inoue, 1996, and P. parvifraterna Inoue, 1999. A key to the species group of the genus Palpita is provided, with illustrations of adults and genitalia.

Halone Walker is reviewed with a world checklist in this study. One species, Halone hollowayi Bayarsaikhan & Bae, 2019, is newly recorded to Laos. Illustrations of adults of all known Halone species and genitalia of the newly recorded species are presented, with species key to the adults.

The genus Stictane Hampson is reviewed in Vietnam, with five species, S. munda, S. umbrimedia, S. paucilinea, S. obscura, and S. fuscus. Among them, S. obscura and S. fuscus are newly recorded from Vietnam. Illustrations of adults and genitalia are provided, with a key to the species of genus Stictane from Vietnam.

Genus Dactylioglypha Diakonoff, 1973, is reported for the first time from Korea, with one newly recorded species: Dactylioglypha tonica (Meyrick, 1909), which was collected in the Jeju Island. Descriptions and illustrations of adult, including the wing pattern, genitalia of the both sexes, and a brief biological information, are provided.

Eupoecilia Stephens (Lepidoptera: Tortricoidea: Tortricidae) comprises 39 described species worldwide. Eight species of the genus are recognized from Korea, two of which, Eupoecilia curvifasciata sp. nov. and E. koreana sp. nov., are described as new. Also, Eupoecilia sanguisorbana (Herrich-Schaffer, 1856) is reported for the first time from Korea. All the known species are described or redescribed, and the adults and genitalic structures are illustrated. The genus Niditinea Petersen, 1957, belonging to the subfamily Tineinae of Tineidae in Korea is reviewed with three recognized species: one little known species, Niditinea baryspilas (Meyrick) and two newly recorded species, Niditinea fuscella (Linnaeus) and Niditinea striolella (Matsumura). Here, we present the first reliable record of the Bluestriped fangblenny, Plagiotremus rhinorhynchos in Korea, based on two specimens (65.9–67.1 mm in standard length) collected at a depth of 12 m in the southern coastal waters of Jejudo Island. This species was previously speculated to inhabit the coastal waters of Jejudo Island based only on a single image obtained through underwater photography. The species is characterized by the presence of two brilliant bluish stripes on the side of the body when fresh, a fleshy and conical snout, long-base dorsal and anal fins, and the chisel-shaped tip of its dentary incisors.

Three new species of the genus Empalactis Meyrick (Empalactis backanensis Park, sp. nov., Empalactis curvatilis Park, sp. nov., and Empalactis scolosetes Park, sp. nov.) and one new species of the genus Bagdadia Amsel (Bagdadia globulibasis Park, sp. nov.) are described from the northern Vietnam. The genus Botyodes Guenée, 1854 (Lepidoptera, Crambidae, Spilomelinae) is reviewed from Laos, with three newly recorded species: Botyodes asialis Guenée, 1854, B. diniasalis (Walker, 1859), and B. principalis Leech, 1899. A key to the Laotian species of the genus Botyodes is presented. Illustrations of adults and genitalia are provided, with species redescriptions, host plants, and distribution record. In this study, Agdistis tamaricis (Zeller, 1847) is newly added to a list of Korean Agdistinae. It is a second record of the “un-cleft pterophorid” from Korea. Illustrations of adult and genitalic characters of both sexes were provided with a checklist of the genus from Eastern Asia including the Far East Russia. Two species of Pyraustinae, Sinibotys butleri (South, 1901) and Callibotys wilemani Munroe and Mutuura, 1969, are reported for the first time from Korea. In total, three species of the genus Swammerdamia Hübner is recognized from Korea: Swammerdamia caesiella (Hübner, [1796]), S. glaucella Junnilainen, 2001, and S. pyrella (Villers, 1789). Of these, S. pyrella is reported for the first time from Korea. In the present study, we provide a key to the species and photographs of the adults, the wing venation, and the genitalia. Genus Nemapogon Schrank, 1802, of Nemapogoninae, is reviewed in Korea for three species: one known species N. granella (Linnaeus, 1758) and two newly recorded species, N. gerasimovi Zagulajev, 1961, and N. robusta Gaedike, 2000. Genus Microlithosia Daniel, 1954 of Arctiinae in Vietnam is reviewed, with two newly recorded species, Microlithosia shaowuica Daniel, 1954 and Microlithosia nanlingica Dubatolov, Kishida & Wang, 2012. Japanese species, Ypsolopha fujimotoi Moriuti, 1964 is reported from Korea for the first time. Additionally, the female of Ypsolopha fujimotoi Moriuti is newly described. Illustrations of adults and photographs of genitalia, diagnosis, distribution, and host plants are provided, as well as a discussion of Y. fujimotoi Moriuti and Ypsolopha longa Moriuti.

The Vietnamese species belonging to the genus Lecithocera Herrich-Schaffer of the family Lecithoceridae (Gelechioidea) are reviewed. Thirteen species of Lecithocera including eight new species: Lecithocera alpina Park, sp. nov., L. canitia Park, sp. nov., L. criniptera Park, sp. nov., L. hana Park, sp. nov., L. haviensis Park, sp. nov., L. nara Park, sp. nov., L. orbicuculla Park, sp. nov., and L. tamdaoica Park, sp. nov., are recognized. In the revision, the genus Lecithocera is divided into three species-groups based on the different condition of wing venation: the cuspidata species-group with M1 and CuA1 stalked in the hindwing; the rotundata species-group with M1 and CuA1 coincident in the hindwing; and the indigens species group with M2 and M3 stalked in the forewing. For these newly known species in Vietnam, adults and their genitalia are illustrated, and all available taxonomic data are provided.

The species of the genus Epicrocis Zeller, 1848 are revised from Cambodia in the present study. Among them, E. pramaoyensis Bae & Qi sp. n. is described as new to science, E. hilarella (Ragonot, 1888) and E. oegnusalis (Walker, 1859) are newly recorded from Cambodia. A key to the Cambodian species of the genus Epicrocis with illustrations of adults and genitalia are presented.

The genus Siccia ( Walker, 1854 ) is reported for the first time in Korea for the species Siccia obscura ( Leech, 1889 ). Illustrations of adults and genitalia are presented.

Psychoides gosari sp.nov.isdescribedin notes on biology in Korea. For the first time, it has been found that the larvae of this genus feed on fronds or sporangia of Dryopteris chinensis (Baker) Koidz., D. saxifraga H. Ito, D. bissetiana (Baker) C. Chr., D. crassirhizoma Nakai (Dryopteridaceae), and Athyrium yokoscense (Franch. et Sav.) Christ (Woodsiaceae), which are new host plants. Morphological descriptions, illustrations of adults, genitalia, and pupa, and the general biology are provided.

As the first part of the taxonomic review for the Lecithoceridae in the northern part of Vietnam, 14 species belonging to the subfamily Torodorinae are recognized, including five new species. We describe three species of the genus Torodora Meyrick (T. phamae sp. nov., T. bachmaensis sp. nov., T. nabiella sp. nov.), two species of Antiochtha Meyrick and Thubana Walker (A. angustivalva sp. nov. and T. circularis sp. nov.) respectively. A taxonomic review for all known species of the subfamily in Vietnam is provided, with illustrations of the imago and genitalia for the species.

As the second contribution for the gele-chiid-fauna of the Mt. Changbai-shan, additional 23 species of Gelechiidae are recognized. Of them, 16 species are reported for the first time from China and seven species are newly known from the NE China. For each species, an abbreviated reference to the original description, synonymies, label data, world distribution, and some notes, if it is needed, are provided. Photographs of the male or female genitalia of the 19 species, which have not been known in the Korean peninsula, are also provided.

Nineteen species of the family Thyatiridae were recognized based on the lepidopteran collections from the 5 times of expeditions to Mt. Changbai during 1999-2004. Among them, five species, (Ochropacha duplaris (Linnaeus), Togaria tancrei (Graeser), Shin-ploca shini Kim, Neoploca arctipennis (Butler), and Demopsestis punctigera (Butler)), are reported for the first time from China. Eight species are newly added to the fauna of Mt. Changbai. A list of all known species from Mt. Changbai is provided and photographic images of adults of the species new to China and their male or female genitalia are given.

Synctnthedon bicingulata, which has been once known as S. hector (Butler) in Korea, is described in its immature morphological characters and redescribed with illustrations of adult and genitalia. The biology is briefly summarized.

Two species of the family Incurvariidae, Vespina nielseni Kozlov and Paraclemensia monospina Nielsen, are reported for the first time from Korea. The morphological characteristics of adults and the female genitalia of the two species are redescribed briefly, with illustrations.
